Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) comprenant
    - un compartiment (2) pour aliments frais dans lequel les aliments sont placés pour être refroidis;
    - un compartiment (3) de congélation qui est maintenu à des températures plus basses que le compartiment (2) pour aliments frais et dans lequel les aliments sont placés pour être congelés;
    - un compartiment (4) spécial qui est disposé à l'intérieur du compartiment (2) pour aliments frais;
    - un compresseur (5) assurant la compression du fluide frigorigène;
    - un condenseur (6) qui permet au fluide frigorigène quittant le compresseur (5) de passer en phase liquide par condensation;
    - au moins un évaporateur (7) de compartiment pour aliments frais assurant le refroidissement du compartiment (2) pour aliments frais;
    - au moins un évaporateur (8) de compartiment de congélation assurant le refroidissement du compartiment (3) de congélation;
    - un premier capteur de température (10) qui mesure la température du compartiment (2) pour aliments frais pour commander le processus de refroidissement;
    - un deuxième capteur de température (11) qui mesure la température du compartiment (3) de congélation pour commander le processus de congélation;
    - une première vanne (13) qui est disposée à la sortie du condenseur (6);
    - une unité de commande (14) qui permet au fluide frigorigène quittant le condenseur (6) d'être dirigé vers l'évaporateur (7) du compartiment pour alimentaire frais ou l'évaporateur (8) du compartiment de congélation en passant par la première vanne (13) en évaluant les données reçues du premier capteur (10) et du deuxième capteur de température (11),
    - au moins un évaporateur (9) du compartiment spécial assurant le refroidissement du compartiment (4) spécial, et
    - une troisième capteur de température (12) qui mesure la température du compartiment (4) spécial;
    caractérisé par
    - le compartiment (4) spécial étant maintenu à une température comprise entre la température du compartiment (2) pour aliments frais et la température du compartiment (3) de congélation;
    - une deuxième vanne (15) disposée à la sortie de l'évaporateur (8) du compartiment de congélation,
    - l'unité de commande (14) qui permet au fluide frigorigène quittant l'évaporateur (8) du compartiment de congélation d'être délivré à l'évaporateur (9) ou au compresseur (5) du compartiment spécial en évaluant les données reçues du troisième capteur de température (12);
    - une troisième vanne (16) disposée à la sortie de l'évaporateur (7) du compartiment pour aliments frais, et
    - l'unité de commande (14) qui permet au fluide frigorigène quittant l'évaporateur (7) du compartiment pour alimentaire frais d'être amené à l'évaporateur (8) du compartiment de congélation ou à l'évaporateur (9) du compartiment spécial en passant par la troisième vanne (16) selon les données reçues du deuxième capteur de température (11) et du troisième capteur de température (12).
  2. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (14)
    - qui compare la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial détectée par le troisième capteur de température (12) avec la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment (4) spécial prédéterminée par le fabricant,
    - permet de faire passer le fluide frigorigène à travers la deuxième vanne (15) et de l'amener au compresseur (5) si la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial est inférieure à la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment (4) spécial,
    - permet de faire passer le fluide frigorigène à travers la deuxième vanne (15) et de l'amener à l'évaporateur (9) du compartiment spécial si la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial est supérieure à la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment (4) spécial.
  3. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (14)
    - qui compare la température (TFRZ) du compartiment (3) de congélation détectée par le deuxième capteur de température (11) avec la température (TTFRZlim) limite du compartiment (3) de congélation prédéterminée par le fabricant,
    - qui compare la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial détectée par le troisième capteur de température (12) avec la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment (4) spécial prédéterminée par le fabricant,
    - permet d'acheminer le fluide frigorigène vers l'évaporateur (9) du compartiment spécial en passant par la troisième vanne (16) si la température (TFRZ) du compartiment (3) de congélation est inférieure à la température (TTFRZlim) limite du compartiment (3) de congélation et la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial est supérieure à la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment (4) spécial, et
    - permet d'acheminer le fluide frigorigène vers l'évaporateur (8) du compartiment de congélation en passant par la troisième vanne (16) si la température (TFRZ) du compartiment (3) de congélation est inférieure à la température (TTFRZlim) limite du compartiment (3) de congélation et la température (TSC) du compartiment (4) spécial est inférieure à la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment spécial (4).
  4. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (14) qui permet d'arrêter le refoulement du fluide réfrigérant en arrêtant le compresseur (5) si la température (TFF) du compartiment pour alimentaire frais est inférieure à la température (TFFlim) limite du compartiment pour alimentaire frais et la température (TFRZ) du compartiment de congélation est inférieure à la température (TTFR-Zlim) limite du compartiment de congélation et la température (TSC) du compartiment spécial est inférieure à la température (TSClim) limite du compartiment spécial.
