Description

  • Le domaine de l'invention est l'emballage de produit cosmétique. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un réceptacle pour produit cosmétique, notamment pour bâton de produit cosmétique, en particulier rouge à lèvres.
  • Il est connu de prévoir de tels réceptacles avec un corps, un mécanisme de mise en mouvement d'une cupule par rapport au corps, ladite cupule portant un bâton de produit cosmétique. Le mécanisme de mise en mouvement est composé du corps et d'un guide monté dans ce corps. Il permet l'entraînement de la cupule afin d'escamoter le bâton de produit cosmétique à l'intérieur du réceptacle, ou de l'en sortir pour le rendre accessible à un utilisateur qui souhaite se maquiller avec celui-ci.
  • Il est connu en outre de fermer de tels réceptacle à l'aide d'un capuchon amovible. Ce capuchon permet de protéger les éléments constitutifs du réceptacle d'un milieu extérieur hostile (poussière, chocs). Ce capuchon protège, entre autres, le mécanisme de mise en mouvement de la cupule, la cupule et le produit cosmétique.
  • Les réceptacles et les capuchons connus sont opaques. L'utilisateur qui souhaite connaître le contenu du réceptacle doit alors séparer le capuchon du réceptacle pour voir ce qu'il contient.

  • Un inconvénient consiste à prévoir une ou des étapes supplémentaires lors de la fabrication de tels réceptacles, et/ou de tels capuchons, afin de venir apposer un ou des indicateurs.
  • Un autre inconvénient réside dans le fait que ce type d'éléments indicateurs s'estompe, voire disparaît avec le temps.
  • Le document GB 2 388 587 A divulgue un étui pour rouge à lèvres comportant une base transparente et un capuchon transparent, de sorte que le rouge à lèvres soit partiellement visible. La base peut être personnalisée avec un insert en feuille métallique de différentes couleurs.
  • Un but de la présente invention consiste à proposer un réceptacle tel que défini dans la revendication 1, pour produit cosmétique permettant à l'utilisateur d'en connaître le contenu, ceci sans présenter les inconvénients de l'art antérieur. Les caractéristiques préférées de l'invention sont exposées dans les revendications dépendantes.
  • Ainsi, l'invention concerne un réceptacle pour produit cosmétique, notamment pour bâton de produit cosmétique, comprenant un corps, et une cupule mobile par rapport au corps, la cupule étant apte à recevoir le produit, ledit corps comprenant une partie transparente permettant de voir la cupule en une position dans laquelle elle est escamotée dans le corps.
  • Ledit réceptacle comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement de la cupule, dit mécanisme d'actionnement du réceptacle.
  • Ledit réceptacle est configuré pour permettre à la cupule d'occuper une première position, dite position haute, au moins partiellement en dehors du corps, et une position, dite basse, correspondant à la position dans laquelle la cupule est visible radialement à travers ladite partie transparente.
  • Ledit mécanisme d'actionnement est configuré pour entraîner la cupule de la position haute à la position basse.
  • Grâce à ladite partie transparente, le réceptacle selon l'invention permet de voir la cupule. Le réceptacle selon l'invention présente donc l'avantage de permettre à l'utilisateur d'en connaître le contenu sans que le fabriquant n'est à apposer d'indication à l'extérieur du réceptacle. Ainsi, l'utilisateur pourra être informé sur le produit cosmétique contenu par le réceptacle de l'invention sans avoir à le séparer d'un éventuel capuchon. L'invention permet en outre de protéger l'indication fournie puisque se trouvant à l'intérieur du réceptacle.
  • Avantageusement, l'emballage de mise en rayon du réceptacle n'aura pas à porter d'indication non plus. En effet, l'utilisateur aura l'information de ce que contient le réceptacle grâce à sa partie transparente et non plus grâce à une indication prévue sur son emballage de mise en rayon.
