- At least two insulating elements are connected in the region of their adjoining side surfaces via an interlocking profile.
- a positive connection is achieved perpendicular to the plane of the composite insulating panel.
- the positive engagement counteracts a vertical offset between the insulating elements, so that a flat surface of the composite insulating board is ensured.
- the positive connection is made on opposite side surfaces trained.
- the side surfaces preferably have a stepped rebate, a groove and / or a spring for forming the interlocking profile. This means that the side surfaces fully interlock.
- the insulation elements which are positively connected in the region of their adjoining side surfaces via an interlocking profile are additionally glued together.
- the additional bonding optimizes the bond between the insulation elements.
- the additional bonding may be limited to the area of the profile causing the positive connection.
- the adhesive can be introduced exclusively in joints, which extend in the region of the positive locking effect profile perpendicular to the side surfaces of the insulating elements. This proves to be particularly than Advantage, when the glued together side surfaces of two insulating elements define a bearing joint. Because then the drainage function is maintained even in the area of the bearing joint.

Because then the step of training a to be applied to the insulating layer reinforcing layer can be omitted, since it is already part of the insulating layer.
- both surfaces of the composite insulation board are provided over its entire surface with a reinforcing layer.
- a reinforcing layer By reinforcing layers arranged on both sides, the stability of the composite insulation panel can be further increased. This has an advantage especially in the case of especially large composite insulation panels.
- the composite insulating panel is formed from a plurality of insulating elements, which consist of a drainage-capable, vapor-permeable insulating material.
- insulating materials generally have interconnected air-filled cavities, which form a coherent cavity volume, so that the insulating material is permeable to water. Insulating materials of this type are well known from the prior art, so that it need not be discussed further here.
- the composite insulation board also has a drainage function, it can be used in particular for insulating earth-contacting components, for example for insulating basement walls. Since in such walls - if any - only a few openings are formed, the insulation measure can be completed very quickly using the large-scale composite insulation panels according to the invention. - At least two insulating elements are adhesively bonded to one another over the whole area.
- the full-surface bonding ensures a stable bond between the insulation elements.
- a bearing joint in the area of a bearing joint at least two insulating elements are glued together only in some areas and / or connected to one another via at least one mechanical connecting means.
- the bearing joint remains drainage-capable and open to diffusion, since the adhesive does not completely fill it.
- the only partial bonding is therefore particularly suitable for the formation of a composite insulation board with drainage function or a drainage plate.
- a mechanical connecting means is used which does not extend over the entire width of the bearing joint.
- the composite insulation board is a drainage plate.
- the composite insulating panel preferably has the shape of a rectangle in plan view.

- the composite insulating panel preferably has the shape of a rectangle which has at least an edge length of 2.00 m to 4.00 m, more preferably 2.50 m to 3.50 m.
- the other edge length can be selected to be significantly smaller, for example, half as large, so as not to complicate the handling of the composite insulating board.
- the composite panel has dimensions of 1.50 m ⁇ 3.00 m.
- Such large-scale composite insulation panels are preferably mounted "upright” on a building wall, since with only one composite insulation board a floor-high insulation is achieved. Further composite insulation panels only have to be applied laterally.
- the composite insulation panels according to the invention can also be mounted horizontally on a building wall. The orientation of a composite insulating panel according to the invention depends in particular on their respective dimensions.
- the large-sized composite insulation panel preferably applies accordingly for the small-sized insulation elements from which the composite insulation panel is composed.
- At least one insulating element in plan view preferably has the shape of a rectangle that has at least one

Depending on the number and / or the size of the individual insulation elements, a single large-sized insulation board can be created over the composite, which is particularly easy and quick to attach to a building wall or ceiling. In this way, a Dämmmaßnahme be carried out more cost-effective and the building to be further streamlined.
