Description

The present invention relates to a cooking device with at least one cooking space. The cooking space is provided by at least one muffle. At least one lighting device is assigned to the cooking space.

So that a visual inspection through a viewing window of a cooking space door is possible, cooking space lighting is provided in the cooking space of many cooking appliances. Such cooking space lighting can be provided, inter alia, through a window in the cooking space wall, behind which a housing with the cooking space lighting is arranged. An illuminant of the cooking space lighting then radiates light through the window into the cooking space. Under certain circumstances, however, such lights cannot adequately illuminate all cooking levels, e.g. B. if a food carrier inserted into the cooking space prevents light radiation into all areas of the cooking space. Other cooking space lighting systems have therefore also become known in which the cooking space lighting arrangement is partially arranged within the cooking space. In this way, better illumination can often be achieved.

An important aspect in the design of a cooking space lighting is the risk of damage to the lighting when loading the cooking space or when inserting a food support. Therefore, many lights are protected behind translucent covers. However, this entails losses in illuminance. The losses caused by such covers are often particularly great in the case of lighting in which the light source is outside the cooking space and the light is guided into the cooking space via a light guide. Multiple light sources are then often required for compensation, so that the cost increases considerably.

Cooking chamber lights have therefore become known in the prior art which have a light guide which runs openly in the cooking chamber without a cover and which is guided, for example, behind a projection and / or in a channel to protect against damage. Such a receptacle generally cannot reach the light guide when inserting a baking sheet and thus cannot be damaged. However, a considerable part of the light guide is often covered by the channel or the projection, so that losses in illuminance also occur here. Such lighting is, for example, according to a cooking appliance DE 10 2013 113 160 A1 known.

The EP 0 573 750 A2 shows a microwave oven in which a rectangular cavity is arranged in the ceiling, which receives two grill elements. A similar device is from the US 6 153 866 A. known, but there are two grill elements each arranged individually in a cavity. From the EP 2 746 675 A1 a cooking device with a cooking chamber is known, the walls of which have at least one cavity. In a first exemplary embodiment, two light guides are guided in the cavity over the length of the cavity, two further exemplary embodiments show cavities in which one light guide is arranged in the center.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a cooking appliance with a cooking space and a lighting device assigned to the cooking space, in which the lighting device is protected from damage and also enables adequate lighting of the cooking space.

This object is achieved by a cooking appliance with the features of claim 1. Preferred developments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims. Further advantages and features of the invention result from the exemplary embodiments.

The cooking device according to the invention has a cooking space. A muffle makes the cooking space available. The muffle comprises two side walls, a bottom wall, a top wall, a rear wall and a cooking space opening for loading and unloading the cooking space. At least one food support receptacle for receiving at least one food support is assigned to the cooking space. At least one lighting device is assigned to the cooking space. A receiving device is arranged on at least one side wall of the muffle. The receiving device is suitable and designed to receive a light-emitting part of the lighting device. The receiving device comprises a receiving space. At least a portion of the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged essentially lengthways and preferably lengthways in the receiving space. The section of the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged closer to a long side of the receiving space facing the cooking space opening than to a long side of the receiving space facing away from the cooking space opening.

The cooking device according to the invention offers many other advantages. The recording space, in which the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged closer to the long side facing the cooking space opening than to the long side facing away from the cooking space opening, offers a considerable advantage. A particularly protected recording of the light-emitting part of the lighting device is thereby achieved. Even when the food carriers are tilted or inserted obliquely, the light-emitting part cannot be hit when the food carrier is pushed in. There is therefore no need for a cover which would absorb light rays and lead to losses in illuminance.

Another significant advantage is that the arrangement of the light-emitting part in the receiving space according to the invention achieves a significantly improved illumination of the cooking space becomes. For protection, light guides without a cover are often embedded in the cooking space wall in the prior art in such a way that large areas of the light-emitting part are covered. In the cooking device described here, due to the asymmetrical or eccentric arrangement in the receiving space, the light-emitting part is largely free and not shielded by the walls. The light can be emitted particularly well to the long side of the receiving space facing away from the cooking space opening. As a result, the cooking space is particularly well illuminated with indirect light. Thus, the cooking device according to the invention not only offers a protected arrangement of the light-emitting part, but also a particularly good illumination of the cooking space. This also provides lighting for the cooking space, which can be designed to be particularly space-saving and visually appealing.

