Definitions
- the invention relates to a traction sheave elevator in a backpack design, which is preferably used in buildings where vibrations are undesirable, there is no machine room and the elevator car should be large in relation to the shaft dimensions.
- the drive carrier rests on damping elements, each of which consists of two damping layers and a calming mass in between, whereby the two damping layers of a damping element can have different damping characteristics.
- This structure effectively attenuates a wide frequency spectrum.
- This type of storage is known, for example, from VDI 2566 Sheet 1, December 2001 edition. There it is described on page 8 that a double elastic storage can also be used for elevator systems.
- FIG. 1 shows a machine carrier with support beams of an elevator without a machine room, with the damping elements placed in wall niches in one half of the picture and attached to consoles in the other half of the picture.
- the support beams used in these solutions are required to divert the torque generated by the drive, which causes the drive beam to tilt, and to convert it into vertical forces in the supports that are absorbed by the elevator shaft wall, the shaft frame or the machine room floor.
- the variants with support beams are complex and expensive. A lot of steel and at least four damping elements are required.
- the support beams can be arranged so that they are located above the elevator car.
- the disadvantage here is that the car cannot move past the support beams.
- the shaft head must be very high so that the car can travel to the top floor.
- the support beams can be moved so far apart that they lie outside the projection of the car and the car can drive past them.
- the height of the shaft head can be small compared to the car height. However, there must be enough space for the support beams to the side of the car projection. If this is not the case, only a small elevator car can be installed in this shaft. If the shaft doors are very high with a small shaft head height, the support beams will not fit into the shaft.
- consoles also means additional material and labor costs and their load-bearing capacity is lower than that of the shaft wall or guide rails.
- Another known solution provides for the support beams to be dispensed with by using two drive beams that lie outside the projection of the traction sheave.
- the motor torque increases the vertical forces in the support points of the two drive supports, but tipping does not occur.
- the drive carrier is wider than the traction sheave diameter, and therefore usually also wider than the drive. This is a hindrance if the car has to drive past the drive carrier and drive at small shaft head heights. The ratio of car width to shaft width becomes less favorable.
- traction sheaves with a smaller diameter could be used, which reduces the service life of the suspension elements.
- drives with a smaller width would also be used because the required drive torque is smaller.
- the advantage of the smaller drive dimensions for the ratio between car and shaft width could not be used due to the laterally arranged machine supports.
- a traction sheave elevator with simple elastic mounting of the machine carrier with derivation of the drive torque via a car and a counterweight rail diagonally opposite this with a drive located between the car and the counterweight rails is out DE20320004U1 known.
- a deflection roller near the machine carrier creates a double wrap. Unfortunately, this has a negative effect on the rope's service life and takes up additional space, which is not always available when the car moves past the drive unit or worsens the relationship between car width and shaft width.
- the invention is based on the object of proposing a cost-effective elevator with a high level of ride comfort, in which good sound isolation from the building is achieved.
- the drive carrier should be designed in such a compact design that no machine room is required.
- the car should be able to drive past the drive and the drive support.
- a very favorable relationship should be created between car and shaft width as well as between car and shaft depth.
- the elevator according to the invention is equipped with a double elastic mounting of the drive carrier and side stops Drive supports, which divert the torque generated by the motor into rigid counter bearings, with the side stops being elastically isolated from the counter bearings.
- the counter bearings are firmly connected to the guide rails of the car and/or the counterweight and/or the shaft wall and/or the shaft frame.
- the backpack-style traction sheave elevator has at least one drive, which consists of a motor, a traction sheave and a brake.
- the drive is attached to at least one drive carrier.
- At least one of the drive supports rests on at least two damping elements A.
- Each damping element A is attached to the back of the rails of the two guide rails for the car by means of a console or another type of holder, with a damping element A consisting of at least two damping layers which are separated from one another by at least one calming mass.
- At least one drive carrier is connected to at least one fixed counter bearing via laterally arranged stop surfaces and secured against rotation.