Such a large-sized insulation board is particularly suitable for the insulation of large areas, d. H. areas that have no or only a few openings to avoid cutting the plate. The composite panel is therefore particularly suitable for insulating Erddührührender components, such as basement walls. Since moisture always reaches the component with the earth, an additional drainage function of the plate is an advantage. The drainage function ensures that the moisture is removed. Therefore, the composite insulation panel according to the invention is preferably a drainage panel, i. H. around an insulation board with an additional drainage function.
Bevorzugt besitzen mehrere, aneinander anliegende Dämmelemente gleiche Abmessungen. Preferably, several mutually adjacent insulating elements have the same dimensions. In this way, the production of the insulating elements or composite insulation board can be simplified, which in turn has a cost-reducing effect. For example, the same shape can be used for the production of the insulating elements or more equal-sized insulating elements can be cut out of a block of insulation. Several insulation elements of the same size can also be more easily assembled into a single large-sized insulation board.
Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that a plurality of adjoining insulating elements made of the same insulating material, in particular of a foamed insulating material based on mineral or organic polymer, such as Polystyrene, polyurethane and / or phenolic resin exist. By using the same insulating material, the production of the insulating elements is further simplified since the equipment required for this purpose does not have to be retrofitted when changing the material. Foamed insulation materials are preferred because they are particularly inexpensive to produce, for example in a block or molding apparatus. Due to the comparatively small formats of the individual insulating elements with respect to the composite insulating panel according to the invention, conventional block or shaped part apparatuses can be used in the manufacture of the insulating elements. Accordingly, the production of the large-scale composite insulation panel according to the invention does not require any new installation technology.
Furthermore, in the composite insulation panel according to the invention, a plurality of insulation elements are preferably arranged next to one another and / or one above the other in at least one row. Depending on the later orientation of the composite insulation board, the proposed array arrangement may lead to the formation of horizontally and / or vertically extending rows. In horizontally extending rows, these are preferably separated by bearing joints, while the separation of vertically extending rows is preferably done by butt joints. In order to optimize the composite between the rows in an arrangement of the insulating elements in several superimposed or juxtaposed rows, it is proposed that the arrangement of the insulating elements in association with offset butt joints or staggered bearing joints.
The connection of the plurality of insulating elements with each other can be made in various ways. In particular, different types of connection can be combined in the production of a composite insulation panel according to the invention.
For example, at least two insulating elements may be welded together in the region of their adjoining side surfaces. This type of connection is particularly suitable for insulation elements made of a foamed insulation material mineral or organic polymer base, such as polystyrene, polyurethane and / or phenolic resin.
Alternatively or additionally, at least two insulating elements may be glued together in the region of their abutting side surfaces. An adhesive connection is particularly easy and inexpensive to produce.
Preferably, the adhesive bond is made by means of a mineral or an organic adhesive, in particular a PU adhesive, or a hot melt adhesive. Such adhesives are known in the construction field and are therefore readily available.
The adhesive may be so introduced into a joint for the preparation of the adhesive bond and / or applied to at least one insulating element, that he only partially or completely fills the gap between two insulating elements to be bonded together. If the latter is the case, a particularly stable bond is achieved. If the adhesive only partially fills the joint, the insulating elements, which are bonded to one another at points or partially, can be additionally connected to each other by further measures.
Incidentally, an adhesive tape can also be used to produce the adhesive bond, which is preferably a double-sided adhesive tape which is arranged between two insulating elements.
Alternatively or additionally, at least two insulating elements via at least one mechanical connection means, in particular via a pin, a dowel, an anchor, a sheet, a clamp, a claw, a bracket and / or a Velcro, be connected to each other. Depending on the specific configuration of the connecting means, this is preferably arranged such that it engages in at least one side surface and / or in at least one surface of the insulating elements to be connected.
