Claims (10)
- Procédé pour la commande d'une installation de production de type sidérurgique pour la fabrication d'un produit constitué d'un alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer, dans lequel le procédé de fabrication est commandé au moins en partie au moyen d'un simulateur de structure et/ou d'un moniteur de structure et/ou d'un modèle de structure qui comprend un programme calculant au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique du produit obtenu comprenant l'alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer, programme au moyen duquel on calcule ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique en fonction d'une chaîne de traitement respective, à partir des parties de phases métallurgiques calculées et/ou de leurs fractions respectives de la structure métallurgique du produit fabriqué en train de se stabiliser, dans lequel la chaîne de traitement de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique comprend un laminoir à chaud et/ou un laminoir pour des tôles épaisses, auquel se raccorde un tronçon de refroidissement, et dans le calcul de ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique, interviennent des paramètres de fonctionnement de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique dont dépend ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique obtenue, avec des valeurs de départ adaptables définies au préalable au moins en partie, caractérisé en ce que, à titre de paramètres de fonctionnement de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique intervenant dans le calcul de ladite au moins une propriété de résistance, on détecte la fraction massique respective d'au moins un élément d'alliage de préférence de tous les éléments d'alliage qui est/sont présents dans la composition chimique de l'alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer mis en oeuvre et, à titre de paramètre de fonctionnement supplémentaire, on détecte au moins une vitesse de refroidissement qui s'établit dans le cadre d'un refroidissement mis en oeuvre après un processus de laminage et on équilibre et/ou on compense au moins en partie une augmentation, qui peut être atteinte ou qui a été atteinte, de la propriété de résistance observée du produit fabriqué via une modification d'au moins ce paramètre de fonctionnement supplémentaire, en particulier une augmentation de la vitesse de refroidissement, via une diminution de la fraction massique d'un ou de plusieurs éléments d'alliage parmi les éléments d'alliage dans la composition chimique de l'alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer mis en oeuvre, procédé dans lequel on évalue la fraction massique du/des élément(s) d'alliage respectivement détectée et la vitesse de refroidissement respectivement détectée avec une quantité dénombrable d'une unité d'évaluation reproduisant une échelle d'évaluation et, au moyen du programme, on détermine et/ou on représente les valeurs cumulatives respectives des unités d'évaluation dénombrables qui en résultent pour la propriété de résistance respectivement observée par différentes combinaisons d'une fraction massique de l'agent/des agents d'alliage évaluée avec une quantité d'unités d'évaluation dénombrables et d'une vitesse de refroidissement évaluée avec un certain nombre d'unités d'évaluation dénombrables, dans lequel le programme comprend un algorithme et/ou un terme mathématique avec lesquels on compare les unes aux autres la quantité respective d'unités d'évaluation et/ou les différentes valeurs cumulatives déterminées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le programme comprend un algorithme et/ou un terme mathématique représentant l'influence des fractions massiques des éléments d'alliage dans la composition chimique de l'alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer mis en oeuvre, sur la limite d'élasticité du produit obtenu.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le programme comprend un terme représentant l'influence de la vitesse de refroidissement sur la granulométrie de la ferrite (da) du produit à base de ferrite que l'on obtient lors d'un refroidissement final du produit, sous la forme de l'équation :
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au moyen du programme, les paramètres de fonctionnement sont optimisés au moins en ce qui concerne ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique à atteindre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique respectivement calculée est affichée en ligne sur un poste de commande de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moyen de ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique respectivement calculée, on commande des paramètres de fonctionnement de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique et on cible de manière automatique ladite au moins une propriété de résistance mécanique désirée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de production de type sidérurgique présente un four, un laminoir, en particulier le laminoir à chaud et/ou le laminoir pour tôles épaisses et une chaîne de traitement comprenant des tronçons de refroidissement, et en ce que les paramètres de fonctionnement de la chaîne de traitement dans son ensemble de cette installation de production de type sidérurgique interviennent dans le programme.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de production de type sidérurgique comprend une zone, en particulier une aciérie et/ou une installation de coulée continue, dans laquelle est présent l'alliage métallique d'acier et/ou de fer sous forme liquide ou en fusion, et en ce que les paramètres de fonctionnement de la chaîne de traitement dans son ensemble de l'installation de production de type sidérurgique comprenant cette zone interviennent dans le programme.
