Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The present invention relates to a grinding device for releasable attachment to a hook part of a hook and loop type hook and loop fastener.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Grinding devices with corresponding means for releasable attachment to a hook part are known in large numbers from the prior art. For example, the WO 2007/145435 A1 or the EP 0 728 056 such a device.

Usually, for example, grinding machines or handles are equipped with corresponding hook parts, on which grinding devices according to the invention or previously known devices can then be fixed with suitable loops for releasable fixing. If the grinding device is worn, the grinding device can be replaced easily. Different grinding devices can also be easily changed for different tasks and used again later. It is important to ensure that the connection is designed in such a way that it does not accidentally detach when the grinding device is used, but is easily detachable for replacement.

In addition, efforts are being made to save raw materials and to make production simple and inexpensive.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

Accordingly, it is an object of the invention to further develop previously known grinding devices for releasable attachment to a hook part of a hook and loop fastener of the hook loop type in such a way that raw materials are saved and production can be simplified.

Die abhängigen Ansprüche 2 bis 10 geben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen an.The object is achieved by an abrasive according to claim 1. The dependent claims 2 to 10 indicate advantageous developments.

The applicant has recognized that in the state of the art either heavy goods with a basis weight of more than 75 g / m 2 or goods which form loops by roughening a textile are used. In other words, in the latter case, the loops were not created by weaving, knitting or knitting, but were later made by roughening them accordingly. This is also necessary, since otherwise the connection process with further layers, for example by means of adhesive or lamination, leads to the problem that when using other goods, e.g. B. Adhesive passes through the textile layer in such a way that the loops are unable to perform their function, at least not to the extent possible before the gluing or the strength possible before the gluing.

However, the applicant was able to develop textile layers which have a weight per unit area of 75 g / m 2 or less and yet are sufficiently dense to prevent excessive penetration, for example of the adhesive. This is possible, for example, by means of a textile layer which includes yarns which are formed in thread loops, which are arranged in longitudinally extending ribs and transversely extending rows and which contains at least one set of base yarns which are in a stitch pattern of thread loops in spaced rows and spaced-apart ribs and warp knitted in pile-like loops which extend from the side of the textile layer facing the upper layer of the grinding device to the side of the textile layer facing away from the upper layer of the grinding device. This is also possible thanks to textile layers that have loops that form loops and loops as a unit from yarn threads in that there are loops in each continuous stitch in the longitudinal and transverse directions and a stitch density in the range from 2,500 to 7,500 stitches / dm 2 have a mesh length in the range of 0.5 to 2 mm.

The invention is defined by the combination of features of claim 1. Further embodiments are defined according to the dependent claims.

The use of raw materials, in particular with regard to the textile layer, can be reduced by such a grinding device and simple production can be realized in the process. In particular, a roughening operation is not necessary.

In addition, due to the formation of the loops by knitting, weaving or knitting, the textile layers according to the invention have particularly reliable loops, which in particular can be arranged in a defined pattern.

The connection to the top layer can also be carried out in a simple manner. This can be done, for example, with adhesives or lamination. The top layer itself has a carrier material on which the abrasives are applied. Then the top layer is connected in such an orientation to the textile layer, for example by gluing, the abrasive is present on the side of the backing material facing away from the textile layer.

Alternatively, however, it is also possible to apply abrasives, for example together with adhesives, to the textile layer. In both alternatives, the textile layer is oriented towards the upper layer so that the loops extend away from the upper layer.

Various abrasives can be used as abrasives. For example, corundum, silicon carbide, boron nitride and / or diamond can be used here. As a rule, appropriate grains of the material used to form the abrasive will be used and appropriately embedded or fixed on a carrier or the textile layer. Various means, hereinafter referred to as adhesives, can be used as means for fastening the abrasive, for example on a carrier layer or directly on the textile layer. be used. Resins, rubber, shellac, epoxy resins and / or various plastics, for example thermoplastics, are conceivable here. It is conceivable to first apply a layer of resin or other adhesive to the textile layer on the side facing the upper layer and then to apply abrasive and, if necessary, to apply a layer of resin or other adhesive material again. This can also be done on a carrier layer, for example made of paper. Then, or subsequently, the carrier layer is glued, laminated or welded to the textile layer.

Als Trägerschicht kommen hier Papiere, Gewebe oder Folien infrage.Papers, fabrics or foils can be used as carrier layers.

