Ebenso kann der Deckel durch eine Folie aus Kunststoffmaterial oder Metall gebildet werden. Der Kapselkörper bildet eine Kammer, welche eine Substanz für die Zubereitung eines flüssigen Lebensmittels enthält. Unter dem Begriff Lebensmittel sind hier alle Substanzen zu verstehen, welche der Ernährung oder dem Genuss dienen, insbesondere Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Mischgetränke, Fruchtkonzentrate usw. Die Substanz kann dabei entweder extrahiert oder gelöst werden. - Capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that one or more outlet openings (8) are arranged in the support element or around the support element.
- Capsule according to Claim 8, characterized in that the support element is integrated preferably integrally into an outflow nozzle (17) in the base of the capsule body.
- Capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that flow elements (19) that are directed counter to the outlet opening (8) are arranged under the barrier membrane (9), with which flow elements (19) a swirl-like flow is achievable.
- Capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a filter plate (15) is arranged in the capsule body over the barrier membrane (9) and at a distance therefrom.
- Capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the barrier membrane (9) is provided with predetermined tearing lines, which are arranged such that tearing open takes place around the support body.
- Capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the barrier membrane (9) is fastened at its outer circumference (10) to a hollow cylindrical ring (20) on the base of the capsule body.
- Capsule body for a capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 13.
- System comprising a capsule according to one of Claims 1 to 13 and a beverage preparation machine having a holder for receiving the capsule and having means for passing a liquid through the capsule, wherein at least one penetration element for penetrating the cover (5) of the capsule is arranged on the holder.
