Description

The invention relates to a liquid suction device, in particular for sucking liquid from a hard bottom surface and / or a window surface, which Flüssigkeitsssaugeinrichtung a suction head with a limited by two lips suction gap, a dirty liquid tank and a suction fan, wherein the suction gap, the dirty liquid tank and the suction fan by means of a Suction channels are interconnected so that liquid from a surface to be cleaned via the suction gap in the dirty liquid tank is sucked.

Liquid suction devices of the aforementioned type are well known in the art. These are often used in combination with a cleaning element within a wet cleaning device, which first applies liquid to the surface to be cleaned by means of a liquid application device, performs a treatment of the surface with the cleaning element and then sucks the excess liquid from the surface by means of the liquid suction device. Such a wet cleaning device with a liquid suction device describes, for example, the document EP 1611 830 A2 , The liquid suction device described there has a suction head with two flexible lips, which are arranged in the usual direction of movement of the wet cleaning device in front of and behind the suction gap. A suction fan acts on a dirty liquid tank with negative pressure, so that dirt-laden liquid can be conveyed from the surface to be cleaned via a suction channel into the dirty liquid tank.

A disadvantage of this liquid suction device is that the suction head leaves traces of liquid on the surface to be cleaned, in particular at the gap end regions of the suction gap, since the gap end regions interact less strongly Vacuum be acted as the suction channel closer to the gap center of the suction gap. Another example of a liquid suction device is in WO2014 / 121529 disclosed. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a liquid suction device which leaves no traces of liquid, such as drops or streaks, on the surface to be cleaned.
To solve this problem, it is proposed that the liquid suction device has an air duct, which is connected on the one hand to a pressure side of a blower, in particular to the pressure side of the suction blower remote from the suction duct, and on the other hand to the suction gap, so that the blower, in particular the suction blower, generated blown air can be conveyed into the suction gap.
According to the invention, the suction of the liquid is assisted by the blowing of blown air into the suction gap. The blower used for this purpose can be either the suction fan of the liquid suction device, with which the suction head is subjected to negative pressure, or an additional fan. By means of the blower liquid drops, which depend on the lips of the suction gap, conveyed from the outside into the suction gap, so that they do not drip from the suction head when lifting the suction head of the surface to be cleaned, but rather promoted in the suction channel and thus in the dirty liquid tank become. The retention of drops and / or streaks on the cleaned surface is thus prevented or at least reduced. The blast air can be blown in principle from different directions and at different positions in the suction gap, in particular a one- or two-sided loading of the gap end regions of the suction gap with blast air is suitable.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the air duct has two partial air ducts which are connected in parallel in the flow direction and which are each connected to a gap end region of the suction gap, so that blown air generated by the blower, in particular the suction blower, moves the suction gap from the gap end regions in the direction of one between the gap end regions trained gap center. Thereby, the two gap end regions of the suction gap, i. the lateral free end portions of the suction gap, equally impacted from outside to inside with blowing air, so that in particular attached to the Spaltendbereichen liquid droplets are conveyed in the direction of the nip of the suction gap and form when lifting the suction head of the surface to be cleaned no traces of liquid dripping through Spaltendbereiche. Due to the separate partial air channels, the suction gap is additionally subjected to blowing air symmetrically from both gap end regions, so that dripping over the entire length of the suction gap is prevented.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the partial air channels are connected to the outwardly facing end faces of the gap end regions, based on a connection from the gap center to the gap end regions. According to this embodiment, the blown air of the blower is blown into the suction gap through the lateral end faces of the gap end portions, i. in a direction which corresponds to the longitudinal extension of the suction gap. Thus, the flow direction of the blowing air is substantially perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned with negative pressure acting suction air, which sucks liquid into the suction channel. As a result, the liquid is deflected away from the lateral end portions of the suction gap and directed into the suction head.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the suction channel is connected to the suction gap in the region of the gap center. As a result, a suction-side end region of the suction channel is advantageously located in the region of the suction head, in which conveyed away from the end portions of the suction gap liquid is conveyed. The conveyed by means of the blown air liquid can thus be optimally sucked into the suction channel and get into the dirty liquid tank.

