    - a balancer (33) able to be pivotably mounted with respect to the openable body section (2) on the one hand and to the pin (6) on the other hand,
    - the counter-abutment being a housing (36) able to be integral with the openable body section (2);
    - the abutment (7) including:
    a metal armature (23) having a base (26) and a tab (27) extending the base (26);
    an attachment means (24) and a polymer part;
    characterized in that
    the attachment means passes through the metal armature (23) at the junction between the base (26) and the tab (27), the attachment means (24) being a thread ring able to receive a threaded rod (21) of the pin (6), and the polymer part (25) is overmoulded on the metal armature (23) and the attachment means (24), said polymer part (25) including a body (30) overmoulded on the base (26) of the metal armature (23) and a buffer (31) extending the body (30) opposite the tab (27) of the metal armature (23).
  2. The device (4) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the buffer (31) has an abutment surface (32), situated beyond the base (26) of the metal armature (23), able to come in contact with an upper surface (37) of the housing (36) of the openable body section (2) .
  3. The device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tab (27) includes, at an opposite end to the base (26), a stud (28) projecting from the metal armature (23), this stud (28) being able to come to be housed in a slot (14) formed in the support (5).
  4. The device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the body (30) of the polymer part (25) extends from a single side of the metal armature (23).
  5. The device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the buffer (31) extends on either side of the metal armature (23).
  6. The device (4) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support (5) includes an indentation (16) in which the abutment (7) is received.