In the context of the present invention, it is provided that the longitudinal sides of the receiving space can each be described by a line which runs along a boundary between the wall of the muffle and the receiving space. The line or the border runs in particular along an outer longitudinal edge of the receiving space. The receiving space is delimited in particular by two outer longitudinal edges with respect to that wall of the muffle on which the receiving space is arranged. The receiving space can also be delimited by further edges from the wall of the muffle, e.g. B. by transverse edges. The receiving space is, in particular, at least partially open and preferably completely open in the direction of the cooking space.

The longitudinal axis of the light-emitting part of the lighting device can run parallel or inclined or skewed along the longitudinal axis of the receiving space. In the operational position of the cooking device, the longitudinal axis of the light-emitting part of the lighting device runs in particular vertically. The longitudinal axis of the light-emitting part of the lighting device is preferably arranged off-center in the receiving space.

The receiving space is arranged on a side wall of the muffle. In all configurations, it is particularly preferred that the receiving space is arranged in a half of a side wall facing the cooking space opening. In particular, the receiving space is arranged in a third and preferably a quarter of the side wall facing the cooking chamber opening. It is also possible to arrange the receiving space in a sixth or eighth of the side wall facing the cooking chamber opening. The receiving space can also be provided directly adjacent to the cooking space opening. Such configurations, in which the receiving space is further upstream in the direction of the cooking space opening, offer very good illumination of the rear cooking space in conjunction with the asymmetrical configuration of the receiving space.

It is also possible that such arrangements of the receiving space are provided on both opposite side walls. An arrangement of the receiving space on only one side wall is also possible.

According to the invention, a direction of illumination is to be understood in particular to mean all components which are necessary for illuminating a cooking space. Among other things, the connection cables, electronic components, one or more brackets and one or more lamps can be combined under one lighting device. The lighting device comprises in particular at least one light-emitting diode device and preferably a plurality of LEDs. An integrated and / or a separate heat sink can be provided. Preferably, only the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged inside the cooking chamber, the light-emitting part of the lighting device guiding the light produced by any desired illuminant into the cooking chamber. The receiving device can comprise at least one reflector or can be at least partially designed as such.

The light-emitting part comprises a light guide or is designed as such. In particular, the light guide has no reflector. However, a light guide with a reflector can also be provided. The light guide is made in particular from a glass material. In addition to the use of glass, light guides made of other materials can also be used expediently for the cooking device according to the invention, as long as the material of the light guide has sufficient heat resistance during cooking. It is particularly advantageous if the material used for the light-emitting part of the lighting device can also withstand very high temperatures, as z. B. can occur in a pyrolysis operation of a cooking device. It is possible, for. B. a plastic material and / or a composite material. If the light-emitting part of the lighting device is made of touch-sensitive or shock-sensitive materials, the protected arrangement is particularly advantageous since the light guide could be quickly damaged or even destroyed if the food carrier was accidentally inserted obliquely into the cooking space due to a collision.

The light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged in particular in a half of the receiving space facing the cooking space opening and preferably in a third of the receiving space facing the cooking space opening. It is also possible and preferred that the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged in a quarter or sixth or eighth of the receiving space facing the cooking chamber opening. The light-emitting part can also be arranged in a tenth of the receiving space facing the cooking chamber opening. Such an arrangement, in which the light-emitting part lies correspondingly close to the long side of the receiving space facing the cooking space opening, offers particularly well-protected accommodation of the light-emitting part. In addition, a particularly good light emission takes place via the area of the recording space that remains free.

In all configurations, it is preferred that the receiving space comprises at least two longitudinal walls. A design of the receiving space with longitudinal walls offers particularly good protection for the light guide and enables the construction of a muffle that is insulated as well as possible. However, it is also possible for the receiving space to comprise at least one strut and / or at least one profile bar. The longitudinal walls are in particular designed to be continuous. It is also possible that the longitudinal walls have interruptions, such as recesses for the assembly of cooking space components.

It is also preferred that one of the longitudinal walls extends from one of the long sides. The longitudinal walls extend towards one another in particular from the long side. In particular, the longitudinal walls adjoin one another and preferably along their longitudinal axis. In particular, the longitudinal walls adjoin one another directly. It is also possible that the longitudinal walls merge into one another. It is preferred that the longitudinal walls adjoin one another along at least one longitudinal edge within the receiving space. In particular, the light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged along the longitudinal edge and preferably parallel to the longitudinal edge. The longitudinal edge within the receiving space runs in particular parallel to the long sides of the receiving space.