It is further proposed that the suction head and the suction channel are connected to each other by means of a rotary joint and are pivotable relative to each other. Due to the pivotability of the suction head relative to the suction channel, the suction head remains at different inclinations of Flüssigkeitsssaugeinrichtung (and thus the suction channel) relative to the surface to be cleaned at advantageously constant angle of the inlet opening of the suction gap to the surface to be cleaned in contact with the surface to be cleaned , If a user holds the liquid suction device relative to the surface to be cleaned with a larger angle, the suction head is pivoted relative to the suction channel so that the suction gap continues to maintain substantially the previous angle to the surface, so that the liquid is still optimal in the dirty liquid tank can be sucked. Advantageously, the hinge is associated with a spring whose restoring force always presses the suction head against the surface to be cleaned, so that an optimal suction of the liquid suction is ensured. Advantageously, the rotary joint can have an axis of rotation which is designed as a hollow cylinder connected in a rotationally fixed manner to an end region of the suction channel. At the end faces of the hollow cylinder rotatable channel extensions can advantageously be arranged relative to the hollow cylinder, which are rotatably connected to the suction head. Thus, the liquid sucked through the suction gap can be conveyed through the suction head and the channel extensions into the rotational axis of the rotary joint and finally into the suction channel and the dirty liquid tank.

In addition to the liquid suction device according to the invention, a wet cleaning device, in particular for wet cleaning a hard floor surface and / or a window surface, proposed which a cleaning element, the cleaning element associated liquid applicator for applying liquid to the cleaning element and / or the surface to be cleaned and a liquid suction device for aspirating Having liquid from the surface to be cleaned, the Flüssigkeitsssaugeinrichtung having a suction head with a limited by two lips suction gap, which is fluidly connected by means of a suction channel with a dirty liquid tank and a suction fan, that liquid from a surface to be cleaned via the suction gap in the dirty liquid tank is sucked, and wherein the wet cleaning device additionally comprises an air duct, which on the one hand with a pressure side of a blower, in particular de r the discharge side of the suction fan facing away from the suction channel, and on the other hand connected to the suction gap, so that blown air generated by the blower, in particular the suction fan, can be conveyed into the suction gap.

The wet cleaning device according to the invention may be, for example, a hard surface cleaning device or a window cleaning device. As a cleaning element, a cleaning roller, a cleaning cloth or the like may be provided. The cleaning element and / or the surface to be cleaned is acted upon by a liquid for the purpose of a cleaning operation by the liquid application device. During cleaning and / or subsequently, the liquid present on the surface is conveyed into the dirty liquid tank by means of the blower, in particular the suction blower, of the wet cleaning device. For this purpose, the wet cleaning device on the suction head, which is advantageously arranged downstream of the cleaning element in the direction of movement of the wet cleaning device. The suction head advantageously has flexible lips, of which at least one sealingly sweeps across the surface and thereby collects liquid in the region of the suction gap. This liquid is then sucked by the vacuum generated by the suction fan through the suction channel into the dirty liquid tank. In addition, the suction gap is acted upon by the blown air of the suction fan, so that the liquid is additionally blown from the outside into the suction gap. In this way, the suction of the liquid can be supported in the suction head, so that when lifting the suction head of the surface no drops or streaks remain on the surface.

It can be provided that the liquid application device and the cleaning element are formed as a common, a liquid tank exhibiting surface-mounted element. For example, the surface attachment element itself may be formed as a liquid tank on which a cleaning element, preferably a cleaning cloth, is clamped, wherein between the liquid tank and the cleaning element perforation, nozzles or the like are provided so that a certain amount of liquid, in particular continuously, to the Cleaning element can be discharged. This type of liquid application device does not require liquid lines from a separate liquid tank to the liquid application device or the cleaning element, so that this embodiment is particularly easy to manufacture and ensures reliable humidification of the cleaning element.

