Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to a container according to the preamble of claim 1. The container may in particular be a tube.

Hintergrundbackground

In the pharmaceutical, cosmetic but also in the food sector containers are often used with caps, which are designed such that the consumer or the customer can recognize whether the container has been previously opened once. In the pharmaceutical and cosmetic field, the containers are often designed as tubes.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

One from the international patent application WO 03/037737 A1 known container comprises a container body and a closure cap which is connected via predetermined breaking webs with a guarantee ring. The shoulder of the container body is barbed with ramps and locking surfaces. The guarantee ring is provided on its inside with barbs.

When the cap is screwed on, the ramps of the respective barbs slide over each other. When unscrewing the cap is a mutual blocking by the respective blocking surfaces. As a result, the guarantee ring is blocked relative to the cap, so that the predetermined breaking webs break (see also the GB 2 163 413 A ). Furthermore, the closure cap has two diametrically opposed driving projections, which are each provided with an arcuate guide surface, each of which faces a further arcuate guide surface of the guarantee ring. This causes that when screwing the cap is guided over the driver projections and thus the predetermined breaking points can not be overloaded or damaged and that when unscrewing the cap, not too great force is necessary. In this type of container with warranty ring, however, the Erstöffnung for the user is often not clearly visible.

From the international patent application WO 97/42092 A1 is also a container with a guarantee ring known. The guarantee ring is connected to a pull-tab. On its inside, the guarantee ring is provided with locking members which engage in corresponding locking members of the container body. A closure cap is connected to the guarantee ring via breakaway webs. When a force is applied to the tear-open tab, the breakaway webs are separated from the closure cap. The provision of a tear tab or a tear strip, however, has the disadvantages that the functionality of the tear tab is often incomprehensible to the user and that for the opening of the container an additional part is needed, which must be disposed of after the first opening.

Die Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 ergeben sich aus US 2011/100947 A .From the patent DE 10 2012 208 628 B3 a closure cap with guarantee ring is known, wherein the guarantee ring connected to the cap connecting ring and a ring with the connecting ring having hingedly connected tabs. When closing a container opening, which includes a neck with a projection, the tabs are made against the inner peripheral surface of the connecting ring and engage due to the restoring force when reaching a detent position under the projection of the neck. The under the projection around the neck tabs form a kind of barb and block an axial withdrawal of the guarantee ring. Upon first opening the closure cap, the guarantee ring is perceptibly partially or completely separated from the closure cap, leaving the guarantee ring on either the closure cap or the container. Again, at least in only a partial separation of the guarantee ring the first opening be difficult to see. The features of the preamble of claim 1 emerge US 2011/100947 A ,

GB 2 385 321 A discloses yet another solution in which a screw cap has a guarantee ring with two parallel rings of ratchet teeth at different heights. These rings are successively latched with a single annular groove on the container neck so that after Erstöffnung the screw cap lying closer to the upper edge of the guarantee ring locking teeth are in engagement with the groove.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

It is an object of the invention to provide a container in which the first opening is easily recognizable and the cap is easy to handle.

This object is achieved by a container having the features of claim 1.

The inventive container comprises a container body, a closure cap and a guarantee ring, which is connected via predetermined breaking webs with the closure cap. At a shoulder of the container body are provided in the circumferential direction spaced outwardly projecting locking projections, which are designed such that they cooperate with arranged on the guarantee ring, inwardly projecting locking projections cooperate.

The closure cap of the container according to the invention also has one or more first entrainment elements extending in the axial direction, which are designed such that, upon first opening, they extend to one or more axially extending ones acting second driver elements of the guarantee ring and thereby press the guarantee ring away from the cap. The axial direction corresponds in the figures of the vertical direction or longitudinal direction.

Next, the shoulder of the container body of the container according to the invention is provided with an annular detent means, which serves to receive at least one provided on the guarantee ring, for example, annular segment-shaped, latching element (also called bouncing segment, locking nub or latching nose) during the first opening. The term "annular segment-shaped" should also include annular detent projections.

The annular detent means of the shoulder of the container body comprises at least a first and a second annular groove for receiving the at least one provided on the guarantee ring latching element during the first opening, wherein the at least one latching element is formed as a latching projection.

In one embodiment, above the first groove and between the first groove and the second groove, a first bounce ring and a second bounce ring are provided, over which the at least one latching projection is slidable.

The second annular groove is spaced from the first groove in the axial direction, wherein the second groove is disposed further away from the closure cap in the axial direction than the first groove. Before the first opening of the container, the at least one latching projection of the guarantee ring is latched in the first groove of the annular latching means. After the first opening of the container according to the invention the at least one latching projection of the guarantee ring is engaged in the second groove, which is achieved by an interaction of the one or more first driver elements of the closure cap with the one or more second driver elements of the guarantee ring. That is, at the first opening of the container, the at least one latching projection of the Guaranteeingings moved from the first groove in the second groove or moved. Of course, it is also conceivable, but not according to the invention, that the at least one latching means of the shoulder is designed as a latching projection and the at least one latching element of the guarantee ring is configured as one or more annular grooves.

The outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder of the container body preferably each have a ramp and a blocking surface; they can be designed in particular as elastic leaf springs.