  • D'autre part, l'emballage de mise en rayon pourra rester intact, en particulier pendant la vente. En effet, le réceptacle selon l'invention permet d'éviter toute détérioration dudit emballage qui pourrait avoir lieu, par exemple lorsque le futur utilisateur doute de ce que contient le réceptacle, et qu'il souhaite s'en assurer en déchirant son emballage de mise en rayon.
  • Avantageusement, ledit réceptacle est configuré pour permettre au produit d'occuper une position, notamment au moins partiellement en dehors du corps, en laquelle il peut être appliqué par l'utilisateur par manipulation dudit corps.
  • Selon différents modes de réalisation de l'invention, qui pourront être pris ensemble ou séparément :
    • ledit réceptacle comprend en outre un capuchon configuré pour coiffer ledit corps, notamment en cachant ledit produit, et en laissant ladite partie transparente visible,
    • le mécanisme d'actionnement est configuré pour entraîner la cupule dans un mouvement de rotation, et/ou de translation, par rapport au corps,
    • ledit réceptacle comprend en outre une pièce borgne à son extrémité proximale, la pièce borgne étant configurée pour que la cupule occupe ladite position basse au voisinage de ladite pièce borgne,
    • ledit réceptacle est configuré pour que ladite cupule soit en butée contre ladite pièce borgne dans ladite position basse,
    • ladite pièce borgne comprend la partie transparente du réceptacle, voire est formée de ladite pièce transparente,
    • la cupule comporte deux pièces,
    • la cupule comporte une première pièce, dite cupule inférieure, configurée pour coopérer avec le mécanisme d'actionnement et une seconde pièce, dite cupule supérieure, apte à recevoir le produit,
    • les cupules inférieure et supérieure sont amovibles l'une par rapport à l'autre,
    • la solidarisation et/ou la désolidarisation desdites deux pièces se fait par déformation élastique d'une partie d'une desdites deux pièces par l'autre pièce,
    • la solidarisation et/ou la désolidarisation des cupules inférieure et supérieure se fait par déformation élastique d'une partie de la cupule inférieure - réciproquement de la cupule supérieure - par la cupule supérieure - réciproquement la cupule inférieure - selon une ou des directions tangentes à ladite cupule supérieure - réciproquement à ladite cupule inférieure,
    • la solidarisation et/ou la désolidarisation desdites deux pièces se fait par encliquetage d'une partie faisant saillie de la cupule supérieure - réciproquement de la cupule inférieure - dans une partie en creux de la cupule inférieure - réciproquement de la cupule supérieure.
  • L'invention concerne également un ensemble du réceptacle tel que décrit ci-dessus et dudit produit, ladite cupule donnant une information sur ledit produit.
  • A cette fin, ladite cupule est avantageusement de la même couleur que celle dudit produit, en particulier dans le cas de bâton de rouge à lèvres. Elle pourra en particulier être teintée dans la masse.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, détails, caractéristiques et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement au cours de la description explicative détaillée qui va suivre, d'au moins un mode de réalisation de l'invention donné à titre d'exemple purement illustratif et non limitatif, en référence aux dessins schématiques annexés.

  • L'invention concerne un réceptacle 10 pour produit cosmétique. Le produit cosmétique est ici un bâton de produit cosmétique, par exemple un bâton de rouge à lèvres (non représenté).
  • Le réceptacle 10 selon l'invention comprend un corps 20 (voir figure 1). Ce corps 20 est prévu rigide ; cela signifie qu'il n'est pas déformable par une pression exercée par des doigts d'utilisateur. Ce corps 20 est obtenu par moulage, en particulier d'un matériau plastique. Il pourra aussi être revêtu d'une couche de matériau afin de le protéger, voire de le décorer, par exemple d'une couche de matériau métallique. Ce corps 20 pourra aussi être entièrement moulé en matériau métallique, par exemple en aluminium.
  • Le corps 20 illustré ici présente une section transversale sensiblement circulaire. Cependant, cela n'exclut aucunement les corps 20 aux sections transversales complexes (polygone, formes composés avec parties circulaires et droites, ...) destinées à recevoir des bâtons de rouges à lèvres ayant une section voisine.