Advantageously, the suction head and the suction channel and / or the suction head and the cleaning element and / or the cleaning element and the suction channel by means of a rotary joint connected to each other and are pivotable relative to each other. Thus, the greatest possible mobility of the suction head and / or the cleaning element is created, so that the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned and sucked off at different angles of the wet cleaning device to the surface. If the user tilts the wet cleaning device against the surface to be cleaned, the suction head and / or the cleaning element pivoted by the contact pressure against the surface to be cleaned relative to the suction channel. The suction gap of the suction head can advantageously maintain a constant angle to the surface, so that the suction of liquid from the surface works optimally regardless of the handling angle of the wet cleaning device. The same applies to the cleaning element, which should always advantageously have the same orientation to the surface to be cleaned, unless it is not a rotationally symmetrical cleaning element, such as a cleaning roller acts. In order to ensure the necessary contact pressure of the cleaning element or the suction head on the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning element or the suction head is advantageously acted upon by the force of a spring. This spring may be a worm spring, which is arranged between the suction head / the cleaning element and the suction channel. Advantageously, the suction channel to a designed as a hollow cylinder axis of rotation on which the suction head and / or the cleaning element are mounted rotatably independently. Advantageously, the hollow cylindrical axis of rotation in this case at the end channel extensions, which provide flow paths for connection to the suction head and thus also to the suction gap. Thus, the blown into the suction gap and / or sucked air flow through the channel extensions in the hollow cylindrical axis of rotation and thus rotatably connected suction channel. Due to the independent mobility of the suction head of the cleaning element also surface irregularities or height displacements may optionally be compensated, which would otherwise lead to a lifting of the cleaning element or the suction head of the surface.

It is proposed that the air duct has two partial air ducts which are connected in parallel in the flow direction and which are each connected to a gap end region of the suction gap, so that blown air generated by the blower, in particular the suction blower, reaches the suction gap starting from the gap end regions acted upon in the direction of a gap formed between the Spaltendbereichen gap. Starting from the pressure side of the blower, the air channel thus splits into two partial air channels, each of which acts on one of the Spaltendbereiche the suction gap with blowing air. The Blasluftstrom, which exits on the pressure side of the suction fan is advantageously collected in a funnel-shaped portion of the air duct and passed over the two partial air ducts from the outside between the two lips of the suction gap. By these lateral blown air streams, the sucked liquid is deflected symmetrically from both sides between the lips in the middle of the suction gap.

Advantageously, the partial air channels are connected to the outwardly facing end faces of the gap end regions, based on a connection from the middle of the gap to the gap end regions. Thus, the blown air acts on the suction gap along its longitudinal extent from outside to inside, i. towards the center of the gap. As a result, liquid droplets located at the gap end regions are blown in the direction of the center of the gap so that they can easily reach the suction channel and no longer drip off the surface to be cleaned when the suction head lifts up.

Furthermore, it is proposed that the suction channel is connected to the suction gap in the region of the gap center. As a result, the liquid drops, which are located at the gap end regions of the suction gap, are conveyed in the direction of the vacuum-loaded suction channel, so that they can be sucked into the dirty liquid tank in a particularly simple manner. This supports the promotion of the liquid at the suction gap from outside to inside.

Finally, the invention also relates to a method for aspirating liquid from a surface to be cleaned, in particular a hard bottom surface and / or a window surface, by means of a liquid suction device, the a suction head having a suction gap delimited by two lips, a dirty fluid tank and a suction fan, wherein liquid is sucked by the suction fan via the suction gap in the dirty liquid tank, characterized in that the suction gap, in particular one or both Spaltendbereiche the suction gap during the suction of the liquid with blown air of a blower, in particular blowing air of the suction fan, is applied to promote the liquid in the suction head.

Shown is a wet cleaning device 13, designed here as a hand-held window cleaning device having a liquid suction device 1 and a cleaning element 14 and a liquid applicator 15. The cleaning element 14 and the liquid application device 15 are formed as a common surface-mounted element having a liquid tank. The liquid tank has on the side facing the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning element 14, here formed as a cleaning cloth on. The liquid application device 15 and the cleaning element 14 are connected to one another by perforating the wall of the liquid application device 15 such that liquid is continuously discharged from the tank of the liquid application device 15 to the cleaning element 14 and is thus available for cleaning on the surface to be cleaned.

The liquid suction device 1 of the wet cleaning device 13 has a suction head 2, which is designed here as a flat, double-walled element, between the walls of liquid can be performed. On the side pointing in the direction of the surface to be cleaned, the suction head 2 has two lips 3, which form a straight suction gap 4 whose longitudinal extension is perpendicular to a normal direction of movement of the wet cleaning device 13. The suction head 2 is connected via a rotary joint 12 to a suction channel 7, through which liquid can flow from the suction gap 4 to a suction fan 6. Between the suction fan 6 and the suction channel 7, a dirty liquid tank 5 is arranged, which receives the absorbed by the surface to be cleaned liquid. The arranged between the suction channel 7 and the suction head 2 pivot 12 has an axis of rotation 19 which is formed as a parallel to the longitudinal extent of the suction gap 4 extending hollow cylinder. The suction head 2 is rotatably mounted on the axis of rotation 19 of the rotary joint 12 via end mounted on the axis of rotation 19, wherein an associated spring 18 presses the suction head 2 against the surface to be cleaned and thus independent of the angular position of the wet cleaning device 13 to be cleaned Surface ensures contact between the surface and the suction gap 4 of the suction head 2. The channel extensions 20 connect the suction head 2, regardless of its angular position to the surface to be cleaned fluidly with the axis of rotation 19 and the suction channel. 7

