Claims (15)

  1. Einflügeliges Tor, aufweisend:
    einen Pfosten (60);
    ein erstes Verschlussteil (10), das an einem Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) befestigt ist, welcher sich außerhalb des Pfostens (60) befindet;
    ein zweites Verschlussteil (20), das an dem ersten an dem Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) befestigten Verschlussteil (10) aufgehängt ist, wobei das zweite Verschlussteil (20) in Bezug auf das erste Verschlussteil (10) schwenkbar ist;
    einen ersten Antrieb (30), der in dem Pfosten (60) angeordnet und zum Drehen einer parallel zum Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) angeordneten Antriebsstange (35) ausgebildet ist;
    einen zweiten Antrieb, der zum Schwenken des zweiten Verschlussteils (20) in Bezug auf das erste Verschlussteil ausgebildet ist;
    wobei das Tor zum Öffnen und Schließen des Tores durch eine kombinierte erste Schwenkbewegung (P1) des ersten Verschlussteils (10) durch den ersten Antrieb (30) und eine zweite Schwenkbewegung (P2') des zweiten Verschlussteils (20) in Bezug auf das erste Verschlussteil (10) durch den zweiten Antrieb ausgebildet ist;
    wobei die Antriebsstange (35) mit dem Schwenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) über ein Gestänge (31) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestänge (31) einen ersten und zweiten parallelen Arm (32a, 32b) sowie eine erste und zweite parallele Stange (33a, 33b) aufweist, die an ihren äußeren Enden schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, um ein Parallelogramm-Gestänge zu bilden; und wobei die Antriebsstange (35) an dem ersten Arm (32a) befestigt ist und der Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) an dem zweiten Arm (32b) befestigt ist, so dass eine Drehung der Antriebsstange (35) zu einer Drehung des Gelenkstangenabschnitts (37, 38) führt, um das erste Verschlussteil (10) zum Öffnen oder Schließen des Tores zu schwenken.
  2. Einflügeliges Tor nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend eine Steuerung (70) zur Steuerung des ersten und zweiten Antriebs, wobei die Steuerung so konfiguriert ist, dass sie den ersten und zweiten Antrieb so aktiviert, dass beim Schwenken des Verschlussteils das zweite Verschlussteil (20) relativ zum ersten Verschlussteil (10) bewegt wird.
  3. Einflügeliges Tor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Antriebsstange (35) in der Mitte des ersten Arms (32a) befestigt ist und/oder wobei der Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) in der Mitte des zweiten Arms (32b) befestigt ist.
  4. Einflügeliges Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei sich das Gestänge (31) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Achse der Antriebsstange (35) und des Gelenkstangenabschnitts (37, 38) erstreckt.
  5. Einflügeliges Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der erste Antrieb (30) einen ersten Motor (30) umfasst.
  6. Einflügeliges Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Antriebsstange (35) aus einem oberen Ende des Pfostens (60) herausragt und das Gestänge (31) oberhalb eines oberen Endes des Pfostens (60) angeordnet ist.
  7. Einflügeliges Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste und das zweite Verschlussteil (10, 20) eines der folgenden sind: eine Verschlusstafel, die gegebenenfalls mit Öffnungen versehen ist; ein Rahmen, an dem eine Tafel befestigt ist; ein Verschlussteil mit Stangen (16); ein Rahmen, in dem eine Matte gespannt ist; ein Rahmen, in dem Stangen (16) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Einflügeliges Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Pfosten (60) an einem unteren Ende mit einer Grundplatte (61) und an einem oberen Ende mit einer oberen Platte (62) versehen ist, wobei der Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) ein Teil einer Gelenkstange (15) ist, die zwischen der Grundplatte (61) und der oberen Platte (62) aufgehängt ist.
  9. Einflügeliges Tor nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Antriebsstange (35) durch die obere Platte (62) hindurchragt und mittels des auf der Oberseite der oberen Platte (62) befindlichen Gestänges (31) mit dem Gelenkstangenabschnitt (37, 38) verbunden ist.
  10. Einflügeliges Tor nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei der Gelenkstangenabschnitt (38) ein oberes Ende der Gelenkstange (15) darstellt, wobei ein unteres Ende der Gelenkstange (15) in einem Lager (68) an der unteren Platte (61) angeordnet ist.
  11. Einflügeliges Tor nach zumindest dem vorherigen Anspruch 5, wobei der erste Motor (30) einen für den ersten und zweiten Antrieb vorgesehen gemeinsamen Motor darstellt, wobei die Bewegungen sowohl des ersten Verschlussteils (10) als auch des zweiten Verschlussteils (20) durch geeignete Übergänge realisiert werden.
  12. Einflügeliges Tor nach zumindest dem vorherigen Anspruch 5, wobei der zweite Antrieb einen zweiten Motor umfasst, der an dem ersten (10) oder dem zweiten Verschlussteil (20) befestigt ist.
  13. Einflügeliges Tor nach zumindest Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuerung (70) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie folgende Betriebsarten ermöglicht:
    eine erste Betriebsart, in der der zweite Antrieb aktiviert ist, der erste Antrieb aber nicht, so dass das Tor nur teilweise geöffnet wird; und
    eine zweite Betriebsart, in der sowohl der erste als auch der zweite Antrieb aktiviert sind, um das Tor vollständig zu öffnen.
  14. Einflügeliges Tor nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Steuerung (70) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit Benutzerbetätigungsmitteln, wie einer Fernbedienung oder einem Zugangsausweis, betätigt werden kann, wobei eine erste Art von Benutzerbetätigungsmitteln zur Aktivierung der ersten Betriebsart und eine zweite Art von Benutzerbetätigungsmitteln zur Aktivierung der zweiten Betriebsart vorgesehen ist.
  15. Doppelflügeliges Tor mit einem ersten einflügeligen Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche und einem zweiten einflügeligen Tor nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche.
