    c) inserting the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) via the at least one opening (6) into the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) by means of a relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2) transversely, in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1), in particular in such a way that the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) is or are completely received in the recess (3); and then
    d) rotating the beam (1) with respect to the post (2) in the first direction of rotation (D1) around an axis of rotation (X) running parallel to its longitudinal axis, by means of which the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the recess (3) are positioned relative with respect to each other in such a way that via the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the boundaries of the recess (3), a form fit between the post (2) and the beam (1) is present in all directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) as well as in the first direction of rotation (D1) around the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) and by means of which the beam (1) is brought into its intended position with respect to the post (2).
  2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2) for inserting the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) into the recess (3) is carried out in a straight line or along a curved or kinked polyline.
  3. Method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein during rotation the beam (1) is rotated with respect to the post (2) around an axis of rotation (X) running outside the center of the beam (1), in particular in the region of a lateral boundary of the beam (1).
  4. Material set for establishing a post-and-beam connection using the method according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising:
    a) a post (2), wherein one or more projection (s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) protrude from a longitudinal side of the post (2);
    b) a beam (1), wherein a front face of the beam (1) comprises a recess (3);
    wherein the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way,
    that the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) are, in particular completely, insertable into the recess (3) by means of a relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2), which runs transversely, in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1), via at least one opening (6) in the boundaries of the recess (3), which leads from a longitudinal side of the beam (1) into the recess (3),
    characterized in that then the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the recess (3) can be positioned with respect to each other by means of a rotation of the beam (1) in a first direction of rotation (D1) around an axis of rotation (X) running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) in such a way that after the rotation via the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the boundaries of the recess (3) a form fit between the post (2) and the beam (3) is present in all direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) as well as in the first direction of rotation (D1) around the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) and that the beam (1) is brought into its intended position with respect to the post (2).
  5. Material set according to claim 4, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that, after establishing the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, the beam (1) can be rotated with respect to the post (2) in a second direction of rotation opposite the first direction of rotation (D1) around an axis of rotation (X) running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) and by means of this rotation the form fit between the post (2) and the beam (1) established via the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the boundaries of the recess (3) is removed in at least one direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1) via the at least one opening (6) in the boundaries of the recess (3), such that the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) can be pulled out from the recess (3) via the at least one opening (6) by means of a relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2), which occurs transversely, in particular perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1), to remove the connection between the post (2) and the beam (1).
  6. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 5, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) is or are, in particular completely, insertable into the recess (3) by the relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2) via exactly one opening (6) in the boundaries of the recess (3), which leads from a longitudinal side of the beam (1) into the recess (3).
  7. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 6, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) are insertable into the recess (3) via the at least one opening (6) by means of a relative movement of the beam (1) with respect to the post (2), which occurs in a straight line or along a curved or kinked polyline transversely, preferably perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the beam (1).
  8. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 7, wherein the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that the axis of rotation (X) around which the beam (1), after the insertion of the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) into the recess (3) can be rotated in the first direction of rotation (D1), extends outside the center of the beam (1), in particular in the region of a lateral boundary of the beam (1).
  9. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 8, wherein a plurality of projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) protrude from the longitudinal side of the post (2), and in particular, wherein said projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) protrude from the longitudinal side of the post (2) running along a line substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the post (2).
  10. Material set according to claim 8 and according to claim 9, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that, after the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) has been established using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, the projection (4b, 5) closest to the axis of rotation (X) is substantially subjected to forces acting in a first direction, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the post (2) when the beam (1) is subjected to a rotational load in the first direction of rotation (D1) around its longitudinal axis, while at least one projection (4a, 5), which is located further away from the axis of rotation (X), is subjected to forces acting substantially in a second direction opposite the first direction.
  11. Material set according to claim 10, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that, after the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) has been established using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, the at least one projection (4a, 5) which is located further away from the axis of rotation (X) has a higher load-bearing capacity than the projection (4b, 5) which is located closest to the axis of rotation (X).
  12. Material set according to claim 11, wherein the higher load-bearing capacity of the at least one projection (4a, 5) which is located further away from the axis of rotation (X) is achieved such that it is formed by a plurality of projections and/or that it has a higher load-bearing connection to the post (2) than the projection (4b, 5) which is located closest to the axis of rotation (X), in particular by being connected to the post (2) with a larger number of fixing points (5).