- Elastic damping elements B are arranged between the laterally arranged stop surfaces and the counter bearing.
- the damping layers of a damping element A can be of different hardness or have different damping characteristics.
- the damping layers are coordinated according to the masses acting on the drive carrier and the excitation frequencies in order to effectively dampen a wide frequency spectrum.
- the machine carrier is ideally decoupled from the building, the transmission of structure-borne noise into the building is significantly reduced.
- the car and the car support frame should be able to move past the drive.
- the guide rails for the car are made so long upwards that they extend past the drive.
- the drive finds space between the guide rails for the car and the drive, the drive carrier and the damping elements A are outside the projection surface of the car.
- one or both consoles can be connected to at least one shaft wall as additional support in order to relieve the load on the guide rails for the car.
- the torque generated by the motor can be introduced into at least one guide rail for the car via at least one counter bearing, the counter bearing being attached to the back of the rail at least one guide rail for the car.
- the guide rails for the car which are guided past the drive, can be used as a counter bearing.
- an additional rail bracket is mounted above the drive on the guide rail for the car so that, together with the rail bracket under the drive, it transfers the motor torque into the shaft wall as horizontal forces.
- the drive support should not be built laterally next to the drive or the traction sheave, but should be arranged in the projection plane of the traction sheave.
- Such an elevator is preferably designed as a traction sheave elevator without a machine room, since in this case the advantages of the space-saving design can be used to a particular extent.
- the invention uses a compact machine support that is preferably narrower than the traction sheave diameter.
- a compact machine support that is preferably narrower than the traction sheave diameter.
- the machine carrier can be supported on both the guide rail for the elevator car and the shaft wall.
- the torque generated by the motor is diverted from the drive carrier into rigid counter bearings via lateral stops on the drive carrier.
- the counter bearings are rigidly connected to the guide rails for the elevator car and/or the elevator shaft or the shaft framework.
- the side stops are elastically insulated from the counter bearings.
- the drive system is arranged in such a way that the car can drive past the drive, drive support and the double elastic bearing.
- the lateral deflection of the drive is sufficiently limited to ensure good driving comfort and good stopping accuracy.
- the drive support can consist of one or more profile steel supports, a sheet metal support structure or a combination of both.

- the consoles 16 are connected to the guide rails 10 via rail plates 23, with the rail backs 17 of the two guide rails 10 for the car 18 standing on a car support frame 11 being aligned with one another.
- a damping element B 6 is attached, which serves for lateral damping.
- This damping element B 6 is designed to be simply elastic.
- the counter bearings 8 are attached to the guide rails 10 for the car 18.
- the guide rails 10 for the car 18 extend over the drive.

- the guide rails 12 for the counterweight 13 end below the drive carrier 4.
- the car 18 moves past the drive consisting of the motor 9, traction sheave 15 and brake. This means that the shaft head only needs to be made slightly larger than the height of the car.
- the entire drive package consisting of the drive, drive carrier 4, consoles 16 and counter bearing 8 is no wider than the motor 9.
- This is achieved by the drive carrier 4 being located in the projection plane of the traction sheave 15.
- the drive stands between the guide rails 10 for the car 18, which are guided upwards past the drive.
- a 2:1 suspension was chosen and the cable strand is divided into two partial strands, which are deflected with two narrow deflection rollers and guided back to the drive carrier 4 become.
- the suspension means 22 are only partially shown for reasons of clarity
- the space between the car 18 and the shaft wall 14 that cannot be used by the passenger is minimal due to this structure and the car can drive past the drive package.
- the double-elastic bearing does not require any more space than is required for the drive, depending on the width of the shaft.

Description
The invention relates to a traction sheave elevator in a backpack design, which is preferably used in buildings where vibrations are undesirable, there is no machine room and the elevator car should be large in relation to the shaft dimensions.
