Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscher (1), insbesondere Tauscher für einen Klimatisierungskreislauf eines Fahrzeugs, der einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen ersten (F1) und zweiten (F2) Fluiden erlaubt, wobei der Tauscher (1) eine Vielzahl von übereinander gestapelten Zirkulationsrohren (3) des ersten Fluids (F1) und mindestens einen Kollektor (5) enthält, der eine Kollektorplatte (7) enthält, wobei die Kollektorplatte (7) Öffnungen (13) zur Einführung der Enden (3a) von Rohren (3) enthält, wobei die Enden (3a) der Rohre (3) mindestens paarweise in einer gleichen der Einführöffnungen (13) der Kollektorplatte (7) zusammengefügt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kollektor (5) eine Zwischenverstärkungsplatte (17) enthält, die Öffnungen (19) für den Fluiddurchgang enthält und auf der Kollektorplatte (7) aufliegt, wobei die Verstärkungsplatte (17) Träger (21) enthält, wobei die Kollektorplatte (7) Bünde (23) enthält, die die Öffnungen (13) der Kollektorplatte (7) umranden, und der Kollektor (5) konfiguriert ist, damit die Bünde (23) auf den Trägern (21) aufliegen.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei jeder der Träger (21) mit einem unteren Teil (23a) und einem oberen Teil (23b) eines Bunds (23) in Kontakt ist, die zwei benachbarte Öffnungen der Öffnungen (13) der Kollektorplatte (7) umranden.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Öffnungen (19) der Verstärkungsplatte (17) eine größere Abmessung als die Abmessung der Öffnungen (13) der Kollektorplatte (7) haben.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Kollektor (5) einen Deckel (15) enthält, wobei die Verstärkungsplatte (17) einen Abstandshalter zwischen dem Deckel (15) und der Kollektorplatte (7) bildet.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kollektorplatte (7) in Längsrichtung den Deckel (15) und die Verstärkungsplatte (17) umrandet, um eine fest verbundene Einheit zu bilden.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, der außerdem eine zusätzliche Platte (33) enthält, die das Löten des Deckels (15) und der Verstärkungsplatte (17) aneinander erlaubt.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei der Deckel (15) mehrere Kammern (25) im Kollektor (5) definiert.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, der einen Flansch (29) enthält, der die Versorgung jeder der Kammern (25) des Kollektors (5) erlaubt.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Flansch eine Anzahl von Kanälen (31) entsprechend der Anzahl von Kammern (25) des Kollektors (5) enthält.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rohre (3) gewellt sind.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Rohre (3) mindestens eine Wellenlinie (45) enthalten, die sich schräg bezüglich der Längsachse des Rohrs (3) erstreckt.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rohre (3) einen Querschnitt haben, der geeignet ist, damit der von den Rohrenden (3a) der zusammengefügten Rohre (3) gebildete Querschnitt länglich ist.
- Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der konfiguriert ist, damit eines der zwei Fluide (F1, F2) ein Hochdruckgas und das andere Fluid eine Flüssigkeit ist.
