Description
The invention relates to a ceiling element, which is made of wood and has a ceiling plate, the flat side spaced apart axially parallel ribs, which protrude beyond the ceiling pane, projecting over both sides of the disc slices disc each spaced axially parallel ribs.
Rib-shaped ceiling elements are already manufactured and installed in various designs. The known versions of such ceiling elements have either on the upper side of the flat disc roof panel or on the lower disc flat side of the ceiling plate projecting ribs which are spaced apart and arranged approximately axially parallel to each other.
If the previously known ceiling elements on the upper side of the window pane cover plate projecting ribs wear, a lot of effort is required if installations must be passed through serving as a fire protection ceiling panel and provided as a floor slab ceiling element should still meet high fire protection requirements.
If other previously known ceiling elements on the other hand have such ribs on their lower flat disc side, missing on the upper side of the disc flat arranged between adjacent ribs hollow chambers for receiving soundproofing fillings and for receiving installations.
There is therefore a particular object to provide a ceiling element of the type mentioned above, which allows easy placement of installations for the projectiles and / or underlying floors, and that is characterized at the same time by a high fire protection and increased load capacity.
The achievement of this object is in the ceiling element of the type mentioned in particular that the arranged on the lower side of the flat disc and oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ribs edge regions of the ceiling panel are each configured as serving as Endauflager rib-free notch.
The ceiling element according to the invention, which is made of wood, has a ceiling plate, the flat side spaced apart axially parallel ribs, which project beyond the ceiling pane. It is characteristic of the ceiling element according to the invention that protrude over both disc flat sides of the ceiling plate each spaced apart axially parallel ribs. Thus, static effective ribs are glued in the ceiling element according to the invention both on the top and on the underside of the sheet-like ceiling pane. The serving as a base element ceiling panel in the middle of the ceiling element according to the invention takes on both the disk forces and the requirements for effective fire protection. Since both on the upper and on the lower disk flat side between the provided there adjacent ribs hollow chambers are formed, which can be used for installations, and since these installations for both the needs of the upper rooms as well as the needs of the lower utility rooms led separately can be avoided, fire-reducing perforations of the ceiling panel and the effort associated with the penetration of the fire-protecting ceiling panel can be avoided. Between the upwardly projecting ribs which enhance the static load-bearing capacity of the entire ceiling element, hollow chambers are formed, which can accommodate a sound-reducing material, in particular a bulk material, intended for the improvement of sound insulation. Since the load capacity of the entire ceiling element is increased by the upwardly projecting ribs, the ceiling element according to the invention can be carried out with constant stability with a reduced structural height. In the provided between adjacent ribs hollow chambers, the sound-absorbing material can be introduced with relatively little effort. In contrast, the ribs arranged on the lower disk flat side of the ceiling pane increase the static load-bearing capacity of the entire ceiling element, at the same time promoting high serviceability and a simple proof of vibration. Also, a bending stress detection in the ceiling element according to the invention is possible in a simplified manner. By arranged on the lower disk flat side of the ceiling panel ribs, which are arranged instead of a static non-effective substructure for a suspended ceiling, the design height of the entire ceiling element can be significantly reduced. According to the invention, it is provided that the edge regions of the ceiling pane, which are arranged on the lower side of the flat pane and oriented in the longitudinal direction of the ribs, respectively are designed as serving as Endauflager rib-free notch. By means of these notches also serving as end supports, the installations optionally also guided between the ribs designed as a supporting structure of a suspended ceiling can, if required, also be continued on the underside of the ceiling transversely or at right angles to the longitudinal axis of these ribs. Since with the help of, formed between the formed on the lower side of the flat flange protruding ribs hollow chambers and the installation needs of the lower utility rooms can be met, a simple wiring is also facilitated from below.
It is advantageous if the cavities or chambers formed between the adjacent ribs projecting from the upper disk flat side are dimensioned for receiving installations, in particular for the projectile thereon and / or for absorbing sound-inhibiting material, in particular bulk material.
Furthermore, it is expedient if the cavities formed between the adjacent ribs protruding from the lower disk flat side are dimensioned for receiving installations, in particular for the underlying projectile.
A preferred embodiment according to the invention, which allows the invisible guidance of installations on the underside of the ceiling element according to the invention, provides that the projecting at the lower disk flat side ribs are designed as a supporting structure of a suspended ceiling and that the lower ceiling of this suspended ceiling, in particular gypsum plasterboard or acoustic panels is formed.
The factory prefabrication and delivery of the ceiling element according to the invention to the site is facilitated if the ceiling panel is formed of a plurality in the disk plane longitudinally abutting disc sections, which are oriented with their longitudinal extent preferably in the longitudinal direction of the ribs.
The high load-bearing capacity of the ceiling element according to the invention is additionally favored if at least one coupling board is provided between adjoining adjacent disk sections and if the coupling board is preferably inserted into a coupling board groove interrupting the parting line of the adjacent disk sections on the upper disk flat side of the ceiling pane ,
Further developments according to the invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments according to the invention in conjunction with the claims and the drawings.