With a rigid connection between the drive and the drive support as well as the drive support and the building, the vibrations generated by the drive are transmitted into the building undamped. These are perceived as disruptive in the building. In the elevator arrangement described here, the transmission of such vibrations into the building is significantly reduced by a double elastic bearing between the drive support and the building.
The drive carrier rests on damping elements, each of which consists of two damping layers and a calming mass in between, whereby the two damping layers of a damping element can have different damping characteristics. This structure effectively attenuates a wide frequency spectrum. This type of storage is known, for example, from VDI 2566
Various solutions are known for realizing a double elastic bearing. In elevators with a machine room above the elevator shaft, a drive support frame is isolated from the machine room floor by attaching two support supports to the drive carrier and adding damping elements at the support points to the machine room floor. The disadvantage of this is that space is required above the elevator shaft for the machine room.
The support beams used in these solutions are required to divert the torque generated by the drive, which causes the drive beam to tilt, and to convert it into vertical forces in the supports that are absorbed by the elevator shaft wall, the shaft frame or the machine room floor. The variants with support beams are complex and expensive. A lot of steel and at least four damping elements are required.
For the variant with a machine room, a separate room is required above the elevator shaft. Since most elevators are intended to travel to the top floor of the building, this means that the building skin must be penetrated. For architectural reasons, this is usually not desired and would also be associated with costs.
In the variant with machine and support beams located in the elevator shaft, the support beams can be arranged so that they are located above the elevator car. The disadvantage here is that the car cannot move past the support beams. The shaft head must be very high so that the car can travel to the top floor.
Alternatively, the support beams can be moved so far apart that they lie outside the projection of the car and the car can drive past them. With this solution The height of the shaft head can be small compared to the car height. However, there must be enough space for the support beams to the side of the car projection. If this is not the case, only a small elevator car can be installed in this shaft. If the shaft doors are very high with a small shaft head height, the support beams will not fit into the shaft.
The solution with niches requires additional work to create them. Unfortunately, the niches penetrate the shaft wall or at least reduce its thickness, which is counterproductive for decoupling the shaft from the building.
The use of consoles also means additional material and labor costs and their load-bearing capacity is lower than that of the shaft wall or guide rails.
Another known solution provides for the support beams to be dispensed with by using two drive beams that lie outside the projection of the traction sheave. As a result, the motor torque increases the vertical forces in the support points of the two drive supports, but tipping does not occur. With this solution, the drive carrier is wider than the traction sheave diameter, and therefore usually also wider than the drive. This is a hindrance if the car has to drive past the drive carrier and drive at small shaft head heights. The ratio of car width to shaft width becomes less favorable.
Alternatively, traction sheaves with a smaller diameter could be used, which reduces the service life of the suspension elements. With small traction sheave diameters, drives with a smaller width would also be used because the required drive torque is smaller. However, the advantage of the smaller drive dimensions for the ratio between car and shaft width could not be used due to the laterally arranged machine supports.
This structure was chosen in order to distribute the vertical forces applied to the drive evenly into a car and a counterweight rail. The disadvantage here is that the normally very weakly dimensioned counterweight rail must be significantly larger than is the case when the vertical forces are absorbed by the car rails or the shaft wall.
A deflection roller near the machine carrier creates a double wrap. Unfortunately, this has a negative effect on the rope's service life and takes up additional space, which is not always available when the car moves past the drive unit or worsens the relationship between car width and shaft width.

The invention is based on the object of proposing a cost-effective elevator with a high level of ride comfort, in which good sound isolation from the building is achieved. In the elevator, the drive carrier should be designed in such a compact design that no machine room is required. The car should be able to drive past the drive and the drive support. In addition, a very favorable relationship should be created between car and shaft width as well as between car and shaft depth. According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of
The elevator according to the invention is equipped with a double elastic mounting of the drive carrier and side stops Drive supports, which divert the torque generated by the motor into rigid counter bearings, with the side stops being elastically isolated from the counter bearings. The counter bearings are firmly connected to the guide rails of the car and/or the counterweight and/or the shaft wall and/or the shaft frame.
