Claims (16)

  1. Basis zum Montieren eines Schloss-Vierkants (37) an einer Stirnwand (34) eines Flügels (32), wobei diese Stirnwand (34) eine Innenfläche (36) aufweist, die einen Hohlraum (60) des Flügels (32) und eine Durchgangsöffnung (33) begrenzt, wobei die Basis umfasst:
    - einen Grundkörper (21), der eine Bohrung (59) aufweist, welche in der Lage ist, einen Schloss-Vierkant (37) aufzunehmen,
    - Mittel zum Befestigen an der Durchgangsöffnung (33) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32), die Befestigungsmittel mindestens einen flexiblen Stift umfassen, Einbaustift (22) genannt, der sich vom Grundkörper (21) entlang einer Längsrichtung vorspringend erstreckt, umfassend:
    ∘ mindestens einen Haken (29):
    ▪ der sich quer zur Längsrichtung vorspringend erstreckt,
    ▪ der dafür ausgebildet ist, von einer Außenfläche (35) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) her, die der Innenfläche (36) gegenüberliegt, in die Öffnung (33) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) eingeführt werden zu können,
    ▪ der ein Sperrsegment (61) aufweist, das dafür ausgebildet ist, während der Grundkörper (21) der Basis gegen die Außenfläche (35) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) anliegt, mindestens zum Teil gegen die Innenfläche (36) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) platziert werden zu können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiter mindestens einen flexiblen Stift, Haltestift (23) genannt, umfasst:
    - der sich vom Grundkörper (21) ausgehend erstreckt,
    - der mindestens einen Haken (30) umfasst, welcher ein Sperrsegment (61) aufweist, das dafür ausgebildet ist, mindestens zum Teil gegen eine Haltefläche genannte Fläche (43) eines Kragens (41) eines Schloss-Vierkants (37) platziert werden zu können, um den Schloss-Vierkant (37) mit dem Grundkörper der Basis zusammenzufügen und in Translationsrichtung zu sperren, während gleichzeitig das Drehen des Schloss-Vierkants (37) in der Bohrung des Grundkörpers der Basis ermöglicht wird.
  2. Basis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrsegment (61) eines Hakens (29) eines Einbaustifts (22) unter Bildung eines stumpfen Winkels in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung des Einbaustifts (22) schräg ausgerichtet ist.
  3. Basis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einbaustift (22) eine Struktur aufweist, die unter Druck auf eine dem Haken (29) gegenüberliegende Stirnfläche mindestens quer verformbar ist.
  4. Basis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (21) mindestens einen Zapfen (26) umfasst, der dafür ausgebildet ist, in einen Durchbruch der Stirnwand (34) eingeführt werden zu können, um die Basis in Bezug auf diese Stirnwand (34) in Drehrichtung zu sperren, wenn die Basis mit der Stirnwand (34) zusammengefügt ist.
  5. Schloss für einen Flügel (32), das dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einer Stirnwand (34) eines Flügels (32) zusammengefügt zu werden, wobei diese Stirnwand (34) eine Innenfläche (36) aufweist, die einen Hohlraum (60) des Flügels (32) und eine Durchgangsöffnung (33) begrenzt, wobei das Schloss umfasst:
    - einen Mechanismus, der einen drehbaren Vierkant (37) umfasst,
    - einen Betätigungsgriff (48), der derart am Vierkant (37) montiert ist, dass er mit diesem letzteren drehfest ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Basis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 umfasst, die dafür ausgebildet ist, mit der Öffnung (33) des Flügels (32) und mit dem Vierkant (37) des Schlosses zusammengefügt werden zu können.
  6. Schloss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Einbaustift (22) der Basis in solcher Weise ausgebildet ist, dass wenn der Vierkant (37) in die Bohrung (59) des Grundkörpers (21) der Basis eingeführt wird, der Vierkant (37) mindestens zum Teil jede Biegung jedes Einbaustifts (22) in die Richtung eines Ausklinkens jedes Hakens (29) in Bezug auf die Innenfläche (36) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) verhindert, wobei die Basis dann von der Stirnwand (34) unlösbar ist.