According to the invention, there is a flat connection between the top layer and the textile layer. This must be differentiated from possible point-like or line-shaped connections that are not nationwide. However, a connection is also to be understood as being flat, which, for example due to numerous point-like or line-like connections, takes up such a large area of the contact area between the upper layer and the textile layer that one speaks of a flat connection. In particular, one speaks of a two-dimensional connection when 75% or more of the contact surface has an adhesive bond, weld and / or lamination.

In a first preferred embodiment, the top layer comprises a backing layer, the underside of which is connected flatly to the side of the textile layer facing the top layer by gluing, lamination or welding and has abrasives on its top. For example, paper can be used as the carrier layer. But fabric or foil are also conceivable. In particular, the backing layer has less flexibility than the textile layer. In particular, the materials included in the top layer in addition to adhesives and abrasives as the carrier layer, for example the paper or fabric used, are less flexible than the textile layer. For example, in a first step Abrasives are applied to the top of the backing layer and later the backing of the backing layer is connected to the textile layer. A reverse approach is also conceivable.

In a second particularly preferred embodiment, in which further raw materials and operations can be saved, the top layer is formed from adhesive and abrasive arranged on the side of the textile layer facing the top layer. The abrasive is connected to the textile layer by the adhesive. This can be a connection in such a way that the abrasive has surfaces uncovered by the adhesive, in particular only partially protrudes into the adhesive and in particular protrudes from a plane formed by the adhesive, or it can be an embedding in which the abrasive largely or completely surrounded by adhesive.

In such an embodiment, for example, a first adhesive layer, in particular made of resin, can be applied to the textile layer in one operation and then abrasive can be applied to this resin and then another adhesive layer can be applied to the abrasive or the first adhesive layer. The second layer of adhesive can optionally also be dispensed with if, for example, the abrasive is introduced sufficiently deep into the adhesive and the adhesive is selected such that it closes again via the introduced abrasive or if embedding is to be avoided.

In a first preferred embodiment of the textile layer, the textile layer, as described at the beginning, has yarns which are formed in thread loops, which are arranged in longitudinally extending ribs and transversely extending rows and which have at least one set of base yarns which are in one Knitted patterns of thread loops in spaced rows and spaced ribs and in pile-like loops are warp-knitted, which extend from the side of the textile layer facing the top layer to the side facing away from the top layer. Such an arrangement enables particularly reliable bonding, lamination and welding and particularly functional loops with a low basis weight.

In this embodiment, it is further preferred that each loop-forming yarn is formed in thread loops which are aligned with one another in spaced rows of a common rib. This further increases the functionality of the loops and the possibilities of gluing, laminating or welding.

It is also preferred in this embodiment that each pair of thread loops of the loop-forming yarns that are adjacent in the rib direction is spaced apart by at least one intermediate row of a common rib and that each pair of thread loops of the loop-forming yarns that are adjacent in the row direction are spaced apart by at least one intermediate rib. This also enables the reliability of the slings and the possibility of connection to be further fulfilled.

In this embodiment of the textile layer, further advantages can be realized, for example, in that the pile-like loops of the loop-forming yarns are elongated base loops which extend on the side of the goods facing the upper layer and on the side facing away from the upper layer.

It is also preferred in this embodiment that the elongated support loops extend in opposite directions in the row direction of the textile layer. Further advantages can also be realized in that the pile-like loops extend from the side of the textile layer facing the upper layer to the side facing away from the upper layer.

It is also preferred in this embodiment of the textile layer that a set of loop-forming yarns with the base yarns on the side of the textile layer facing the upper layer is loop-knitted in thread loops in spaced rows and in spaced-apart ribs and in elongated pile-like bases from the side of the textile layer facing the upper layer to that of the Extend the side of the textile layer facing away from the upper layer and a second set of loop-forming yarns with the base yarns on the side of the textile layer facing the upper layer is knitted in thread loops in spaced rows and spaced ribs in pile-like loops which extend from the side of the textile facing the upper layer Extend the layer to the side of the textile layer facing away from the upper layer.

In this first embodiment of the textile layer, it is further preferred that the thread loops of the first and second loop-forming yarns are formed in common rows and ribs.