When designed as a pin, dowel, or anchor mechanical connection means this is preferably arranged in the region of a joint between two insulating elements in such a way that it engages in the respective side surfaces of the insulating elements. Preferably, the connecting means is half embedded in the insulating material of the two insulation elements to be connected. About a pin, dowel or anchor as a connecting means acting perpendicular to the plate plane of the composite insulation fit is achieved. The connecting means ensures in this way a flat surface of the composite insulating board. Furthermore, bowls of composite insulation board is counteracted.
In a further development of the invention, it is proposed that the mechanical connecting means embodied as a pin, dowel or anchor has at least one profiling and / or at least one geometry via which the connecting means is firmly anchored in the insulating material of an insulating element. By anchoring a positive connection in the plate plane of the composite insulation is achieved in addition. The profiling may be formed, for example, as an outer peripheral side, circumferential grooving or as a thread. The geometry may be in the form of a barb or a spike.
When designed as a sheet metal, clamp, claw or bracket mechanical connection means this is preferably arranged in the region of the surfaces of two insulating elements to be connected. The connecting means engages in the surfaces of the insulating elements. For this purpose, the ends of the mechanical connection means can be designed angled. Alternatively or additionally, the mechanical connecting means may have at least one geometry which engages in the insulating material of the insulating elements. In this way, an effective in board plane composite insulation board positive connection is achieved. In addition, the insulation elements can be braced against each other. For example, the mechanical connecting means may be a thorn-equipped sheet metal, wherein the Positive fit on the thorns can be produced, which are pressed for this purpose in the insulation material.
When using at least one mechanical connecting means for connecting two insulating elements, an adhesive may additionally be used to increase, for example, the adhesion of the mechanical bonding agent in the insulating material and / or to fill cavities between the connecting means and the insulating material.
Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that at least two insulating elements are connected in the region of their adjoining side surfaces via an interlocking profile. In this way, a positive connection is achieved perpendicular to the plane of the composite insulating panel. The positive engagement counteracts a vertical offset between the insulating elements, so that a flat surface of the composite insulating board is ensured. Preferably, the positive connection is made on opposite side surfaces trained. Furthermore, the side surfaces preferably have a stepped rebate, a groove and / or a spring for forming the interlocking profile. This means that the side surfaces fully interlock.
As a further development measure, it is proposed that the insulation elements which are positively connected in the region of their adjoining side surfaces via an interlocking profile are additionally glued together. The additional bonding optimizes the bond between the insulation elements.
In order to obtain any drainage function of the composite insulation board, the additional bonding may be limited to the area of the profile causing the positive connection. Furthermore, the adhesive can be introduced exclusively in joints, which extend in the region of the positive locking effect profile perpendicular to the side surfaces of the insulating elements. This proves to be particularly than Advantage, when the glued together side surfaces of two insulating elements define a bearing joint. Because then the drainage function is maintained even in the area of the bearing joint.
The connection of a plurality of insulating elements can also be produced via at least one common reinforcing layer. The externally applied reinforcing layer at the same time increases the stability of the composite insulating board. The reinforcing layer preferably comprises a paper, a fleece, a woven fabric and / or a reinforcing compound. For example, the surfaces of the insulation elements connected via the reinforcing layer can be laminated with a paper, a fleece and / or a fabric. For lamination, the paper, fleece or fabric can be glued to the outside of the insulation boards.
The reinforcing layer preferably extends over the entire surface over the lying in a plane surfaces of the insulating elements. Further preferably, the reinforcing layer extends over the entire surface of the composite insulating board. The reinforcing layer has the advantage in this case that it increases the degree of prefabrication of the composite insulating board. This advantage is particularly useful when the composite insulation panel according to the invention is used to form an insulating layer within a thermal insulation composite system. Because then the step of training a to be applied to the insulating layer reinforcing layer can be omitted, since it is already part of the insulating layer.
Advantageously, both surfaces of the composite insulation board are provided over its entire surface with a reinforcing layer. By reinforcing layers arranged on both sides, the stability of the composite insulation panel can be further increased. This has an advantage especially in the case of especially large composite insulation panels.
