Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Weben von übereinanderliegenden Bändern, die miteinander vernäht sind, umfassend eine Abfolge aufeinanderfolgender Zyklen, wobei jeder Zyklus die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen auf einer Webmaschine (10) einer ersten Vielzahl von Kettfäden (21), die zum Weben eines unteren Bandes (1) bestimmt sind, das sich quer zwischen einer ersten Seite (3) davon und einer zweiten Seite (4) davon erstreckt, Unterteilen der ersten Vielzahl von Kettfäden zwischen einer ersten oberen Reihe (24) von Fäden und einer ersten unteren Reihe (25) von Fäden, um zwischen den ersten Reihen von Fäden ein erstes Fach (26) zu definieren,
    - Bereitstellen auf der Webmaschine einer zweiten Vielzahl von Kettfäden (31), die zum Weben eines oberen Bandes (2) bestimmt sind, das sich quer zwischen einer ersten Seite (5) davon und einer zweiten Seite (6) davon erstreckt, Unterteilen der zweiten Vielzahl von Kettfäden zwischen einer zweiten oberen Reihe (34) von Fäden und einer zweiten unteren Reihe (35) von Fäden, um zwischen den zweiten Reihen von Fäden ein zweites Fach (36) zu definieren, wobei die zweite untere Reihe (35) von Fäden höher als die erste obere Reihe (24) von Fäden positioniert ist,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    - Hindurchführen eines ersten Schussfadens (23) mit einem ersten Arm (27), der quer zur Vorschubrichtung schwenkbar ist, durch das erste Fach (26) zwischen der ersten Seite (3) und der zweiten Seite (4) des unteren Bandes (1), wo dieser von einem ersten Haken (28) erfasst wird, der auf der zweiten Seite des unteren Bandes (1) angeordnet ist,
    - Hindurchführen eines zweiten Schussfadens (33) mit einem zweiten Arm (37), der quer zur Vorschubrichtung schwenkbar ist, durch das zweite Fach (36) zwischen der ersten Seite (5) und der zweiten Seite (6) des oberen Bandes (2), wo dieser von einem zweiten Haken (38) erfasst wird, der auf der zweiten Seite des oberen Bandes (2) angeordnet ist,
    - Verdichten des ersten Schussfadens (23) und des zweiten Schussfadens (33) gegen die jeweils vorhergehenden Schussfäden,
    - Bewegen zumindest eines oder mehrerer der Kettfäden (21) des unteren Bandes (1) zwischen der ersten oberen Reihe (24) und der ersten unteren Reihe (25) zum Binden des ersten Schussfadens (23),
    - Bewegen zumindest eines oder mehrerer der Kettfäden (31) des oberen Bandes (2) zwischen der zweiten oberen Reihe (34) und der zweiten unteren Reihe (35) zum Binden des zweiten Schussfadens (33),
    - Bereitstellen auf der Webmaschine zumindest eines Nähfadens (17), der sich zwischen den Vielzahlen von Kettfäden (21, 31) erstreckt, wobei der zumindest eine Nähfaden zum Zeitpunkt eines oder mehrerer der Zyklen zwischen der zweiten oberen Reihe (34) und der ersten unteren Reihe (25) und umgekehrt zum Binden des ersten und zweiten Schussfadens (23, 33) miteinander bewegt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei in einem ersten Zyklus der zumindest eine Nähfaden (17) von der zweiten oberen Reihe (34) zur zweiten unteren Reihe (35) oder zur ersten oberen Reihe (24), und in einem nachfolgenden Zyklus von der zweiten unteren Reihe (35) zur ersten unteren Reihe (25) oder zur ersten oberen Reihe (24) bewegt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zumindest eine Nähfaden (17) zwischen der zweiten oberen Reihe zur zweiten unteren Reihe oder zur ersten oberen Reihe bewegt wird, während der zumindest eine oder mehrere der Kettfäden (31) des oberen Bandes (2) zwischen der zweiten oberen Reihe (34) und der zweiten unteren Reihe (35) bewegt wird/werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei der zumindest eine Nähfaden (17) zwischen der zweiten unteren Reihe (35) oder der ersten oberen Reihe (24) und der ersten unteren Reihe (25) bewegt wird, während der zumindest eine oder mehrere der Kettfäden (21) des unteren Bandes (1) zwischen der ersten oberen Reihe (24) und der ersten unteren Reihe (25) bewegt wird/werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein einzelner Nähfaden vorgesehen ist.