The longitudinal walls adjoin one another in particular at an angle of less than 90 °. In particular, the longitudinal walls adjoin one another at an angle greater than 45 °. The angle is preferably less than 80 ° and greater than 60 °. For example, an angle of 75 ° is provided. Longitudinal walls adjoining one another at such angles enable a particularly advantageous asymmetrical receiving space. It is possible that a rounding is formed at the collision of the longitudinal walls. In such a case, the angles relate in particular to a plane and / or an alignment of the longitudinal walls.

It is preferred that the longitudinal walls each run at different angles to the plane of the wall with the receiving device. In particular, the longitudinal wall facing away from the cooking chamber opening runs at a flatter angle to the plane of the wall than the longitudinal wall facing the cooking chamber opening. As a result, the light from the light-emitting part can be emitted particularly well into the rear part of the cooking space.

The longitudinal wall facing the cooking chamber opening extends in particular at an angle greater than 45 ° and preferably greater than 65 ° to the plane of the wall with the receiving device. The longitudinal wall facing the cooking space opening preferably extends at an angle of 90 ° to the plane of the wall. In possible configurations, this angle can be around 20 ° or more be increased or decreased. Such an angle allows the light-emitting part to be arranged as close as possible to the part of the receiving space facing the cooking chamber opening. In particular, such a longitudinal wall supports indirect illumination of the cooking space. An angle of more than 90 ° is also possible. For example, the receiving space can have an area formed as an undercut through a longitudinal wall, which is arranged at an angle of greater than 90 ° to the plane of the wall, in which area the light-emitting part of the lighting device runs.

The longitudinal wall facing the cooking chamber opening is particularly preferably arranged at an angle to the plane of the wall with the receiving device, which supports an arrangement of the light-emitting part of the lighting device on the longitudinal wall that protects against collisions with the food support. When selecting the angle, it must be taken into account at what depth of the cooking space the longitudinal wall facing the cooking space opening is arranged on the side wall. For example, the food support in a front area of the cooking space can be tilted more than in an area further back. As a rule, the degree of freedom for tilting decreases the further the food support is pushed into the food support receiving device. The angle to be selected for the longitudinal wall also depends on the play which the food support has in the food support receiving device. Taking into account the aforementioned aspects, a preferred angle of greater than 70 ° and particularly preferably greater than 80 ° results for an arrangement of the light-emitting part that is protected from collisions with the food support.

The longitudinal wall facing away from the cooking chamber runs in particular at an angle of less than 65 ° and preferably at an angle of less than 45 ° to the plane of the wall with the receiving device. An angle of less than 25 ° is particularly preferably provided, e.g. B. 15 °. An angle greater than 65 ° is also possible. A longitudinal wall facing away from the cooking chamber opening, which runs at a correspondingly flat angle to the plane of the wall, has the advantage that it does not act as an obstacle to the lighting of the cooking chamber. The surface of such a longitudinal wall can also be used particularly well for radiation into the cooking space with indirect lighting.

In all configurations, it is preferred that the longitudinal walls differ in their width. The longitudinal wall facing away from the cooking chamber opening is preferably two times and particularly preferably four times wider than the longitudinal wall facing the cooking chamber opening. In particular, the longitudinal wall facing away from the cooking chamber opening is many times wider than the longitudinal wall facing towards the cooking chamber opening. The correspondingly wide rear longitudinal wall radiates the light from the light-emitting part particularly well into the cooking space. The width refers in particular to that across Dimension of the respective longitudinal wall running along the longitudinal axis of the receiving space and / or of the light-emitting part of the lighting device.

It is possible for the receiving space to be delimited by at least two transverse walls which are inclined to the longitudinal walls. At least one of the transverse walls has at least one passage opening for the light-emitting part of the lighting device. Only one transverse wall can also be provided. It is possible that at least one transverse wall and preferably both transverse walls are formed in one piece with at least one longitudinal wall and preferably with the longitudinal walls. In an operational position of the cooking device, a transverse wall at the upper end of the receiving space and a transverse wall at the lower end of the receiving space are provided. The longitudinal walls run in particular between the transverse walls. The longitudinal axis of the light-emitting part of the lighting device intersects in particular with one plane of the transverse walls. In particular, the longitudinal axis of the light-emitting part of the lighting device does not intersect with the planes of the longitudinal walls of the receiving space. The side of the receiving space facing the cooking space is in particular at least partially open and preferably completely open.