On the pressure side of the suction fan 6, an air channel 8 is arranged, through which the blower air leaving the suction fan 6 is conveyed to the suction gap 4 of the suction head 2. The air duct 8 is divided into two partial air ducts 9 connected in parallel, of which each partial air duct 9 inflates a gap end region 10 of the suction gap 4, so that the blown air is conveyed from both gap end regions 10 symmetrically in the direction of the gap center 11 of the suction gap 4. In this case, 10 hanging at the Spaltendbereichen Liquid droplets entrained and promoted in the suction head 2, where they finally pass through the channel extensions 20, the rotation axis 19 and the suction channel 7 in the dirty liquid tank 5. As a result, liquid present at the gap end regions 10 is always blown into the suction head 2, so that liquid accumulations can not occur in this region.

The housing of the wet cleaning device 13 also has in the usual way a switch 16 for switching on or off of the wet cleaning device 13, and a handle 17 to which a user of the wet cleaning device 13 this can lead during a cleaning process. The dirty liquid tank 5 is removably disposed in the wet cleaning apparatus 13, so that the liquid contained therein can be removed. Alternatively, it can also be provided that the dirty liquid tank 5 has an opening through which a pouring of the liquid is possible. Likewise, the liquid application device 15 may have an opening for filling with and pouring liquid.

The invention now works so that the user fills the tank of the liquid applicator 15 with liquid. He then turns on the suction fan 6 by means of the switch 16. During the subsequent cleaning operation, the user guides the wet cleaning device 13 over the surface to be cleaned, whereby liquid is discharged from the tank of the liquid application device 15 onto the cleaning element 14. The liquid passes through the cleaning element 14, here the cleaning cloth, on the surface to be cleaned and dissolves due to the traversing movement of the wet cleaning device 13 dirt from the surface to be cleaned. As a result of a return stroke of the wet cleaning device 13, in which the user usually pulls the wet cleaning device 13 towards him, the suction gap 4 comes into contact with the liquid lying on the cleaned surface, so that the liquid flows into the suction head 2 due to the negative pressure prevailing at the suction gap 4 sucked can be. At the same time, blowing air flows from the pressure side of the suction fan 6 through the partial air channels 9 to the suction gap 4. In particular, the gap end regions 10 of the suction gap 4 is supplied with the blowing air, so that the liquid present in the suction gap 4 is conveyed from outside to inside, ie from the gap end regions 10 to the gap center 11. In this case, the liquid from the negative pressure of the suction fan 6 in the direction of the channel extensions 20, that is simultaneously deflected in the direction of the suction channel 7. On the whole, this results in the gap end regions 10 being kept free of liquid, so that when the suction head 2 is lifted off the surface to be cleaned, no dripping of liquid occurs.

By arranged between the suction channel 7 and the suction head 2 swivel joint 12, the angular position of the suction head 2 to the suction channel 7 can be changed. This makes it possible that the suction head 2, and thus also the suction gap 4, independent of an angular position of the wet cleaning device 13 to the surface to be cleaned at a constant angle to the surface and thus a constant suction can be achieved. In addition to the suction head 2 and the liquid applicator 15 is rotatably mounted on the rotation axis 19, so that the liquid applicator 15 rests independently of the angular position of the wet cleaning device 13 on the surface to be cleaned. If the surface to be cleaned has unevenness or height offsets, both the liquid application device 15 and the suction head 2 can rotate independently about the axis of rotation 19, so that both optimally stand up on the surface.

After completion of the cleaning process, the user switches off the wet cleaning device 13 by means of the switch 16. Then he can also remove the sucked from the surface liquid from the dirty liquid tank 5 and optionally pour excess liquid from the liquid applicator 15.

Although the suction gap 4 was acted upon in the illustrated embodiment by means of the suction fan 6 with blowing air, it is also possible to use an additional fan for this purpose.