Preferably, both the outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder of the container body and the inwardly projecting locking projections of the guarantee ring are designed resiliently or elastically, for example by using a corresponding plastic material.

Preferably, the closure cap has two diametrically opposite first driver elements, which act on corresponding first second driver elements of the guarantee ring during the first opening of the container.

The one or more first entrainment elements of the closure cap and the one or more second entrainment elements of the guarantee ring preferably each have an oblique guide surface whose inclination angle corresponds to one another. By these guide surfaces a facilitated interaction of the first and second driving elements is achieved. The inclined guide surfaces can be straight or curved.

The one or more first driver elements of the closure cap are preferably designed in each case as a driver cavity extending in the axial direction. Accordingly, the one or more second driving elements of the guarantee ring are preferably designed in each case as a driving projection extending in the axial direction. Alternatively, the one or a plurality of first driver elements in each case as a driving projection extending in the axial direction and the one or more second driver elements may be designed in each case as a driver cavity extending in the axial direction.

When first applying the cap on the container body of the guarantee ring is still connected to the predetermined breaking webs with the cap. The inwardly projecting locking projections of the guarantee ring slide during application of the closure cap on the outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder of the container body. This is accomplished in particular by the outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder preferably each having a ramp, over which the inwardly projecting locking projections of the guarantee ring can slide. The inwardly projecting locking projections of the guarantee ring finally come to rest in the spaces between the outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder. The closure cap and the container body are preferably designed such that the closure cap can be applied by screws to the container body and removed therefrom.

If the container is first opened by appropriate movement of the closure cap, the inwardly projecting locking projections of the guarantee ring remain attached to the outwardly projecting locking projections of the shoulder, in particular at their preferably provided blocking surfaces, so that the guarantee ring is stopped or blocked in its movement. However, since the closure cap moves on, in particular continues to rotate, this leads to the severing of the breakaway webs and thus to the removal of the guarantee ring from the closure cap. Furthermore, this leads to the fact that the one or more first driver elements of the closure cap act on the one or more second driver elements of the guarantee ring and over this the guarantee ring away from the closure cap, ie down, press. This in turn means that the at least one locking element provided on the guarantee ring is received by the annular latching means provided on the shoulder of the container body, in particular engages in the latter and is held in this way in the axial direction at a distance from the closure cap.

As mentioned above, the annular detent means of the shoulder of the container body has a first annular groove and a second annular groove, the second groove being spaced farther from the closure cap in the axial direction than the first groove. The guarantee ring or its at least one latching element designed as a latching projection is held in the first groove before the first opening. If the guarantee ring is then pressed downwardly away from the closure cap during the first opening due to the interaction of the first and second entrainment elements, the at least one latching projection is pushed from the first groove into the second groove and arrives in the second groove for latching. That after the first opening of the at least one latching projection of the second groove - and thus further spaced from the cap than in the first groove - held.

Due to the additional latching / fixing of the guarantee ring by means of the at least one latching element in the latching means of the shoulder of the container body, in particular in its second groove, the guarantee ring is kept at a distance from the closure cap and thus does not interfere with the use of the container. As a result, the handling of the cap is increased. Furthermore, a first opening for the user is easily and clearly recognizable by the spaced locking / fixing of the guarantee ring. Advantageously, in the inventive container no tear strip for providing the Erstöffnungsgarantie needed.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays to carry out the invention

The figures show the inventive container 1 in different states: Before applying the still connected to the guarantee ring 2 cap 3 (FIGS. FIGS. 1 and 2 ), closed before first opening ( Figures 3 and 4 ), open ( Figures 5 and 6 ) and closed after first opening ( FIGS. 7 and 8th ).

The erfindungsmässe container 1 comprises a container body 4 with a preferably designed as a discharge spout, provided with an opening container tip 5 for discharging the substance located in the container body 4. The outlet spout 5 is connected via a shoulder 6 of the container body 4 to a container body 7 in which the substance is located. The outlet nozzle 5 may also be an outlet cannula. Furthermore, the container 1 comprises a closure cap 3 for closing the outlet spout 5 or the container 1 and a guarantee ring 2. Before the container 1 is opened for the first time, the guarantee ring 2 is connected to the lower (i.e. shoulder-side) edge of the closure cap 3 via predetermined breaking webs 10.

For applying the closure cap 3 to the container body 4, the closure cap 3 is preferably provided on the inside with a thread 8. Accordingly, the outlet spout 5 is provided on the outside with a thread 9, so that the cap 3 can be screwed onto the container body 4 and unscrewed from this.

The closure cap 3 has in particular an outer shell 11 and a coaxially spaced inside the outer shell 11 arranged inner shell 12, which are connected to each other at the top, facing away from the shoulder 6 end of the cap 3. The thread 8 is arranged in this case on the inside of the inner shell 12, while the guarantee ring 2 is connected via the predetermined breaking webs 10 with the lower edge of the outer shell 11 of the cap 3.