  6. Webmaschine zum Weben von übereinanderliegenden Bändern (1, 2), die miteinander vernäht sind, umfassend:
    - einen Kopf (11), durch den die übereinanderliegenden Bänder, die miteinander vernäht sind, nach dem Weben abgeführt werden,
    - eine erste Vielzahl von Weblitzen (20), die während der Bewegung zum Aufnehmen und Führen einer entsprechenden ersten Vielzahl von Kettfäden (21) vorgesehen sind, die sich in Vorschubrichtung (X) in Richtung des Kopfs erstrecken und die zum Weben eines unteren Bandes (1) bestimmt sind, wobei die Weblitzen der ersten Vielzahl in einer Richtung (2) beweglich sind, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (X) zwischen einer ersten oberen Reihe (24) und einer ersten unteren Reihe (25) verläuft, die zum Definieren eines ersten Fachs (26) voneinander beabstandet sind,
    - eine zweite Vielzahl von Weblitzen (30), die während der Bewegung zum Aufnehmen und Führen einer entsprechenden zweiten Vielzahl von Kettfäden (31) vorgesehen sind, die sich in Vorschubrichtung in Richtung des Kopfs (11) erstrecken und die zum Weben eines oberen Bandes (2) bestimmt sind, wobei die Weblitzen der zweiten Vielzahl in der Richtung (2) beweglich sind, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (X) zwischen einer zweiten oberen Reihe (34) und einer zweiten unteren Reihe (35) verläuft, die zum Definieren eines zweiten Fachs (36) voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei die zweite untere Reihe (35) höher als die erste obere Reihe (24) positioniert ist,
    - ein erstes Webschiffchen-Element (22), das während der Bewegung zum Aufnehmen und Führen eines ersten Schussfadens (23) durch das erste Fach (26) quer zur Vorschubrichtung vorgesehen ist,
    - ein zweites Webschiffchen-Element (32), das während der Bewegung zum Aufnehmen und Führen eines zweiten Schussfadens (33) durch das zweite Fach (36) quer zur Vorschubrichtung vorgesehen ist,
    - einen Reetkamm (12), der zwischen der ersten und zweiten Vielzahl von Weblitzen (20, 30) und dem Kopf (11) angeordnet ist, durch den die erste und zweite Vielzahl von Kettfäden geleitet wird, wobei der Reetkamm in der Vorschubrichtung (X) weg vom und in Richtung des Kopfs zum Verdichten des ersten und zweiten Schussfadens (23, 33) beweglich ist,
    - zumindest eine Hilfslitze (16), die während der Bewegung zum Aufnehmen und Führen eines entsprechenden Nähfadens (17) in Richtung des Kopfs in der Vorschubrichtung (X) vorgesehen ist, der sich zwischen der ersten und zweiten Vielzahl von Kettfäden (21, 31) erstreckt, wobei die Hilfslitze (16) in einer Richtung (2) beweglich ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Vorschubrichtung (X) zwischen der zweiten oberen Reihe und der ersten unteren Reihe und umgekehrt zum Binden der ersten und zweiten Schussfäden miteinander verläuft,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Webschiffchen-Element umfasst:
    - einen ersten Arm (27), an dem der erste Schussfaden (23) geführt ist, wobei der erste Arm quer zur Vorschubrichtung durch das erste Fach (26) schwenkbar ist, um den ersten Schussfaden zwischen einer ersten Seite und einer zweiten Seite (3, 4) des unteren Bandes (1) zu lenken, und
    - einen ersten Haken (28), der an der zweiten Seite (4) des unteren Bandes (1) positioniert ist, um direkt oder indirekt in den ersten Schussfaden (23) einzugreifen, wenn der erste Arm (27) in Richtung der zweiten Seite des unteren Bandes geschwenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Webschiffchen-Element umfasst:
    - einen zweiten Arm (37), an dem der zweite Schussfaden (33) geführt ist, wobei der zweite Arm quer zur Vorschubrichtung durch das zweite Fach (36) schwenkbar ist, um den zweiten Schussfaden zwischen einer ersten Seite und einer zweiten Seite (5, 6) des oberen Bandes (2) zu lenken, und
    - einen zweiten Haken (38), der an der zweiten Seite (6) des oberen Bandes (2) positioniert ist, um direkt oder indirekt in den zweiten Schussfaden (33) einzugreifen, wenn der zweite Arm (37) in Richtung der zweiten Seite (6) des oberen Bandes (2) geschwenkt wird.
  7. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei der zweite Haken (38) in der Vorschubrichtung (X) hin und her bewegbar ist.
  8. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei im Kopf (11) eine Öffnung (11a) für den Durchgang des zweiten Hakens (38) durch den Kopf ausgebildet ist.
  9. Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei ein Führungselement (13) des zweiten Schussfadens (33) vorgesehen ist, das Führungselement sich vom Kopf (11) in der Vorschubrichtung (X) erstreckt und neben dem zweiten Haken (38) angeordnet ist, und zum Führen des Eingriffs des zweiten Schussfadens (33) in den zweiten Haken (38) konfiguriert ist.
  10. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Führungselement (13) in Form einer dünnen Platte ausgebildet ist, um durch die Zähne des Reetkamms (12) zu gelangen, wenn der Reetkamm gegen den Kopf (11) bewegt wird.
  11. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, wobei das Führungselement (13) am Kopf (11) verstellbar befestigt ist.
