Definitions

  • the invention relates to a furniture fitting for forming an extendable waste collection device with a receiving frame having at least one opening for suspending a waste collection container, with support means for supporting the receiving frame on a drawer, the bottom edge record comprehensive lateral frames with a maximum height on the bottom edge recordings and a Front frame connecting front frame, and having a fixable in the bottom edge receptacles of the drawer stabilization frame comprising two longitudinal struts and a front and a rear cross member, wherein the support means for supporting the receiving frame on the front wall and the rear cross member are formed. Furthermore, the invention relates to a cabinet with such a furniture fitting.
  • Drawers are low-cost standard components available in high quality.
  • To form the refuse collection device with the furniture fitting such a drawer is used almost without changes. The only changes are the replacement of the closed bottom of a conventional drawer by the open stabilizer frame so that a waste container hinged in the opening of the receiving frame can hang down below the frames, and a correspondingly further downwardly extending, also referred to as front Front wall to cover the waste containers at full height.
  • front Front wall also referred to as front Front wall to cover the waste containers at full height.
  • the back wall of a conventional drawer omitted.
  • a drawer for a kitchen cabinet with a furniture fitting of the type described above is from the EP 2 340 743 A1 known.
  • This drawer has, in addition to a stabilizing frame on each longitudinal side of a frame, a front transverse wall formed by a front wall and a rear transverse wall, which are connected together so that they form an internally open frame construction.
  • Each frame has a moving rail of a telescopic extension and an upwardly curved, in cross-section approximately inverted U-shaped cover of the moving rail.
  • the rear transverse wall is not a rear wall extending between the rear ends of the frames as in a conventional drawer, but supported on a rear cross member of the stabilization frame.
  • a support frame free of floor supports for refuse containers has the sides associated with the longitudinal sides and the transverse struts associated transverse sides and is loosely placed on top of the drawer and secured against lateral slipping.

  • a receiving frame for refuse containers which is intended to be mounted on a railing drawer, each with a frame on each longitudinal side, with a rail above each frame, with a front wall and with a rear wall, said Railing drawer has an open bottom in the form of a stabilization frame.
  • the receiving frame has on its longitudinal side side flaps, the arrangement and the lateral distance are made so that the receiving frame when it is mounted on the railing drawer, with its side flaps over the rails above the respective frame and overlaps with the side flaps on the rails can be hung.
  • the receiving frame further has at its the front wall and the rear wall of the drawer facing transverse sides downwardly angled fastening means with at least one slot and is fixed above it to the front wall and the rear wall.
  • the known mounting frame can only be used in conjunction with a special railing drawer to form a pull-out waste collection device. Its side flaps must match the rails of the frames
  • the drawer has pull-telescopic rails each consisting of a fixed rail and a moving rail, wherein on the moving rail, a longitudinal mounting bracket is mounted and the longitudinal mounting bracket added frontally by end plates to a frame construction are.
  • the longitudinal attachment angles are carriers of a bottomless, rigid receiving frame, in which one or more waste containers are supported hanging freely.
  • a cross-sectionally U-shaped cover of the rails is provided with one leg of the cover coupled to the traveling rail secured to a base portion to form a stable box profile for the bracket forming portion of the longitudinal attachment angle.
  • the receiving frame is thus based on the height of the usual bottom of a drawer on the sides thereof, and the receiving frame must have a considerable vertical extent, so that its opening for hanging the refuse container is higher.
  • this known drawer can not be formed on the basis of any standard drawer.
  • its receiving frame must be adapted to the existing bottom edge receptacle of the drawer, and the mounting frame is complex because of its large vertical extent.
  • From the EP 2 801 291 A1 is a furniture fitting for forming an extendable refuse collection device with a receiving frame having at least one opening for suspending a waste collection container, with support means for supporting the receiving frame to a drawer, the side frames, a rear extending between the backs of the frame, a front connecting the front walls and having an open bottom, and with a stabilizing frame to be inserted into a bottom edge receptacle of the frames and the rear wall of the drawer.
  • the support means are formed for exclusive support of the receiving frame on the front wall and on the rear wall, so that the receiving frame extends with free space above the frames.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a simply constructed furniture fitting with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1, which is used in conjunction with as many different drawers to form an extendable waste collection device.
  • the object of the invention is achieved by a furniture fitting with the features of independent claim 1.
  • Preferred embodiments of the new furniture fitting are defined in the dependent claims 2 to 13.
  • the dependent claim 14 is directed to a cabinet with a body, with a retractable mounted in the body drawer and with a furniture fitting according to the invention.
  • An inventive furniture fitting for forming an extendable waste collection device comprises a receiving frame having at least one opening for suspending a waste collection container, and support means for supporting the receiving frame on a drawer, the Bodenrandabilityn comprehensive side frames with a maximum height above the bottom edge recordings and the front frame connecting the front sides having.
  • the bottom edge receptacles of the frames typically have a horizontal U-shaped cross-section with a common distance of the free legs of the "U" of about 16 mm.