  7. Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsgriff (48) einen Raum (49) aufweist, Aufnahmeraum genannt, der den Vierkant (37) des Schlosses und den Grundkörper (21) der Basis mindestens zum Teil aufnimmt.
  8. Schloss nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeraum (49) des Betätigungsgriffs (48) ein Verriegelungssegment (56) aufweist, das dafür ausgebildet ist, mit jedem Haltestift (23) der Basis zusammenzuwirken und nach Zusammenfügen der Basis, des Vierkants (37) und des Betätigungsgriffs (48) jede Biegung dieses Haltestifts (23) der Basis in die Richtung eines Ausklinkens jedes Hakens (30) in Bezug auf die Haltefläche (43) des Kragens (41) des Vierkants (37) zu verhindern.
  9. Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (45) zum schnellen Zusammenfügen des Vierkants (37) in Bezug auf den Betätigungsgriff (48) umfasst, wobei diese Schnellfügevorrichtung (45) mindestens einen Quersplint (47) mit elastischer Rückstellung umfasst.
  10. Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zwischen dem Grundkörper (21) der Basis (20) platzierten Keil (55) umfasst, wobei der Keil (55) unter Druck verformbar ist und eine Öffnung eines Durchmessers von größer oder gleich dem Durchmesser der Bohrung (59) des Grundkörpers (21) der Basis aufweist.
  11. Flügel (32), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10 umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zum Montieren eines Schlosses an einer Stirnwand (34) eines Flügels (32), wobei diese Stirnwand (34) eine Innenfläche (36) aufweist, die einen Hohlraum (60) des Flügels (32) und eine Durchgangsöffnung (33) begrenzt, wobei das Schloss umfasst:
    - einen Betätigungsgriff (48),
    - einen Mechanismus, der einen drehfest mit dem Betätigungsgriff (48) zusammengefügten drehbaren Vierkant (37) umfasst, wobei sich der Vierkant (37) axial vom Betätigungsgriff (48) vorspringend erstreckt, Verfahren, bei dem der Vierkant (37) mit der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) über eine Basis zusammengefügt wird, welche umfasst:
    - einen Grundkörper (21), der eine Bohrung (59) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, einen Schloss-Vierkant (37) des Flügels (32) aufzunehmen,
    - Mittel zum Befestigen an der Durchgangsöffnung (33) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Basis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 verwendet wird, und dadurch, dass jeder Einbaustift (22) in eine Einsteckrichtung genannte Richtung in die Öffnung (33) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) eingeführt wird, bis jeder Haken (29) jedes Einbaustifts (22) mindestens zum Teil gegen die Innenfläche (36) der Stirnwand (34) des Flügels (32) platziert ist.
  13. Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschließend der Vierkant (37) des Schlosses in die Bohrung (59) des Grundkörpers (21) der Basis eingeführt wird, wobei der in die Bohrung (59) eingeführte Vierkant (37) mindestens zum Teil jede Biegung des Einbaustifts (22) verhindert.
  14. Montageverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vierkant (37) in die Bohrung (59) des Grundkörpers (21) der Basis eingeführt wird, bis jeder Haken (30) jedes Haltestifts (23) der Basis mindestens zum Teil gegen eine Haltefläche (43) eines Kragens (41) des Vierkants (37) kommt und derart mit dieser Haltefläche (43) zusammenwirkt, dass der Vierkant (37) in Bezug auf die Basis axial gesperrt wird, während gleichzeitig ihre relative Drehung ermöglicht wird.
  15. Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschließend der Betätigungsgriff (48) um den Vierkant (37) und den Grundkörper (21) der Basis herum in Eingriff gebracht wird, wobei der Kragen (41) des Vierkants (37) und jeder Haltestift (23) der Basis in den Aufnahmeraum (49) des Betätigungsgriffs (48) eingesteckt werden, wobei das Verriegelungssegment (56) dieses Aufnahmeraums (49) derart mit jedem Haltestift (23) zusammenwirkt, dass derselbe in Sperrstellung verriegelt wird.
  16. Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsgriff (48) bis zum Eingreifen der Schnellfügevorrichtung (45) um den Vierkant (37) herumgefügt wird.
