Claims (15)

  1. Machine pour traiter des produits textiles ou des tissus (11), comprenant un tambour (12) avec une pluralité de cylindres à fonctionnement rotatif (13), ledit tambour (12) coopérant avec au moins un premier cylindre d'étirage à l'entrée (16a) et au moins premier cylindre d'étirage à la sortie (17a), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de couverture (20) aptes à être interposés, durant l'utilisation, entre au moins une position circonférentielle dudit tambour (12) et le tissu (11), lesdits moyens de couverture (20) ayant une extrémité conformée pour former des lignes de début de contact spécifiques par rapport à la largeur dudit tissu (11) et des zones spécifiques d'absence de contact entre ledit tambour (12) et ledit tissu (11).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de couverture (20) comprennent au moins un panneau de couverture (24) associé avec des moyens de positionnement (21).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit ou lesdits panneau(x) de couverture (24) et lesdits moyens de positionnement (21) sont configurées pour permettre un positionnement sélectif dudit ou desdits panneau(x) de couverture (24) en fonction des caractéristiques du tissu (11).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de positionnement (21) sont un cylindre de déroulement entraîné par un organe d'entraînement (22).
  5. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, d'une manière coordonnée, deux cylindres d'étirage à l'entrée (16a, 16b) formant une zone transversale du tissu (11) dans laquelle au moins un moyen de détection (25) opère.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen de détection (25) coopère avec une unité de traitement et de commande (26) configurée pour piloter lesdits moyens de positionnement (21).
  7. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de couverture (20) comprennent des panneaux de couverture auxiliaires (24b) en contact avec le tambour (12) et des panneaux de couverture de base (24a) au moins partiellement au-dessus.
  8. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle prévoit que lesdits moyens de détection (25) coopèrent avec la bande de tissu (11) comprise entre lesdits deux cylindres d'étirage à l'entrée (16a, 16b).
  9. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de détection (27) configurés pour détecter et commander la position frontale dudit ou desdits panneau(x) de couverture (24).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 9, lorsqu'elle est dépendante des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de détection (25) et/ou lesdits moyens de détection (27) sont configurés pour coopérer avec une unité de traitement et de commande (26) configurée pour contrôler et commander lesdits moyens de positionnement (21).
  11. Procédé pour traiter des produits textiles ou des tissus (11) utilisant une machine comprenant un tambour (12) ayant sur sa circonférence une pluralité de cylindre opérationnels (13), ledit tambour (12) coopérant avec au moins un premier cylindre d'étirage à l'entrée (16a) et au moins un premier cylindre d'étirage à la sortie (17a), caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit de :
    - positionner sélectivement au moins un panneau de couverture (24) en fonction de la situation point par point dudit tissu (11), introduire et interposer ledit ou lesdits panneau(x) de couverture (24) à une position circonférentielle dudit tambour (12) formant la ligne de contact (23) entre ledit tambour (12) et ledit tissu (11) ;
    - positionner ledit ou lesdits panneaux de couverture (24) ayant la partie terminale frontale correspondant aux exigences dudit tissu (11) dans la zone sous-tendue dudit ou desdits panneau(x) de couverture (24).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'entre deux cylindres d'étirage à l'entrée (16a, 16b), une zone transversale est formée par rapport à la largeur dudit tissu (11) soumise au contrôle au moins partiel des moyens de détection (25) de la situation point par point dudit tissu (11).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de détection (27) détectent la position d'extrémité frontale du ou desdits panneau(x) de couverture (24) et la transmettent à une unité de traitement et de commande (26).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de traitement et de commande (26) associée aux moyens de détection (25) et respectivement aux moyens de détection (27) et/ou à l'opérateur et/ou au programme intégré, conditionne la position du ou desdits panneaux de couverture (24).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que ledit ou lesdits panneaux de couverture (24) a/ont une position initiale, ou une position où il(s) attend(ent) le tissu (11), reliée à un ou plusieurs moyen(s) de positionnement (21) disposé(s) à proximité de l'entrée du tissu (11) sur le tambour (12), une position où il(s) accompagne(nt) le tissu (11) dans laquelle on fait avancer ledit ou lesdits panneaux de couverture (24) sur un tronçon défini en coopération directe avec le tissu (11) avançant, en s'interposant entre le tissu (11) lui-même et la surface active desdits cylindres opérationnels (13), et une position de couverture sélective dans laquelle, ayant atteint la position correcte, ledit ou lesdits panneaux de couverture (24) est/sont stoppé(s) dans son/leur avancement, définissant ainsi la position stable correcte dans laquelle il détermine l'action sélective des cylindres opérationnels (13) sur le tissu (11).