  • the maximum height which have the side frames over the bottom edge recordings, denotes the maximum height of all frames, in conjunction with which the furniture fitting according to the invention is provided for forming an extendable refuse collection device. Specifically, it may be, for example, the maximum height above the bottom edge recordings of all the frames that are potentially installed by a kitchen manufacturer or that are potentially installed in all kitchens that are offered by one or more kitchen suppliers. Since the circle of manufacturers of such frames and also the number of different model of frames is limited, this maximum height is a defined size.
  • the furniture fitting according to the invention comprises a stabilization frame for the drawer, which has two longitudinal struts and a front and a rear cross strut and which can be fixed in the bottom edge receptacles of the respective drawer. He must be tuned or tuned to the lateral distance of the frames in the area of their bottom edge recordings. In addition, it must be adjusted with its height to the distance of the free legs of the U-shaped bottom edge recordings, this distance, as already stated, has a default value of about 16 mm. The height of the stabilization frame can be kept targeted slightly smaller than 16 mm, as a greater distance between the free legs of the U-shaped bottom edge recordings is not critical.
  • a too low stabilization frame can be easily fixed in the bottom edge shots, if this is done for example by screwing with a, typically the lower free leg of the Bodenranditn limiting lying "U".
  • the stabilization frame consists essentially of the two longitudinal struts, which run in the installed state of the furniture fitting according to the invention at least partially in the Bodenrandagen, and the front and rear cross member, leaves the fitting between the sides of a lateral clearance, through which the refuse collection of the Can hang down. Nevertheless, the stabilization frame stabilizes the drawer, in particular the rectangular orientation of the side frames to the front wall of the drawer.
  • the support means are designed for exclusive support of the receiving frame on the front wall of the drawer and on the rear cross member of the stabilization frame.
  • the receiving frame extends at a distance above the stabilization frame, which is greater than the maximum height of the frames.
  • the mounting frame extends above the frames and with free distance to them.
  • the mounting frame in the furniture fitting according to the invention extends with the distance above the stabilizing frame, which is greater than the maximum height of the frames, means in particular that the receiving frame, possibly except for integrally formed with him parts of the support means, from its rear edge to the Extending the rear cross member of the stabilization frame, in the assembled state lies completely in the free distance above the frames.
  • This free distance visually separates the receiving frame and thus the furniture fitting according to the invention from the frames, instead of attempting to cover the frames laterally or to achieve a seamless lateral connection of the receiving frame to the frames.
  • This also justifies the freedom of the furniture fitting according to the invention of the concrete shape of the drawer, which is supplemented with the furniture fitting to a pull-out waste collection device.
  • the free distance of the receiving frame from the stabilizing frame ie the difference between the distance in which the receiving frame extends above the stabilizing frame, and the maximum height of the frames, is preferably so great that it also by an elastic deformation of the receiving frame, which in filling the Waste bin occurs, but is limited by a high dimensional stability of the receiving frame, not so far consumed that the receiving frame rests on top of the frame.
  • the free distance or the difference of said distances is at least 2, 3, 4 or 5 mm, depending on the rigidity of the receiving frame to deflections between its front and rear portions and also how large the probability that the respective frames actually have the maximum height above their Bodenrandabilityn or remain well below.
  • the support means for at least in the vertical direction and also in the transverse direction rigid support of the receiving frame are formed on the rear cross member of the stabilization frame.
  • This end wall not only readily provides the desired vertical and transverse stiffnesses, it can also provide for optically completing the refuse collection device below the receiving frame to the rear when the refuse bins are not hooked into the openings of the receiving frame, thus providing a view obliquely from above allow the construction of the refuse collection device.
  • the end wall covers a lateral minimum clearance between the frames.
  • This minimum lateral clearance is the clearance that remains between the frames at all heights considered for the maximum height and at all lateral distances between these frames.
  • the end wall must then not be adapted to the actual lateral clearance between the sides. It always fits between the frames. It can and will remain on both sides of the end wall to the frames usually a smaller distance, but does not affect the overall visual impression of the built-up with the furniture fitting waste collection device. This is especially true if the frames still a certain piece extend behind the end wall, so that the remaining open spaces do not allow a view and thus remain inconspicuous in their existence.
  • the end wall of the furniture fitting according to the invention which is preferred, be formed integrally with the receiving frame. But it can also be integrally formed with the rear cross member. Basically, a one-piece design with both the receiving frame and the rear cross member is possible.
  • the end wall can be folded down at the rear edge of the receiving frame.
  • the sheet may be folded several times at the rear lower end of the end wall.
  • latching connections may be provided to lock the end wall with the receiving frame and / or, which is preferred, with the rear cross member during vertical merging.
  • latching connectors can be provided for mounting on the rear cross member into which the end wall can be inserted from above and locked with the end wall to fix them and thus the rear edge of the receiving frame in a defined position relative to the rear cross member of the stabilization frame.
  • the mounting of the latching connector on the rear cross member can be done via a vertically aligned through a slot in the cross strut mounting screw, so that, for example, a vertical setting of the front wall relative to the frames is compensated to the horizontal course of the receiving frame with free vertical distance to the sides restore.