At the shoulder 6 of the container body 4 are circumferentially spaced outwardly projecting locking projections 13 are provided. The locking projections 13 preferably each have a ramp 14 and a blocking surface 15, which are formed by opposite sides of the respective locking projection 13. The guarantee ring 2 is provided on its inside, circumferentially spaced, with corresponding inwardly projecting locking projections 16 intended to cooperate with the locking projections 13 of the shoulder 6 (see FIG FIGS. 1 and 2 ). The locking projections 16 may also each have a ramp and a blocking surface (unspecified). The locking projections 13 and / or 16 are preferably made elastic.

The first time unscrewing the still connected to the guarantee ring 2 on the predetermined breaking webs 10 cap 3 on the container body 4, the locking projections 16 slide over the locking projections 13, in particular their ramps 14. Should then the cap 3 are unscrewed again from the container body 4, then Cap 3 is rotated in the opposite direction and the locking projections 16 remain hanging on the locking projections 13, in particular on their locking surfaces 15 so that they can not be moved beyond the locking projections 13.

At the upper, ie the closure side, edge of the guarantee ring 2 spacers 17 are preferably provided to prevent that when screwing the cap 3 and the guarantee ring 2 are compressed too far (see, inter alia Figures 2 and 4 ). Alternatively, the spacers 17 can also be provided at the lower end of the closure cap 3, in particular of its outer shell 11.

The closure cap 3 has first entrainment elements 18 which are provided to cooperate with corresponding second entrainment elements 19 of the guarantee ring 2 during the first opening of the container 1 (see in particular Figures 3 and 4 ). Preferably, two oppositely arranged driver elements 18, 19 are provided in each case. The driver elements 18 of the closure cap 3 preferably extend from the lower, ie shoulder-side, edge of the closure cap 3, in particular of its outer shell 11, in the axial direction upward. The driver elements 18 of the closure cap 3 are preferably designed in each case as a driver cavity, which preferably has an inclined guide surface 20. The driver elements 19 of the guarantee ring 2 are preferably in each case designed as a driver projection extending in the axial direction, in particular as a driver key, which preferably also has an inclined guide surface 21. The guide surfaces 20, 21 preferably have the same inclination. Before and during the first application of the closure cap 3 connected to the guarantee ring 2 on the container body 4, the driver projections 19 protrude into the driver recesses 18, the guide surfaces 20, 21 preferably running parallel. That is, the guarantee ring 2 and the closure cap 3 are connected in such a way over the predetermined breaking webs 10 that the driving projections 19 protrude into the driving notches 18.

If the container 1 is opened for the first time, as described above, the locking projections 16 of the guarantee ring 2 hang on the locking projections 13 of the shoulder 6, so that the guarantee ring 2 can not continue to rotate, even if the cap 3 is further unscrewed. As a result, upon further unscrewing of the closure cap 3, the breakaway webs 10 break or tear, so that the guarantee ring 2 is separated from the closure cap 3. Furthermore, the driver recesses 18 act or press via their guide surfaces 20 onto the driver projections 19 or their guide surfaces 21, so that the driver projections 19 and thus the guarantee ring 2 are pressed downwards, ie away from the closure cap 3.

The shoulder 6 of the container body 4 is provided with an annular detent 22 for receiving arranged on the inside of the guarantee ring 2 Einrastvorsprüngen 23. The latching means 22 comprises a first annular groove 22.1 and a second annular groove 22.2 spaced apart in the axial direction of the Shoulder 6 are arranged. The second annular groove 22.2 is arranged further away from the closure cap 2 in the axial direction than the first annular groove 22.1.

If the closure cap 3, which is still connected to the guarantee ring 2 via the breakaway webs 10, is first screwed onto the container body 4, the latching projections 23 of the guarantee ring 2 engage in the first groove 22. 1 (see FIG Figures 3 and 4 ). If, for the first time, the container 1 is opened by unscrewing the closure cap 3, as described above, this causes the carrier indentations 18 of the closure cap 3 to press down the carrier projections 19 of the guarantee ring 2. As a result of this downward pressing of the guarantee ring 2, the latching projections 23 are likewise pressed downwards and displaced from the first groove 22.1 into the second groove 22.2, so that the latching projections 23 engage in the second groove 22.2 (see FIG Figures 5 and 6 ). Above the first groove 22.1 and between the first groove 22.1 and the second groove 22.2 are preferably bouncing rings 25, 26 are provided, over which the latching projections 23 are respectively pushed. That is, during the first application of the closure cap 3 with the guarantee ring 2, the snap-in projections 23 are pushed over the first interference ring 25. When first opened, the latching projections 23 are then pushed further from the first groove 22.1 via the second bouncing ring 26 into the second groove 22.2.

If the cap 3 is screwed onto the container body 4 again after the first opening, then the guarantee ring 3 does not interfere because it has its latching projections 23 is engaged in the further away from the cap 3 second groove 22.2 (see FIGS. 7 and 8th ). Between the re-screwed cap 3 and the guarantee ring 2 there is now a gap 24 which is readily recognizable to the user and indicates to him that the container 1 has been opened at least once already. The axial extent of the second driver elements 19, which are preferably designed as driver projections, is in particular no greater than the gap 24. By holding the guarantee ring 2 in the second groove 22.2, he is captive.
