Claims (13)

Porte, notamment porte coupe-feu montée dans un local public tel qu'un hôpital ou une école et comprenant un châssis dormant muni d'une traverse supérieure (1) essentiellement horizontale et deux vantaux, à savoir un vantail de service (22) et un vantail semi-fixe (21) mobiles entre une position ouverte et une position fermée et respectivement rappelés mécaniquement vers la position fermée par un ferme-porte (3) équipé d'un bras d'actionnement (4) soumis à l'action de ressorts de rappel, ainsi qu'un dispositif de sécurité coopérant avec les ferme-portes (3) et conçu pour maintenir les vantaux en position ouverte en fonctionnement normal et commander automatiquement leur fermeture mécanique, notamment en cas de détection d'un incendie sous l'action d'un signal transmis par une centrale incendie indépendante ou tout autre système,
ce dispositif de sécurité étant intégré à un profilé formant bandeau (5) monté sur la traverse supérieure (1) du châssis dormant de la porte et comportant, pour chacun des deux vantaux (21, 22), d'une part un support fixe (7) portant un électroaimant (9) alimenté en tension monté à la partie interne du bandeau (5) et d'autre part, un patin coulissant (8) mobile en translation horizontale, monté lui aussi à la partie interne du bandeau (5) et équipé d'un axe (12) faisant saillie à la partie externe de celui-ci qui est relié au bras du ferme-porte (3),
le support fixe (7) portant l'électroaimant (9) étant également muni d'une contreplaque (10) mobile en translation horizontale le long de celui-ci et sur laquelle est articulé un premier crochet (11) monté libre en rotation et qui est maintenue contre l'électroaimant (9) lorsque celui-ci est alimenté en tension, tandis que le patin coulissant (8) est équipé d'une part d'un second crochet (13) situé en regard du premier crochet (11) et s'emboîtant dans celui-ci lors de l'ouverture manuelle de la porte et d'autre part, d'une plaquette (15) montée à sa partie arrière, à l'opposé du second crochet (13),
l'électroaimant (9) et la contreplaque (10) maintenant le premier crochet (11) et le second crochet (13) emboîtés l'un dans l'autre et donc le vantail en position ouverte lorsque l'électroaimant (9) est alimenté en tension, et en cas de coupure du courant, le premier crochet (11) basculant vers le bas de façon à libérer le second crochet (13) et le patin (8) qui coulisse vers l'extérieur en s'éloignant du support fixe (7) portant l'électroaimant (9) sous l'action du ferme-porte pour commander la fermeture du vantail,
le dispositif de sécurité comportant également un sélecteur constitué par une tige de sélecteur (16) fixée à la partie interne du bandeau (5) montée sur des paliers réalisés pour permettre sa rotation sur elle-même et munie à ses extrémités respectives de roulettes (17) respectivement susceptibles de rouler sur la plaquette (151) montée à la partie arrière du patin coulissant (8) associé au vantail semi-fixe (21) et de faire office de butée pour la plaquette (152) montée à la partie arrière du patin coulissant (8) associé au vantail de service (22) de façon à garantir que, lors de la fermeture automatique, notamment en cas de détection d'un incendie, le vantail semi-fixe (21) se ferme en premier avant le vantail de service (22) pour éviter un mauvais recouvrement, en particulier de nature à laisser passer le feu,

le bandeau est un bandeau universel comprenant d'une part un segment médian recoupable (21) et d'autre part, deux segments de bandeau latéraux standards (222, 221) correspondant respectivement au vantail de service (22) et au vantail semi-fixe (21) et renfermant chacun le support fixe (7) portant l'électroaimant (9) ainsi que le patin coulissant (8) associé à ce vantail et un embout enfichable (25) fixé à ce segment à sa partie médiane monté sur des paliers réalisés pour permettre sa rotation sur lui-même et équipé à son extrémité interne de la roulette (17) et à son extrémité externe, d'une fiche (27) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, ces embouts enfichables standards (25) constituant les parties d'extrémité d'une tige de sélecteur (16).

the safety device also comprising a selector constituted by a selector rod (16) fixed to the inner part of the strip (5) mounted on bearings made to allow its rotation on itself and provided at its respective ends with wheels (17 ) respectively capable of rolling on the wafer (151) mounted on the rear part of the sliding shoe (8) associated with the semi-fixed leaf (2 1 ) and acting as a stop for the wafer (152) mounted on the rear part of the sliding shoe (8) associated with the operating leaf (2 2 ) so as to ensure that during the automatic closing, in particular in case of detection of a fire, the semi-fixed leaf (2 1 ) closes first before the operating leaf (2 2 ) to avoid a bad covering, in particular such as to allow the fire to pass,
