Claims (15)

  1. Gasbrenneranordnung (10) für einen Gaskocher, insbesondere für ein Gaskochfeld, wobei:
    - die Gasbrenneranordnung (10) einen oberen Brennerteil (12), einen unteren Brennerteil (14) und eine Gasdüse (20) umfasst,
    - der obere Brennerteil (12) über dem unteren Brennerteil (14) angeordnet ist,
    - der obere Brennerteil (12) einen mittleren Abschnitt und eine Anzahl von umfangsseitigen Abschnitten umfasst,
    - sich die umfangsseitigen Abschnitte radial und horizontal von dem mittleren Abschnitt erstrecken,
    - sich ein Venturirohr (44) zwischen dem mittleren Abschnitt und jedem umfangsseitigen Abschnitt erstreckt und
    - eine Vielzahl von Flammöffnungen (36, 38) am Umfang der umfangsseitigen Abschnitte angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Aufprallkegel (40) auf einer Bodenseite des mittleren Abschnitts des oberen Brennerteils (12) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Gasdüse (20) unter dem Aufprallkegel (40) angeordnet und auf den Aufprallkegel (40) gerichtet ist, so dass ein Gasstrahl aus der Gasdüse (20) auf dem Aufprallkegel (40) aufprallt und der Gasstrahl mit mitgerissener atmosphärischer Luft auf die umfangsseitigen Abschnitten gerichtet ist, und wobei eine Mischung aus Gas und Luft durch das Venturirohr (44) zu den umfangsseitigen Abschnitten beschleunigt wird.
  2. Gasbrenneranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gasbrenneranordnung (10) durch den Druck des Gasstrahls steuerbar ist.
  3. Gasbrenneranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gasbrenneranordnung (10) eine Anzahl von Prallplatten (42) umfasst, die in dem mittleren Abschnitt und zwischen zwei Eingängen von benachbarten umfangsseitigen Abschnitten angeordnet sind, so dass der Gasstrahl mit mitgerissener atmosphärischer Luft in die umfangsseitigen Abschnitte gerichtet ist, wobei vorzugsweise wenigstens eine der Prallplatten (42) einen oberen Teil und einen unteren Teil umfasst, wobei der obere Teil der Prallplatte (42) ein Bestandteil des oberen Brennerteils (12) ist, während der untere Teil der Prallplatte (42) ein Bestandteil des unteren Brennerteils (14) ist.
  4. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der obere Brennerteil (12) eine obere Wand (30) und eine umlaufende Seitenwand (32) umfasst, wobei vorzugsweise der obere Brennerteil (12) ein einstückiges Teil ist.
  5. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der obere Brennerteil (12) eine geneigte Seitenwand (34) umfasst, die die umfangsseitigen Abschnitte wenigstens zum Teil umschließt, wobei vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Teil der Flammöffnungen (36, 38) an der geneigten Seitenwand (34) angeordnet ist.
  6. Gasbrenneranordnung nach Anspruch 4 und 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die geneigte Seitenwand (34) zwischen der umlaufenden Seitenwand (32) und der oberen Wand (30), d.h. über der umlaufenden Seitenwand (32) und unter der oberen Wand (30), angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Flammöffnungen (36, 38) in Reihe an der geneigten Seitenwand (34) angeordnet sind.
  7. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der untere Brennerteil (14) einen mittleren Abschnitt und eine Anzahl von umfangsseitigen Abschnitten umfasst, die sich radial und horizontal von dem mittleren Abschnitt erstrecken, wobei vorzugsweise die Basisflächen des mittleren Abschnitts und der umfangsseitigen Abschnitte des unteren Brennerteils (14) gleich oder geringfügig größer als der mittlere Abschnitt beziehungsweise die umfangsseitigen Abschnitte des oberen Brennerteils (12) sind.
  8. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Lufteinlass (48) in dem mittleren Abschnitt des unteren Brennerteils (14) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Gasbrenneranordnung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der untere Brennerteil (14) einen Kranz (46) umfasst, der den Lufteinlass (48) umschließt, wobei sich vorzugsweise der Kranz (46) nach unten erstreckt.
  10. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gasbrenneranordnung (10) eine Tragvorrichtung (16) zum Tragen des oberen Brennerteils (12) und des unteren Brennerteils (14) umfasst.
  11. Gasbrenneranordnung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Tragvorrichtung (16) eine Anzahl von Topftragelementen (18) umfasst, wobei vorzugsweise die Tragvorrichtung (16) und die Topftragelemente (18) ein einstückiges Teil bilden.
  12. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gasbrenneranordnung (10) eine Haltevorrichtung (22) zum Befestigen der Gasdüse (20), eine Zündkerze (24) und/oder ein Thermoelement (26) umfasst, wobei vorzugsweise die Haltevorrichtung (22) auf der Bodenseite der Tragvorrichtung (16) angebracht ist.
  13. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die umfangsseitigen Abschnitte des oberen Brennerteils (12) und/oder des unteren Brennerteils (14) zungenförmig und/oder längserstreckt entlang der radialen und horizontalen Richtung sind.
  14. Gasbrenneranordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der obere Brennerteil (12) und/oder der untere Brennerteil (14) vier zungenförmige umfangsseitige Abschnitte umfassen, so dass der obere Brennerteil (12) und/oder der untere Brennerteil (14) eine kleeblattförmige Basisfläche aufweisen.
  15. Gaskocher, insbesondere Gaskochfeld, umfassend wenigstens eine Gasbrenneranordnung (10),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Gaskocher wenigstens eine Gasbrenneranordnung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 umfasst.
