Aus der DE 20 2014 010 142 U1 ist ein Ringspulenkörper bekannt, mit einer Nabe und jeweils an den axialen Stirnenden der Nabe angeordneten Seitenwänden mit einer ersten Nabenwand und einer zur ersten Nabenwand radial beabstandeten zweiten Nabenwand. Dieser Ringspulenkörper ist aus zwei Spulenhälften gebildet, die identisch gestaltet sind.
Die DE 38 10 967 A1 beschreibt einen Ringspulenkörper mit zwei Flanschen, die durch einen zylindrischen Kern miteinander trennbar verbunden sind. Bei diesem bekannten Ringspulenkörper ist der Kern quer zu seiner Längsachse unterteilt, wobei der eine Teil dem einen Flansch und der andere Teil dem anderen Flansch drehfest zugeordnet ist. Die freien Stirnflächen der beiden Teile liegen aufeinander und verlaufen im gleichen Abstand zur Längsachse mit einer Steigung in Richtung der Längsachse derart, dass sie jeweils mindestens eine Sprungstelle besitzen, wobei die eine Stirnfläche eine der anderen Stirnfläche entsprechende, jedoch gegenläufige Steigung aufweist, und wobei die Flansche zur Längsachse zentriert gehalten sind.
Aus der US 5 622 333 ist ein Ringspulenkörper bekannt, der ein Paar Spulenkörperhälften aufweist, die gleich ausgebildet sind. Jede Spulenkörperhälfte weist ein ringförmiges Basisteil und ein vom Basisteil materialeinstückig zentral, axial wegstehendes Hülsenteil auf. Zusätzlich zu den Spulenkörperhälften Verbindungselemente vorzusehen, ist auch aus dieser Druckschrift nicht zu entnehmen.
Die US 5 575 437 offenbart einen Ringspulenkörper mit scheibenförmigen Basisteilen und einer zentralen Nabe, die von einem Nabenteil gebildet ist. Die Basisteile sind mit Ausnehmungen ausgebildet und die Nabenteile sind materialeinstückig mit federnden Rastfingern ausgebildet, die in die Ausnehmungen einrastbar sind. Bei diesem bekannten Ringspulenkörper bilden die Außenflächen der beiden Nabenteile die Zylindernabenfläche des Ringspulenkörpers.
Eine diesem zuletzt genannten Ringspulenkörper prinzipiell ähnliche Ausbildung eines Ringspulenkörpers ist aus der DE 697 22 232 T2 bekannt.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Ringspulenkörper der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der einfach ausgebildet ist, und der bezüglich seiner axialen Abmessung flexibel und somit wunschgemäß preisgünstig realisierbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1, d.h. dadurch gelöst, dass Verbindungselemente vorgesehen sind, die mit den zentralen Hülsenteilen der beiden Spulenkörperhälften, in Umfangsrichtung des zentralen Hülsenteils gleichmäßig verteilt, zur Ausbildung des Ringspulenkörpers verrastbar oder verrastet sind, wobei das zentrale Hülsenteil der jeweiligen Spulenkörperhälfte einen Innenbund und einen Außenbund aufweist, die zueinander konzentrisch vorgesehen sind und zwischen sich für die Verbindungselemente einen Ringspalt bilden, der mit radial orientierten Rippen ausgebildet ist, und dass die jeweilige Spulenkörperhälfte mit Rastaussparungen ausgebildet ist, die in Umfangsrichtung der Spulenkörperhälfte gleichmäßig beabstandet sind, wobei die Verbindungselemente jeweils ein Paar voneinander axial abgewandte Rastfinger mit Rastnasen aufweisen, die zum Einrasten in die jeweils zugehörigen Rastaussparungen vorgesehen sind.
Die axiale Abmessung des erfindungsgemäßen Ringspulenkörpers wird in einfacher Weise durch entsprechende Dimensionierung der Verbindungselemente bestimmt.

Claims (9)

  1. An annular bobbin with a pair of bobbin halves (10) which are identically formed, wherein each bobbin half (10) has an annular base part (12) and a sleeve part (14) which forms one piece with and extends centrally, axially away from the base part (12), characterised in that connecting elements (32) are provided which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the central sleeve part (14), and which, in order to form the annular bobbin (42), are lockable or locked with the central sleeve parts (14) of the two bobbin halves (10), wherein the central sleeve part (14) of the respective bobbin half (10) has an inner collar (16) and an outer collar (18) which are provided concentrically to one another and which form an annular gap (20) between themselves for the connecting elements (32) which is provided with radially oriented ribs (22), and in that the respective bobbin half (10) is provided with locking recesses (24), which are evenly spaced in the circumferential direction of the bobbin half (10), wherein the connecting elements (32) each have a pair of locking fingers (34) with locking noses (44) facing axially away from one another, which are provided in order to lock into the respective corresponding locking recess (24).
  2. The annular bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular base part (12) of the respective bobbin half (10) is provided with elevations (26) and recesses (28) which are radially oriented and which alternate in a circumferential direction.
  3. The annular bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular base part (12) of the respective bobbin half (10) is provided with radially oriented reinforcing ribs (36) on its outer surface.
  4. The annular bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the axial dimensions of the locking fingers (34) of the respective connecting element (32) facing away from each other are adapted to the axial dimensions of both bobbin halves (10) in such a way that in an assembled state the central sleeve parts (14) of the two bobbin halves (10) form the cylinder hub surface (40) of the annular bobbin (42) with their inner collar (16).
  5. The annular bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the two locking fingers (34) of the respective connecting element (32) project away from an axially central arc-shaped rib element (46), wherein axially oriented insertion fingers (48), facing away from the arc-shaped rib element (46), project laterally next to the respective locking finger (34).
  6. The annular bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the respective connecting element (32) has a part-cylindrical spacer section (52), with circumferential edges (54) which are axially facing away from one another and from each of which a locking finger (34) projects axially.
  7. The annular bobbin according to claim 6, characterised in that the part-cylindrical spacer section (52) of the respective connecting element (32) is provided with a part-cylindrical outer surface (56), so that in the annular bobbin's (42) assembled state, the connecting elements (32) form the cylinder hub surface (40) of the annular bobbin (42) with their part-cylindrical outer surfaces (56).
  8. The annular bobbin according to claim 6, characterised in that the part-cylindrical spacer section (52) of the respective connecting element (32) has radially reinforcing ribs (58) on the inside which form a honeycomb structure.
  9. The annular bobbin according to claim 6, characterised in that the part-cylindrical spacer section (52) of the respective connecting element (32) has at least one axially oriented insertion finger (48) laterally next to the respective locking finger (34).