At least one wall of the receiving space is preferably formed in one piece with the wall of the muffle. The longitudinal walls and / or the transverse walls are particularly preferably formed in one piece with the wall of the muffle. All walls of the receiving space are preferably formed in one piece with the wall of the muffle. For example, the receiving space is worked out of the muffle by a forming process. In particular, the receiving space is formed by embossing the muffle. As a result, it is not necessary to separate the muffle in order to produce the receiving space, so that heat and stability losses, which can occur, for example, when a window for the lighting device is introduced into a side wall, are avoided.

In preferred developments, the receiving space is arranged on the side of the muffle facing away from the cooking space. As a result, the light-emitting part is particularly well protected against collisions with a food support. The receiving space on the side of the wall of the muffle facing the cooking space is preferably designed to be flush with the latter. Such a flush design has the advantage that the light from the receiving space can enter the cooking space unhindered. In particular, the receiving space has no projection on the side of the wall of the muffle facing the cooking space. However, it is also possible that at least one projection is provided, which extends in particular in the direction of the cooking space. The light-emitting part of the lighting device is preferably set back from the plane of the wall. The light-emitting part can be arranged, for example, set back from the plane of the wall by a certain part and preferably by at least one tenth of its diameter and / or its thickness and / or its width. A larger offset is also possible, for example by a quarter or half of its diameter or thickness and / or width. The light-emitting part can also be set back one and a half times or a multiple of its diameter or thickness or width.

The light-emitting part of the lighting device is particularly preferably rod-shaped. A rod is particularly suitable for accommodation in a recording room, as described above. For example, the rod is round or oval. Another profile bar is also possible. It is possible that sections are provided for the light exit along the glass rod. The sections for the light exit are preferably provided in a direction opposite to the cooking chamber opening.

It is possible and preferred that the receiving device comprises at least one storage device. The storage device is particularly suitable and designed to movably accommodate the light-emitting part of the lighting device. Axial mobility of the light-emitting part is preferably provided. A radial play of the light-emitting part can also be provided in the bearing device. In particular, the receiving device comprises at least one fixed bearing device and / or at least one spring bearing device. A spring bearing is particularly preferably provided in the operational position of the cooking device at the upper end of the receiving space. A fixed bearing is preferably provided at the lower end of the receiving space in the operational position of the cooking appliance. A reverse arrangement is also possible. A stored receptacle of the light-emitting part offers a secure fit and also enables mobility. For example, when wiping the muffle, it is possible for the light-emitting part to retreat, so that damage is avoided. The spring bearing and / or the fixed bearing comprises in particular at least one latching and / or at least one spring clip and / or at least one clip.

It is possible, among other things, to heat with a convection heating source, with top and bottom heat, in hot air mode, with gas or with an integrated microwave source. The cooking space 3 of the cooking device 1 is in Fig. 1 closed by a cooking chamber door 104.

The Figure 2 shows a cooking device 1 in a perspective view, in which only certain components have been drawn in for better clarity. In the Figure 3 the cooking device 1 is shown in a section along the line AA. The cooking space 3 is formed by a muffle 2. The muffle 2 comprises two opposite side walls 12, a bottom wall 32, a top wall 42 and a rear wall 52. In the front area of the muffle 2 there is a cooking space opening 13 through which the cooking space 3 can be loaded and unloaded. The side wall opposite one side wall 12 is not shown here. A food support receiving device 23 is preferably provided on the side walls 12.

An illumination device 4 is provided for illuminating the cooking space 3. The lighting device 4 here comprises an illuminant module 44 arranged outside the muffle 2, which has a heat sink and at least one illuminant. The lamp module is connected to a control device 6, which is also arranged outside the muffle 2, for energy supply and / or for control. A light-emitting part 14 is connected to the illuminant module 44, which is designed here as a rod-shaped light guide 34.

The light guide 34 extends into the cooking space 3 through a passage opening 24 (not visible here). Inside the cooking space 3, the light guide 34 runs in a receiving device 5 designed as a receiving space 15. The receiving space 15 is in the direction of the cooking space 3 openly trained. A receiving space 15 with an illumination device 4 can be provided on both side walls 12 or only on one side wall 12.

In addition, the receiving device 5 here comprises a fixed bearing device 45 and a spring bearing device 55 for receiving the light guide 34. The spring bearing device 55 provided on the upper section of the light guide 34 enables the light guide 34 to be retracted flexibly, for example when touching when wiping the cooking space 3 Fixed bearing 45 holds the light guide 34 securely in place.