  • Le réceptacle 10 selon l'invention est conçu pour permettre au produit d'occuper une première position au moins partiellement en dehors du corps 20 en laquelle il peut être appliqué par l'utilisateur par manipulation dudit corps 20. La figure 1 illustre le réceptacle 10 dans une configuration permettant au produit d'occuper cette première position. Le réceptacle 10 comprend, en outre, une cupule 40. Dans la configuration de la figure 1, la cupule 40 est partiellement sortie par rapport au corps 20.
  • Cette cupule 40 est apte à recevoir le produit. Elle est prévue mobile par rapport au corps 20. La cupule 40 pourra être colorée, avantageusement de la même couleur que celle dudit produit. Elle pourra, en particulier, être teintée dans la masse. Ladite cupule 40 sera rigide, obtenue par moulage, de préférence d'un matériau plastique. Elle présentera, en outre, une section transversale voisine de celle du corps 20 afin d'assurer sa mobilité à l'intérieur dudit corps 20.
  • Il est à noter que le réceptacle 10 s'étend avantageusement selon une direction principale d'extension longitudinale, dite direction principale et repérée schématiquement par l'axe X sur les figures 1 à 3. Le réceptacle 10 présente ainsi une première extrémité, dite extrémité distale 12 du réceptacle 10, et une seconde extrémité, dite extrémité proximale 14 du réceptacle 10. L'extrémité distale 12 est opposée à l'extrémité proximale 14 le long de la direction principale X. De plus, l'extrémité distale 12 du réceptacle 10 est ouverte afin de laisser passer le produit lorsque celui-ci occupe la première position (voir figure 1).
  • La figure 2 illustre le réceptacle 10 dans une configuration permettant au produit d'occuper une seconde position. Dans ladite seconde position, le produit est au moins partiellement escamoté dans le corps 20. On peut constater sur cette figure que la cupule 40 est, dans cette configuration, totalement escamotée à l'intérieur du réceptacle 10, ceci afin de permettre à une extrémité libre du produit de se trouver alors sensiblement au niveau de l'extrémité distale 12 du réceptacle 10.
  • Le corps 20 comprend, en outre, une partie transparente 30. Dans l'exemple illustré ici, la partie transparente 30 est située au niveau de l'extrémité proximale 14 du réceptacle 10.
  • Le réceptacle 10 pourra comprendre, encore, un mécanisme d'entraînement de la cupule 40, dit mécanisme d'actionnement du réceptacle (non représenté ici). Ce mécanisme d'actionnement est configuré pour entraîner la cupule 40 d'une première position, dite position haute, ici celle de la figure 1, à une deuxième position, dite position basse, ici celle de la figure 2, pour laquelle la cupule 40 est totalement escamotée à l'intérieur du réceptacle 10. Le mécanisme d'actionnement sera configuré pour entraîner la cupule 40 dans un mouvement de rotation, et/ou de translation, par rapport au corps 20 ; cependant, il est à noter que l'invention n'est pas limitée à un type particulier de mécanisme d'actionnement.
  • Ainsi, la figure 1 correspond à la première position du produit et illustre la position haute de la cupule 40, la cupule 40 se trouvant alors au voisinage de l'extrémité distale 12 du réceptacle 10.
  • La figure 2, qui correspond à la seconde position du produit, illustre la position basse de la cupule 40, la cupule 40 se trouvant alors au voisinage de l'extrémité proximale 14 du réceptacle 10.
  • De la sorte, la partie transparente 30 permet de voir la cupule 40 lorsqu'elle est en position basse, et donc, lorsque le produit occupe la seconde position.
  • Le réceptacle 10 pourra comprendre une pièce borgne 34 à son extrémité proximale 14, ladite pièce borgne comprenant la partie transparente 30. C'est ainsi à travers ladite pièce borgne 34 que l'on peut voir ladite cupule 40, en position basse. Ladite pièce borgne 34 pourra être réalisée dans un matériau entièrement transparent. Ici, seule une partie inférieure de ladite pièce borgne 34 est laissée transparente et une partie supérieure est opacifiée, par exemple à l'aide d'un revêtement.