To realize a drainage function, it is proposed that the composite insulating panel is formed from a plurality of insulating elements, which consist of a drainage-capable, vapor-permeable insulating material. Such insulating materials generally have interconnected air-filled cavities, which form a coherent cavity volume, so that the insulating material is permeable to water. Insulating materials of this type are well known from the prior art, so that it need not be discussed further here.
If the composite insulation board also has a drainage function, it can be used in particular for insulating earth-contacting components, for example for insulating basement walls. Since in such walls - if any - only a few openings are formed, the insulation measure can be completed very quickly using the large-scale composite insulation panels according to the invention. At the same time, the drainage function of the composite insulation panels according to the invention ensures that the moisture present in the soil is kept away from the basement walls.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, in the region of a butt joint, at least two insulating elements are adhesively bonded to one another over the whole area. The full-surface bonding ensures a stable bond between the insulation elements.
Alternatively or additionally, it is proposed that in the area of a bearing joint at least two insulating elements are glued together only in some areas and / or connected to one another via at least one mechanical connecting means. In particular, due to the partial bonding, the bearing joint remains drainage-capable and open to diffusion, since the adhesive does not completely fill it. The only partial bonding is therefore particularly suitable for the formation of a composite insulation board with drainage function or a drainage plate. The same applies if, alternatively or additionally, a mechanical connecting means is used which does not extend over the entire width of the bearing joint.
Since the advantages of the invention, in particular in a drainage plate come to fruition, it is further proposed that the composite insulation board is a drainage plate.
The composite insulating panel preferably has the shape of a rectangle in plan view. The rectangular shape of the composite insulation board facilitates the formation of a continuous insulation layer, since the application of another similar composite insulation board is facilitated.
In the plan view, the composite insulating panel preferably has the shape of a rectangle which has at least an edge length of 2.00 m to 4.00 m, more preferably 2.50 m to 3.50 m. In contrast, the other edge length can be selected to be significantly smaller, for example, half as large, so as not to complicate the handling of the composite insulating board. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the composite panel has dimensions of 1.50 m × 3.00 m.
Die Ausrichtung einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbunddämmplatte hängt insbesondere von ihren jeweiligen Abmessungen ab.Such large-scale composite insulation panels are preferably mounted "upright" on a building wall, since with only one composite insulation board a floor-high insulation is achieved. Further composite insulation panels only have to be applied laterally. Alternatively, the composite insulation panels according to the invention can also be mounted horizontally on a building wall. The orientation of a composite insulating panel according to the invention depends in particular on their respective dimensions.
Denn mehrere in der Draufsicht rechteckige Dämmelemente lassen sich in einfacher Weise zu einer großformatigenWhat applies to the large-sized composite insulation panel, preferably applies accordingly for the small-sized insulation elements from which the composite insulation panel is composed. This means that preferably at least one insulating element in plan view has the shape of a rectangle. Because several rectangular in plan view insulation elements can be easily to a large format
Furthermore, at least one insulating element in plan view preferably has the shape of a rectangle that has at least one
Edge length of 0.50 m to 2.00 m, further preferably from 1.00 m to 1.50 m. Corresponding edge lengths allow the arrangement of the insulating elements in different patterns, which are preferably selected so that the waste is low. Further, the composite can be improved over the pattern if it has staggered butt and / or bearing joints.
In the additionally proposed method for sound and / or thermal insulation of a building wall, a composite insulation panel according to the invention is used. This is aligned in such a way that continuous vertical joints and mutually offset horizontal bearing joints are formed. The staggered bearing joints ensure stable interconnection of the individual insulation elements with each other, even if in the area of the bearing joints, the individual insulation elements are not glued together over the entire surface in order to realize a drainage function. The proposed method is therefore particularly suitable for the insulation of basement walls, in which the insulation has to fulfill a drainage function at the same time. In contrast, in the area of the butt joints of the composite insulation board, the insulation elements can be adhesively bonded to one another over the whole area.
