Claims (13)

  1. Formwork retaining device (1) for retaining at least one shuttering panel (3) arranged to close at least partly a recess (21) provided in a building element (2), said recess (21) being comprised between two opposite sides (201) of said building element (2), which are each delimited by an edge (221), said shuttering panel (3) bearing at least partly on said edges (221), said formwork retaining device (1) comprising one single guide support (10) et and one single mobile element (11) coupled with said guide support (10) and comprising a bearing stop (13, 112) arranged to be, in active position, resting on said shuttering panel (3) and exert on it a resistance force, said formwork retaining device (1) moreover comprising adjustment means (12) arranged to allow controlling the displacement and the position of mobile element (11) with respect to said guide support (10) as well as the tightening of said bearing stop (13, 112) against said shuttering panel (3), said guide support (10) being arranged to be fastened onto one single of said sides (201) of said building element (2) by fastening means (14), said formwork retaining device (1) being characterized in that said guide support (10) and said mobile element (11) are assembled in a telescopic manner, to allow said mobile element (11) to slide in said guide support (10) to modify the length (L, L1, L2) of said formwork retaining device (1) between at least one passive position in which said bearing stop (13, 112) is not resting on said shuttering panel (3) and an active position in which said bearing stop is resting on it, and in that said mobile element (11) has the shape of a square and comprises a rectilinear section (111) and a transversal section (112) substantially perpendicular to said rectilinear section (111) and forming a fixed bearing stop transversal to said guide support (10).
  2. Formwork retaining device according to claim 1, characterized in that said guide support (10) has a rectilinear shape and comprises at least one profiled tube (101) closed at one of its ends (102).
  3. Formwork retaining device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an adjustable shoe (13) mounted on said transversal section (112) of said mobile element (11) by means of a joint (133) to form an adjustable bearing stop.
  4. Formwork retaining device according to claim 3, characterized in that said rectilinear section of mobile element (11) comprises a first profiled tube (111) and said transversal section comprises a second profiled tube (112) comprising a plurality of through holes (113) defining several positions for said adjustable shoe (13).
  5. Formwork retaining device according to claim 4, characterized in that said adjustable shoe (13) comprises a rectilinear profile (131) integral with a central bracket (132) coupled with said transversal section (112) of mobile element (11) through said joint (133).
  6. Formwork retaining device according to claim 2, characterized in that said adjustment means (12) comprise a threaded rod (121) provided at one end with an adjusting end piece (122) and coupled at the other end with a nut (123), in that said threaded rod (121) is comprised inside of at least a part of guide support (10) and mobile element (11), in that said threaded rod (121) passes through end (102) of guide support (10) and in that said threaded rod (121) is screwed in said nut (123).
  7. Formwork retaining device according to claim 1, characterized in that said fastening means (14) are arranged to rest on said guide support (10) on one single bearing surface and to be fastened onto said building element (2) at one single fastening point.
  8. Formwork retaining device according to claim 1 or 7, characterized in that said fastening means (14) comprise a tightening clamp (142) arranged to enclose at least partly said guide support (10) and to rest on side (201) of said building element (2) and a fastening element (141) arranged to pass through said tightening clamp (142) and to be fastened in a receiving element included in side (201) of said building element (2).
  9. Formwork retaining device according to claim 8, characterized in that said fastening means (141) is a screw and in that tightening clamp (14) is made of a L-shaped plate comprising a though hole (143) to receive said screw, a straight section to only rest on said guide support (10) without direct connection and a bent section to be in temporary contact with side (201) of building element (2).
  10. Building element (2) comprising a recess (21) included between two opposite sides (201), each of sides (201) being delimited by an edge (221), characterized in that it comprises at least one formwork retaining device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 9, arranged to retain a shuttering panel (3) resting at least partly on edges (221) of said sides (201) of said building element (2) and close at least partly said recess (21).
  11. Building element according to claim 10, characterized in that it comprises at least one bush embedded in one of its sides (201), arranged to receive said fastening means (14) of said formwork retaining device (1).
  12. Building element according to claim 11, characterized in that it consists in a wall with integrated formwork (2) comprising two walls (20) substantially parallel and maintained at a distance from each other to form said recess (21) that can be filled with a filling material, at least one wall (20) of said wall with integrated formwork (2) comprising said at least one bush opening on said side (201), said wall with integrated formwork (2) comprising at least one side end (22) closed at least partly by at least one shuttering panel (3) attached and retained by said bearing stop (13, 112) of said formwork retaining device (1), said formwork retaining device (1) being fastened onto said wall (20) of said wall with integrated formwork (2) by said fastening means (14).
  13. Shuttering method for a building element (2) according to any of claims 10 to 12 using the formwork retaining device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that:
    - one fastens said formwork retaining device (1) onto building element (2) through fastening means (14) by maintaining said bearing stop (131, 13) at a distance of recess (21) to be shuttered of said building element (2),
    - one arranges a shuttering panel (3) between said recess (21) of said building element (2) and said bearing stop (131, 13) of formwork retaining device (1), and
    - one brings said bearing stop (131, 13) close to said shuttering panel (3) by moving mobile element (11) of formwork retaining device (1) from the passive la position to the active position according to a rectilinear translation along said guide support (10) thanks to said adjustment means (12) until bearing stop (13, 112) rests on and exerts a resistance force against said shuttering panel (3).