  • En particulier, la cupule 40 présente ici un fond borgne, bombé, et c'est l'extrémité bombée de la cupule 40 qui est rendue visible de l'extérieur grâce à la transparence de ladite pièce borgne 34 (voir figure 2).
  • Il est à noter que ladite pièce borgne 34 est distincte du corps 20.
  • En outre, ladite pièce borgne 34 pourra faire partie du mécanisme d'entraînement et permettre de commander le mouvement de la cupule 40 par rapport au corps 20, en particulier lorsque ladite pièce borgne 34 est actionnée, par exemple en rotation par rapport audit corps 20. Ladite pièce borgne pourra ainsi présenter une surface extérieure destinée à être manipulée par l'utilisateur.
  • La figure 3 illustre l'exemple de réalisation décrit ci-dessus, le réceptacle 10 étant en outre coiffé d'un capuchon opaque 50. Ce capuchon 50 cache le produit. Il cache aussi toute une partie du corps 40 et, comme ici, une zone de la pièce borgne 34, en particulier une zone 35 permettant le maintien en position dudit capuchon 50 sur le réceptacle 10 (voir figures 1 ou 2 pour la zone 35).
  • Le capuchon 50 est rigide, obtenu par moulage, de préférence d'un matériau plastique. Le capuchon pourra être protégé, voire décoré, sur sa paroi externe. Par exemple, il sera prévu une couche de matériau métallique sur sa paroi externe, couche qui pourra être obtenue par métallisation de ladite paroi. Ladite couche pourra aussi être une fine bande de matière plastique colée.
  • D'autre part, la pièce borgne 34 présente une hauteur, le long de la direction principale X, référencée h34 (voir figure 3). Le capuchon 50, quant à lui, présente une hauteur selon la même direction X, référencée H50. Le rapport entre ces deux hauteurs respectera la formule suivante : 0,3 ≤ h34/ H50 ≤ 0.7. Ainsi, H50 pourra être prévu sensiblement égale à 42mm et la hauteur h34 sensiblement égale à 22mm. D'autre part, le diamètre externe de la pièce borgne 34 sera sensiblement le même que le diamètre externe du capuchon 50, par exemple compris entre 18mm et 22mm, de préférence sensiblement égal à 20mm.
  • Un évidement 32 pourra être prévu à l'intérieur de la pièce borgne 34. Cet évidement 32 est destiné à coopérer avec l'extrémité distale, bombée, de la cupule 40, bien qu'il ne soit pas prévu que ces deux pièces viennent en butée. Un jeu J est en effet prévu entre ladite pièce borgne 34 et l'extrémité distale de la cupule 40 (voir figure 3). Ce jeu pourra être sensiblement égal à 0,5mm. Cela permet de prévoir de ne pas lier fonctionnellement la forme de l'extrémité distale de la cupule 40 à celle de la pièce borgne 34, en particulier à celle donnée à l'évidement 32. C'est la conception du mécanisme d'actionnement qui permet de laisser un tel jeu J entre l'extrémité distale de la cupule 40 et l'évidement 32 de la pièce borgne 34, ceci en particulier lorsqu'il entraîne la cupule 40 en position basse.
  • Dans un autre exemple de réalisation, non illustré ici, le réceptacle 10 est configuré pour que ladite cupule 40 soit en butée contre ladite pièce borgne 34 dans ladite seconde position du produit.
  • L'invention trouvera une application particulière dans le cadre des réceptacles 10 pour produit cosmétique qui ne comportent pas d'indication sur leur paroi externe en relation avec le produit qu'ils contiennent. Le réceptacle 10 selon l'invention permet, en effet, de donner une indication de son contenu par simple vision de la cupule 40 à travers la partie transparente 30, la cupule 40 portant une telle indication. Il suffit alors de prévoir une indication sur la cupule 40 pour renseigner l'utilisateur sur le contenu d'un tel réceptacle 10. L'application de l'invention sera particulièrement avantageuse lorsque la cupule est prévue de la même couleur que le produit qu'elle est apte à contenir, l'information donnée par la cupule sur le produit provenant alors de la couleur de la cupule elle-même.