The backpack-style traction sheave elevator has at least one drive, which consists of a motor, a traction sheave and a brake. The drive is attached to at least one drive carrier. To support it, at least one of the drive supports rests on at least two damping elements A. Each damping element A is attached to the back of the rails of the two guide rails for the car by means of a console or another type of holder, with a damping element A consisting of at least two damping layers which are separated from one another by at least one calming mass.
The backs of the two guide rails for the car are aligned with each other. At least one drive carrier is connected to at least one fixed counter bearing via laterally arranged stop surfaces and secured against rotation. Elastic damping elements B are arranged between the laterally arranged stop surfaces and the counter bearing.
In a special embodiment, the damping layers of a damping element A can be of different hardness or have different damping characteristics. The damping layers are coordinated according to the masses acting on the drive carrier and the excitation frequencies in order to effectively dampen a wide frequency spectrum. The machine carrier is ideally decoupled from the building, the transmission of structure-borne noise into the building is significantly reduced.
So that the shaft head height can be kept small in relation to the cabin height, the car and the car support frame should be able to move past the drive. In order to achieve this, in a preferred embodiment, the guide rails for the car are made so long upwards that they extend past the drive. The drive finds space between the guide rails for the car and the drive, the drive carrier and the damping elements A are outside the projection surface of the car.
For large nominal loads and/or cabin masses, one or both consoles can be connected to at least one shaft wall as additional support in order to relieve the load on the guide rails for the car.
The torque generated by the motor can be introduced into at least one guide rail for the car via at least one counter bearing, the counter bearing being attached to the back of the rail at least one guide rail for the car. In a preferred variant, the guide rails for the car, which are guided past the drive, can be used as a counter bearing. For this purpose, an additional rail bracket is mounted above the drive on the guide rail for the car so that, together with the rail bracket under the drive, it transfers the motor torque into the shaft wall as horizontal forces. A particular advantage of this arrangement is that only one load-bearing shaft wall is required and therefore leaves a lot of freedom in terms of design.
If the guide rails for the car cannot be extended upward past the drive, for example due to the length of the drive, it may make sense to extend the drive support in the longitudinal direction to the shaft wall or to the shaft frame and to transfer the motor torque there.
In order to keep the area between the car and the shaft wall that is not usable for the passenger as small as possible, The drive support should not be built laterally next to the drive or the traction sheave, but should be arranged in the projection plane of the traction sheave.
Such an elevator is preferably designed as a traction sheave elevator without a machine room, since in this case the advantages of the space-saving design can be used to a particular extent.
The invention uses a compact machine support that is preferably narrower than the traction sheave diameter. By supporting the guide rails for the elevator car, the weight forces acting on the machine carrier are diverted into the shaft pit. No forces are introduced into the counterweight rails. The torque from the drive is preferably absorbed via the guide rails for the car without the use of support beams.
In one embodiment variant, the machine carrier can be supported on both the guide rail for the elevator car and the shaft wall.
The torque generated by the motor is diverted from the drive carrier into rigid counter bearings via lateral stops on the drive carrier. The counter bearings are rigidly connected to the guide rails for the elevator car and/or the elevator shaft or the shaft framework. The side stops are elastically insulated from the counter bearings. The drive system is arranged in such a way that the car can drive past the drive, drive support and the double elastic bearing. The lateral deflection of the drive is sufficiently limited to ensure good driving comfort and good stopping accuracy. The drive support can consist of one or more profile steel supports, a sheet metal support structure or a combination of both.
The invention presented here discloses a very simple and cost-effective arrangement in which, compared to solutions without double elastic storage, no additional space is required above or in the additional shaft. The car can drive past the drive support; the car height is in a very good relationship to the shaft head height. Penetration of the building skin is not necessary. The car depth is in a very good relationship to the shaft depth and the car width is also large compared to the shaft width. Support beams are not required.

The
Furthermore, there are a total of 4 lateral stop surfaces 5 on both sides of the
The guide rails 10 for the