With regard to the first embodiment of the textile layer, it is further preferred that the loop-forming yarns are knitted in a 1-0, 3-4, 6-7, 3-4 stitch pattern. It is also preferred if the base yarns are warp knitted in a 1-0, 3-4 stitch pattern. It is also preferred that the base yarns are warp knitted in a 2-3, 1-0 stitch pattern. In addition, it is preferred that the base yarns be in one
1-0, 2-3 stitch patterns are warp knitted. It is also preferred to provide a weft fill yarn in at least some of the rows. It is also preferred to provide a weft-filled fill yarn extending in essentially every row in the row direction, in particular in at least 75% of the rows.

A second embodiment of the textile layer is also preferred, with loops and loops being formed as a unit to form the loops of the textile layer from yarn threads in that loops are present in each continuous stitch in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction and a stitch density in the range from 2,500 to 7,500 stitches / dm 2 are provided with a stitch length in the range from 0.5 to 2 mm.

With such a configuration, reliable loops can be achieved with little use of material and good adhesiveness or weldability or laminatability of the textile layer.

In this second type of configuration of the textile layer, it is particularly preferred to provide mesh densities in the range from 4,000 to 6,000 meshes / dm 2 , optimally in the range from 4,600 to 5,000 meshes / dm 2 .

It is also possible to design the textile layer in such a way that it contains yarn threads which form loops and stitches in the transverse and longitudinal directions, the stitch and loop being formed as a unit in that in each continuous stitch in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction simultaneously Loops are created by placing the thread at least over two needles, which is then held in the two hooks of the pusher needle and pulled down through the previous stitch, or if there is no previous stitch, this was designed as a loop, two Laying bars for the formation of surfaces and a laying bar for the formation of the loops was used.

It is preferred that the stitch and loop are formed as a unit in that loops are present simultaneously in each continuous stitch in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction.

It is advantageous if each loop-forming yarn is placed in thread loops which are adjusted to one another in a common rib.

It is also preferred in this third embodiment if each loop-forming yarn is warp-knitted in a 3-1 / 0-2 // stitch pattern.

In general, it is preferred to have a basis weight of the textile layer of less than 50 g / m 2 , in particular less than 25 g / m 2 , in particular less than 15 g / m 2 , in particular in the range from 9 to 13 g / m 2 , optimally in the range from 10 to 12 g / m 2 should be provided.

Even in these weight ranges or with such a use of material, the types of textile layer described can achieve a textile layer which has reliable loops and is correspondingly connectable to the upper layer. This enables considerable material savings and cost advantages to be realized. This is of particular importance since the grinding device is usually a disposable article which is comparatively expensive is already disposed of after a short period of use.

The textile layer particularly advantageously comprises synthetic mono- and / or preferably multifilament yarns made of polyester, polyamide and / or polyolefin. In particular, the loop-forming yarns are formed from synthetic monofilament and / or preferably multifilament yarns, in particular from polyester, polyamide or polyolefin.

It is particularly advantageous to include yarns with a yarn count of 10 to 40 dtex, in particular 15 to 18 dtex, in the textile layer. In particular, the textile layer is formed from such yarns.

The total dtex of the textile layer is chosen with particular advantage to be 30 to 70 dtex, in particular 51 to 68 dtex.

Foil tapes are knitted, woven or knitted with particular advantage. By acting, knitting in or weaving in film tapes, in particular elongated film sections, the reliability or effectiveness of the loops can be increased with a low basis weight and low use of raw materials.

A method for producing a grinding device comprises the provision of a textile layer comprising knitted loops with knitted, woven or knitting technology on a first side of the textile layer for releasable attachment to a hook part of a hook-and-loop type Velcro fastener, the textile layer having a weight per unit area of 75 g / m 2 or less and applying an upper layer comprising abrasives by surface gluing, lamination or welding on a second side of the textile layer.

Alternatively, adhesives and abrasives are preferably applied to the second side of the textile layer to form the top layer.

Furthermore, the method comprises the application of an upper layer comprising abrasives by surface gluing, lamination or welding on a second side of the textile layer. With regard to the abrasive, the textile layer and the connection, in particular the adhesive, as well as the flat design, the above applies analogously to the device. The manufacturing alternatives described above can also be implemented in the method, in particular with regard to the fixing of the abrasive.

It is preferred that the top layer comprises a backing layer and abrasive is or is applied to a first side of the backing layer and that the backing side of the backing layer is connected to the second side of the textile layer by surface gluing, lamination or welding. The backing layer, which can be formed, for example, from paper, fabric and / or film and to which the above applies analogously, can be connected to the textile layer before, during or after the application of the abrasive.