  • Il est à noter, encore, que des variantes de réalisation sont bien sûr possibles. Notamment, dans un exemple de réalisation supplémentaire (non représenté), la cupule 40 comporte deux pièces.
  • Plus précisément, la cupule 40 pourra comporter une première pièce, dite cupule inférieure, configurée pour coopérer avec le mécanisme d'actionnement et une seconde pièce, dite cupule supérieure, apte à recevoir le produit, les cupules inférieure et supérieure étant amovibles l'une par rapport à l'autre. Ainsi, un utilisateur qui souhaiterait changer le produit cosmétique (bâton usé, changement de couleur souhaité) pourra garder l'ensemble dit fixe « corps 20, pièce borgne 34 avec partie transparente 30, cupule inférieure et capuchon 50 » pour ne changer que la cupule supérieure qui est apte à recevoir le produit. En effet, la nouvelle cupule supérieure sera aussi prévue pour indiquer le produit qu'elle contient et il ne sera pas nécessaire de changer le réceptacle en entier puisque l'ensemble fixe du réceptacle 10, selon l'invention, permet de rendre visible la cupule 40 à travers la partie transparente 30 de la pièce borgne 34.
  • Il est à noter que les exemples de réalisation précités pourront être combinés sans s'éloigner de l'invention. En particulier, la cupule 40 pourra présenter une couche de matériau métallique sur sa paroi externe, couche qui pourra être obtenue par métallisation de ladite paroi. Ladite couche pourra aussi être une fine bande de matière plastique collée.

Claims (9)

  1. Réceptacle (10) pour produit cosmétique, notamment pour bâton de produit cosmétique, comprenant un corps (20), et une cupule (40) mobile par rapport au corps (20), la cupule (40) étant apte à recevoir le produit, un mécanisme d'entraînement de la cupule (40), dit mécanisme d'actionnement du réceptacle (10), ledit réceptacle étant configuré pour permettre à la cupule (40) d'occuper une première position, dite position haute, au moins partiellement en dehors du corps (20), et une position dans laquelle elle est escamotée dans le corps (20), dite position basse, correspondant à une position dans laquelle la cupule (40) est visible radialement à travers une partie transparente (30) que comprend ledit corps (20), ledit mécanisme d'actionnement étant configuré pour entraîner la cupule (40) de la position haute à la position basse.
  2. Réceptacle (10) selon la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre un capuchon (50) configuré pour coiffer ledit corps (20) et en laissant ladite partie transparente (30) visible.
  3. Réceptacle (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre une pièce borgne (34) à son extrémité proximale (14), la pièce borgne (34) étant configurée pour que la cupule (40) occupe ladite position basse au voisinage de ladite pièce borgne (34).
  4. Réceptacle (10) selon la revendication précédente, configuré pour que ladite cupule (40) soit en butée contre ladite pièce borgne (34) dans ladite position basse.
  5. Réceptacle (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, dans lequel ladite pièce borgne (34) comprend la partie transparente (30) du réceptacle (10).
  6. Réceptacle (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications, dans lequel la cupule (40) est colorée de la même couleur que celle du produit cosmétique.
  7. Réceptacle (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la cupule (40) comporte deux pièces :
    - une première pièce, dite cupule inférieure, configurée pour coopérer avec le mécanisme d'actionnement ; et
    - une seconde pièce, dite cupule supérieure, apte à recevoir le produit ;
    les cupules inférieure et supérieure étant amovibles l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  8. Réceptacle (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la solidarisation et/ou la désolidarisation desdites deux pièces se fait par déformation élastique d'une partie d'une des deux pièces par l'autre pièce.
  9. Ensemble du réceptacle (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et dudit produit, ladite cupule (40) donnant une information sur ledit produit.