The receiving space 15 has a long side 151 facing the cooking space opening 13 and a long side 152 facing away from the cooking space opening 13. Each long side 151, 152 runs along an outer long edge 551, 552. The outer long edges 551, 552 form the transition from the side wall 12 to the receiving space 15. The receiving space 15 here comprises two longitudinal walls 153, 154, which extend in the longitudinal direction between the upper and the lower end of the receiving space 15. The longitudinal walls 153, 154 each extend transversely to the longitudinal direction, starting from a longitudinal side 151, 152 towards one another.

The longitudinal walls 153, 154 directly adjoin one another along their longitudinal axis and merge into one another in one piece. The transition is designed here as a longitudinal edge 557 lying in the interior of the receiving space 15. Another transition can also be provided, e.g. B. there may be another wall between the longitudinal walls 153, 154. The receiving space 15 is also delimited here by two transverse walls 25, 35 which run transversely to the longitudinal walls 153, 154. The upper transverse wall 25 has the passage opening 24 for the light guide 34.

The receiving space 15 is designed asymmetrically here. The longitudinal walls 153, 154 run at different angles 155, 156 to the plane 112 of the side wall 12. Accordingly, the longitudinal walls 153, 154 have different widths 158, 159. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the angle 155 is 90 °. The angle 156 is 15 °, for example. The longitudinal walls 153, 154 adjoin one another at an angle 157 of 75 °. At the collision of the two longitudinal walls 153, 154 or at the longitudinal edge 557, a rounding 65 can be provided, which is indicated here by dashed lines. With such a rounding 65, the angle 157 of the collision of the two longitudinal walls 153, 154 then results from the respective planes of the longitudinal walls 153, 154.

The light-emitting part of the lighting device is arranged along the longitudinal edge and preferably parallel to the longitudinal edge. The longitudinal edge within the receiving space runs in particular parallel to the long sides of the receiving space.

Due to the asymmetrical design of the receiving space 15, an eccentric arrangement of the light guide 34 is particularly possible. Due to the very different widths 158, 159 or angle 155, 156 of the longitudinal walls 153, 154, the light guide can be accommodated on the one hand in a particularly collision-proof manner and on the other hand the light exit can be better designed. For this purpose, the light guide 34 is arranged much closer to the long side 151 pointing towards the cooking space opening 13 than to the long side 152 pointing away from the cooking space opening 13. Here, the light guide 34 runs in the vicinity of the longitudinal edge 557 and is therefore accommodated in a front part of the receiving space 15, which is toward the cooking chamber opening 13.

The close position of the light guide 34 on the front longitudinal wall 153 has the effect that the light guide 34 is covered by it in such a way that it cannot be hit by a food support 33. In addition, a user who looks into the cooking space 3 from the cooking space opening 13 is not dazzled. The significantly wider and at a much flatter angle 156 to the plane 112 of the wall 12, the rear longitudinal wall 154 also has the effect that the light can exit the receiving space 15 as freely as possible and in a wide cone. The correspondingly large area of the rear longitudinal wall 154 also reinforces the effect of indirect lighting.

The Figure 4 shows a further embodiment of the cooking device 1. The receiving space 15 has a rounded portion 65 at the collision of the two longitudinal walls 153, 154. The rounding 65 here is adapted to the cross section of the light guide 34. The light guide 34 can thus be positioned particularly close to the collision of the two longitudinal walls 153, 154. As a result, the light guide 34 can also be arranged set back in a very compactly designed receiving space 15 with respect to the plane 112 of the side wall 12. Furthermore, the reflection of the light can be improved by the rounding 65. In addition, a further rounding 65 is provided here at the transition from the front longitudinal wall 153 to the side wall 12. Such a rounding 75 improves in particular the illumination of the front cooking chamber 3. The rear longitudinal edge 552 is also partially rounded here.

In the Figure 5 a highly schematic cooking chamber 3 is shown, into which a food support 33 is inserted. The food carrier 33 is received here via a food carrier receiving device 23 which is fastened to the side wall 12 of the muffle 2. In the position shown here, the food support 33 is tilted to a maximum in the food support receiving device 23.

In order to protect the light guide 34, no channel or projection or the like is required. As a result, the light guide 34 in the direction of the cooking space 3 is not covered by protruding components, so that particularly good illumination is achieved of the cooking space 3 is reached. Despite the good illumination, the light guide 34 is reliably protected here from collisions with the food support 33.
