Abstract
Description
- The invention relates to a gas tap having a motor which can be driven by an electronic circuit that provides direct control, i.e. without requiring a transmission element, as well as a solenoid coil connected to the gas inlet in the gas tap body for safety purposes, said gas tap cooperating therewith and having the narrowest height. In standard gas taps with a touch-control system and servo motor implementation used in the state of the art, the user performs burning at the desired power (kW) level. In the system within the state of the art, the servo motor rotates in accordance with the data sent to the electronic card upon the user entering the command that s/he desires, and this rotational movement is transferred to the male located in the standard gas tap by means of the gears disposed on the servo motor, thereby directing gas passage. Subsequent to achieving full gas passage by means of a solenoid coil arranged in the body gas inlet according to the invention, the rotational movement obtained from the motor is transmitted to the male and gas passage at the desired sensitivity is achieved without using any additional transmission element, thanks to the motion that can be driven by an electronic circuit. According to the invention, the motor which can be driven by an electronic circuit can be directly connected to the body. Likewise, said solenoid coil can also be directly connected to the tap body. The invention allows using solenoid coils of different structure and power. Moreover, two-level safety is achieved in the invention by locating the solenoid coil right before the body gas inlet. One of them is the solenoid coil, and the other is the male located in the tap.

- The invention relates to a gas tap (1) which can mounted with quite narrow spaces and has a motor (5) which can be driven by an electronic circuit that provides direct control, i.e. without requiring a transmission element, as well as a solenoid coil (3), said gas tap cooperating therewith and having the narrowest height and a thin design.
Fig. 1 shows the view of the gas tap (1) according to the invention on the gas distribution pipe (6).Fig. 2 shows the view of the gas tap (2) on the gas distribution pipe (6) in an alternative embodiment. - The gas tap (1) according to the invention or the gas tap (2) in the alternative embodiment comprises at least one solenoid coil (3) or a similar electromagnet (4) in the alternative embodiment, a motor (5) driven by electronic circuit which enables the male (1.2) inside the body (1.1) to be rotated, at least one stop means (7) that stops the motor (5) driven by electronic circuit and allows position control, a plastic carrier (8) that provides isolation of said stop means (7) inside the tap, and screws (9) for connecting all of these systems. Basically, the first area through which the gas first enters is the gas inlet (1.1.1) disposed on the tap body (1.1), and right behind is the solenoid coil pool (1.1.3) connected thereto. Solenoid coil (3) retracts upon being triggered and the gas in the pool (1.1.3) reaches the male (1.2) by means of the body hole (1.1.7) connected to the male cone (1.2.1). For directing the gas to the outlet, energy is provided to the motor (5) driven by electronic circuit, thereby making the male (1.2) assume the desired position. The desired gas flow rate can then be adjusted by way of the burning hole (1.2.2) on the male (1.2) with more than one characteristics. In case the gas outlet (1.1.2) fully overlooks a burning hole (1.2.2) on the male (1.2), it is operated by LPG; while in case the former fully overlooks two burning holes (1.2.2) on the male (1.2) simultaneously, it is operated by NG. In order for the gas to reach the outlet, there is provided a cross-sectional hole (1.1.4) extending from the male (1.2) to the cone (1.2.1). There also exists a gasket bearing (1.1.6) in order to provide sealing on the body (1.1) subsequent to connecting the solenoid coil (3) on the body (1.1). A gasket (10) with the desired property may be arranged in said bearing (1.1.6). Said solenoid coil (3) is connected to the body (1.1) by means of at least two screws (9). In the alternative embodiment, however, said electromagnet (4) does not require either screw (9) or gasket (10). Said electromagnet (4) is tightened by means of a union (2.1) therebehind. In order for the motor (5) driven by electronic circuit not to lose its position, a stop means (7) is assembled on the body (1.1). However, said stop means (7) needs to be isolated with the body (1.1). To that end, a plastic carrier (8) is used and mounting onto the body (1.1) is performed by means of at least two screws (9.). A quadrangular channel (1.1.5) is arranged on the body (1.1) so that the plastic carrier (8) can be engaged with the body (1.1) in an easy manner. The plastic carrier (8) is thus prevented from turning to the right and left. Moreover, the plastic carrier (8) can be sensitively located in this manner. There exist cylindrical (8.1) and longitudinal (8.2) bearings on the plastic carrier (8), said bearings allowing the engagement of the contact means (11), and at the same time allowing the contact means (11) to move away from the body (1.1). Also disposed are at least two lugs (8.3) facilitating the engagement of the plastic carrier (8) inside the body (1.1). A quadrangular bearing (8.4) is arranged on the plastic carrier (8) in order to mount the stop means (7) and prevent it from turning to the right and left. Said stop means (7) is quadrangular in cross-section; wherein it comprises angular protrusions (7.1) that stop the pin (5.1) on the motor (5) driven by electronic circuit. Said angular protrusions (7.1) are located such that they will be parallel to the pin (5.1). The inner section of the stop means (7) is provided with threads (7.2) to allow securing the same.