  • the supporting devices of the furniture fitting according to the invention are preferably designed to support the receiving frame rigidly in the vertical direction and in all horizontal directions on the front wall. Due to the regularly rigid design of the front wall, in particular in the form of a furniture front, and the regularly rigid connection of the front wall to the frames, such provides in all three spatial directions rigid support of the receiving frame on the front wall for a defined position of the front edge of the receiving frame on the frames.
  • a particularly low installation costs of the furniture fitting according to the invention and a particularly easy construction of the refuse collection device arise when fixable on the front wall latching connector are provided, in which the receiving frame can be latched from above.
  • the stabilization frame of the furniture fitting according to the invention may comprise four corner connectors each connecting a transverse strut to a longitudinal strut. If these corner connectors comprise connection pieces which can be fixed in different insertion positions in the transverse struts, a variance in the lateral spacing of the bottom edge receptacles of the frames can be covered with the same corner connectors and the same cross struts. Depending on the lateral spacing of the bottom edge receptacles of the respective drawer, the connection backs of the corner connectors are pushed into the cross struts at different distances and then fixed in relation to the cross struts. The insertion of the corner connectors in the longitudinal struts, however, is preferably always on block, d. H.
  • This depth determines the position of the rear cross member of the stabilization frame with respect to the front wall, and this position is always equal to the fixed depth of the receiving frame.
  • the stabilization frame may have a minimum width that is not greater than a minimum distance of the frames in their Bodenrandagen.
  • the stabilization frame may have a maximum width that is not less than a maximum distance of the frames in their Bodenrandagen.
  • the frames also extend beyond the rear cross member of the stabilization frame and thus even behind a there recognized End wall of the support facilities.
  • a stabilization frame which is shorter than the frames also means that the receiving frame of the furniture fitting according to the invention is at least approximately as much shorter than the frames. This ensures that the receiving frame when removing the built-up with the furniture fitting waste collection device completely in front of the body of the respective cabinet arrives, in which the furniture fitting is mounted. In other words, due to the comparatively smaller depth of the An acceptance frame for the waste collection device with particularly easy accessibility of the waste container realized. A case remaining between the inserted frames remaining space is available for lines, siphons or the like.
  • brackets can be recognized, the downwardly facing free legs have vertical support surfaces for fixing to the front wall.
  • the front wall often has a greater height to cover the hanging from the receiving frame waste container, as it can be stabilized by simple installation on the sides, which otherwise support only the front or front wall of a normal drawer.
  • the brackets are used.
  • the support of the bracket on the inner sides of the longitudinal struts of the stabilizing frame is independent of the configuration of the frames, which are used together with the furniture fitting according to the invention for forming the waste collection device.
  • inclinations and / or depths of the support surfaces are adjustable at the holding angles relative to the longitudinal struts of the stabilization frame.
  • the depths of the support surfaces relative to the longitudinal struts with eccentric screws be adjustable, wherein the brackets are longitudinally guided by longitudinal grooves in the longitudinal struts engaging longitudinal webs on the longitudinal struts. Due to the adjustability of the depths of the support surfaces with eccentric screws, the front wall can be easily aligned vertically or in alignment with adjacent fronts.
  • additional fixing screws can be provided, which engage through the bracket in the longitudinal struts.
  • Longitudinal edges of the receiving frame of the furniture fitting according to the invention may have a distance which is at least as large as or greater than a maximum distance from outer sides of the frames. In this way, it is ensured that in the view of the refuse collection device from above only the receiving frame and not extending below the longitudinal edges of the receiving frame frames are visible. In the side view However, there is a clear optical separation between the overhead mounting frame and the underlying frames.
  • the receiving frame of furniture fitting according to the invention may be a sheet metal part having a downwardly directed edge on longitudinal edges of the receiving frame and at each opening of the receiving frame limiting edge. With these folds a high dimensional stability of the receiving frame is achieved. In addition, a massive visual impression is achieved.
  • a waste collection container For each opening in the receiving frame, a waste collection container may be present, the outwardly projecting upper container edge rests on top of the opening bounding edge.
  • the openings and the matched waste collection containers may also be designed such that two or more waste collection containers fit next to one another in an opening.
  • this cover plate In order to cover the waste collection device in the respective cabinet upwards or even to close, there may be a closed cover plate spanning all openings in the receiving frame for storage above the drawer. Also this cover plate can be fixed by means of snap connectors in the respective cabinet.
  • these latching connectors are as far as possible solvable in order to enable a separation of the parts latched with them, for example, for the purpose of basic cleaning of these parts.
  • the Bodenrandabilityn comprehensive side frames with a maximum height above the Bodenrandabilityn and the front frame connecting front wall has, and with a furniture fitting according to the invention, an extendable waste collection device on the Tray forms, the receiving frame runs at a free distance above the frames. This free distance allows in parallel viewing direction to the receiving frame a slot-shaped view between the frames and the receiving frame from the side, as long as no waste containers are mounted in the opening of the exception frame. This perspective, which remains in the spaces between the individual waste containers even after their hanging, but is completely unobtrusive, because usually no one looks at this level from the side of the refuse collection device.
