Figur 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Bogendruckmaschine 100, in welcher Bogen 1000 in einer Druckstation 2 bedruckt und durch eine Lackierstation 4 lackiert werden können. Ein jeweiliger Bogen 1000 wird von einem Anleger 1 kommend in Transportrichtung T durch die Druckmaschine 100 transportiert, dabei bearbeitet und in einer Auslage 6 ausgelegt. Anschließend werden die Bogen 1000 in einem abschnittsbehafteten Transportbereich S2 weiter transportiert. In diesem abschnittsbehafteten Transportbereich S2 befindet sich eine Lackierstation 4 mit einem Lackierwerk mit Lackzylinder 14. Wenn die Bogendruckmaschine 100 im sogenannten Duplexbetrieb verwendet wird, werden die Bogen 1000 nach dem Bedrucken nicht direkt an die nachfolgende Beschleunigungsstation 3 übergeben, sondern mittels einer Bogenweiche 11 in die Bogenrückführung 13 ausgeschleust, wo die Bogen in einer Wendetasche 12 oder einer andersartigen Wendeeinrichtung gewendet und wieder an den Eingang der Druckstation 2 transportiert werden. Die Bogen 1000 durchlaufen nun die Druckstation 2 ein zweites Mal, wobei von den Inkjetköpfen 10 nun die Bogenrückseite bedruckt wird. Um ein kontinuierliches Arbeiten der Bogendruckmaschine 100 im Duplexbetrieb zu ermöglichen, wird abwechselnd ein gänzlich unbedruckter Bogen 1000 von dem Anleger 1 und ein bereits einseitig bedruckter Bogen 1000 aus der Bogenrückführung 13 der Druckstation 2 zugeführt. Damit ergibt sich auch, dass nur jeder zweite Bogen 1000 von der Druckstation 2 an die Beschleunigungsstation 3 übergeben wird. Unter Verwendung der Beschleunigungswalzen 16 der Beschleunigungsstation 3 können diese Bogen der Lackierstation 4 registergenau und in der gewünschten Geschwindigkeit, d. h .abgestimmt auf die Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit der Lackierstation 4, zugeführt werden.In FIG. 2 an alternative embodiment of the above-described sheet-fed printing machine 100 is shown. Claims (6)

  1. Sheet-fed printing machine (100) including a sheet feeder (1), a digital printing unit (2), a downstream varnishing unit (4), and a sheet delivery (6),