  13. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 12, wherein the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) are connected to the post (2) by screwing.
  14. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 13, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that, after the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) has been established using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3 via the one or more projection(s) (4a, 5; 4b, 5) and the boundaries of the recess (3), additionally a form-fit between the post (2) and the beam (1) is present in the longitudinal direction of the beam (1) facing away from the post (2) .
  15. Material set according to claim 13 and according to claim 14, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) are at least partially formed by screws (5) screwed into the post (2), and wherein the form fit between the post (2) and the beam (1) in the longitudinal direction of the beam (1) facing away from the post (2) is established via the heads of the screws (5) and the boundaries of the recess (3).
  16. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 15, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that the establishment of the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3 can be carried out without the use of tools.
  17. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 16, wherein the projections (4a, 5; 4b, 5) on the longitudinal side of the post (2) and the recess (3) on the front face of the beam (1) are designed in such a way that the establishment of the post-and-beam connection between the post (2) and the beam (1) using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3 can be carried out without the use of additional components.
  18. Material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 17, wherein the recess (3) in the front face of the beam (1) is formed by an in particular one-piece shaped part (7), in particular of metal.
  19. Material set according to claim 18, wherein the post (2) and the beam (1) are each made of a profile material, in particular of metal profile material, and wherein the shaped part (7) forming the recess (3) at the front face of the beam (1) is connected to the profile material of the beam (1) by welding.
  20. Material set according to claim 19, wherein the shaped part (7) forms the entire front face of the beam (1).
  21. Shaped part (7) for the beam (1) of a material set according to any one of the claims 18 to 20, comprising or consisting of a body, in particular of metal, which comprises a substantially flat first outer surface (8), in which a recess (3), in particular of substantially uniform depth, is arranged, which opens via a lateral opening (6) into a second outer surface (9) of the body adjacent in particular at an angle of 90° to the first outer surface (8), the recess (3) being formed in such a way,
    that two, in particular identical, roll-like bodies arranged at a fixed distance from each other, whose longitudinal axes run parallel to each other and perpendicular to the first outer surface (8), can be completely inserted into the recess (3) via the lateral opening (6) by means of a relative movement with respect to the shaped part (7) which takes place in a plane running parallel to the first outer surface (8),
    characterized in that then by means of a rotation of the shaped part (7) in a first direction of rotation (D1) around an axis of rotation (X) running perpendicular to the first outer surface (8), the roll-like bodies and the recess (3) can be positioned relative with respect to each other in such a way that after the rotation a form fit via the roll-like bodies and the boundaries of the recess (3) between the roll-like bodies and the shaped part (7) is present in all direction in a plane running parallel to the first outer surface (8) as well as in the first direction of rotation (D1).
  22. Shaped part (7) according to claim 21, wherein the recess (3) comprises undercuts (10) into which radial projections formed on the roll-like bodies can engage to produce a form fit between the roll-like bodies and the boundaries of the recess (3) in a direction perpendicular to the first outer surface (8) of the body.
  23. Shaped part (7) according to any one of the claims 21 to 22, wherein the shaped part (7) is formed by a plate-like body and the first outer surface (8) is formed by one of the two plate sides.
  24. Fitting comprising a first fitting part for arranging on a post, which comprises a fixing plate with a first and a second plate side, wherein one or more projection(s) protrude from the first plate side, and comprising a second fitting part (7) comprising a body, which has a substantially planar first outer surface (8) in which a recess (3), in particular of substantially uniform depth, is arranged, which opens via a lateral opening (6) into a second outer surface (9) of the body adjacent to the first outer surface (8) at an angle of particularly 90°, wherein the first and second fitting parts are formed in such a way that by means of fixing the first fitting part with the fixing plate to a post, in such a way that the first fitting part with the second plate side is adjacent to a longitudinal side of the post and the one or more projection(s) protrude from the longitudinal side of the post, and that by arranging the second fitting part (7) on a beam (1), in such a way that the first outer surface (8) at least partially forms the front face of the beam (1), a material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 20 is formed.
  25. Fitting according to claim 24, wherein the second fitting part is designed as a shaped part according to any one of the claims 21 to 23.
  26. Post-and-beam connection established using the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, in particular using a material set according to any one of the claims 4 to 20 or a fitting according to any one of the claims 24 to 25.
  27. Building facade, in particular building glass facade, with a supporting structure of posts and beams, comprising a post-and-beam connection according to claim 26.
