Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zungenvorrichtung der Bauart Flachbett für eine Weichenanlage, mit einer Grundplatte, einer Backenschiene, einer Beischiene und einer zwischen der Backenschiene und der Beischiene vorgesehenen Gleitplatte für die Zunge einer Zungenschiene, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zungenvorrichtung. Eine Zungenvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der Praxis seit langem bekannt. Das Sonderschienenprofil wird zur Erstellung der Backenschiene bearbeitet. Insbesondere wird im mittigen Bereich des Schienenprofils der Rillenschenkel entfernt. Erfindungsgemäß wird von einem anderen Prinzip der Auflage bzw. Abstützung der Gleitplatte als beim Stand der Technik Gebrauch gemacht. Auch kann grundsätzlich auf eine Abstützung an der Beischiene verzichtet werden. Allerdings kann es sich für relativ schmale Ausführungsformen der Zungenvorrichtung anbieten, die Abstützung auch noch an der Beischiene zu realisieren, so dass dann eine gemeinsame Abstützung der Gleitplatte über die Auflageklötze und an einer korrespondierenden Stufe der Beischiene erfolgt. Hieraus resultiert, dass ein Sonderschienenprofil zur Herstellung der Backenschiene nicht erforderlich ist. Zwar kann ein solches Profil eingesetzt werden. Durch die bevorzugt in die Beischiene integrierte Heizeinrichtung kann sichergestellt werden, dass ein Vereisen der Zungenvorrichtung, die zu einer Blockierung der Zungenschiene der Zungenvorrichtung führen kann, vermieden wird. Letztlich kann durch die Heizeinrichtung, die der Beischiene zugeordnet ist, eine solche Wärmeenergie erzeugt werden, dass ein Festfrieren der Zungenschiene an der Gleitplatte verhindert. Claims (16)

  7. The tongue device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stock rail foot (16) has at least one recess in the region of one of the associated support blocks (8).
  8. The tongue device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a heating device (23) is associated with the side rail (4), and that, preferably, a control device is associated with the heating device (23) for controlling and/or regulating the operation of the heating device (23), said control device preferably having at least one temperature sensor.
  9. The tongue device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the heating device has at least one heating tube (24) which extends along the side rail (4) and consists preferably of steel, in particular stainless steel, and that, preferably, the heating tube bears against the side rail and/or at least one of the support blocks (8), wherein the support block bears against the stock rail (3).
  10. The tongue device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the heating tube (24) extends over the entire length of the side rail (4) and/or in that a recess (25) extending along the side rail (4) is provided in the side rail for accommodating the heating tube (24).
  11. The tongue device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the recess (25) in cross-section, at least in some regions, is adapted to the shape of the heating tube (24) so that the heating tube (24) arranged in the recess (25) bears at least in some regions in a planar manner against the side rail (4) and/or that the recess (25) is provided on the underside and/or on the side of the side rail (4) which faces the stock rail (3) and/or that the heating tube (24) rests on the base plate (2) at least in some regions.
  12. A method for producing a tongue device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in particular a grooved rail tongue device, wherein the sliding plate (5) is provided between the stock rail (3) and the side rail (4), wherein the plurality of support blocks (8) which rest on the base plate (2) and are separate from the stock rail (3) and the side rail (4) are provided between the stock rail (3) and the side rail (4), wherein the sliding plate (5) extends over the plurality of support blocks (8) and rests on the plurality of support blocks (8), characterised in that at first the base plate (2), at least one of the support blocks (8), the side rail (4) and the sliding plate (5) are welded to one another to form an assembly (19).
  13. The method according to claim 12, characterised in that the sliding plate (5) is directed before connecting the assembly (19) to the stock rail (3).
  14. The method according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the stock rail (3) is produced from a standard rail profile by means of subtractive machining.
  15. The method according to one of claims 12 to 14, characterised in that the stock rail (3) is welded to the base plate (2) of the assembly (19) to form a structural unit (20), and that, preferably, the stock rail (3) is prestressed for welding.
  16. The method according to claim 12, characterised in that the stock rail (3) before welding to the base plate (2) is screwed to at least one of the support blocks (8), and that, preferably, at least one filling piece is inserted between the support block (8) and the stock rail (3) for maintaining the expansion dimension.
