Description
The invention relates to a soundproof wall element for track-like shoring, consisting of a provided on its upper side with a tread supporting element with a one-sided, sound-absorbing pad.
Although the known soundproof wall element has the advantage that the wandering is simple by mere placement and juxtaposing. A disadvantage, however, is that, despite the relatively high weight, the large material consumption due to no sufficient lateral position stability is given. Moreover, the sound-absorbing pad is hardly protected from the weather (rain, etc.) from the top, so that it mostly soaks up due to their notorious porosity and therefore loses soundproofing properties.
The aim of the invention is therefore a soundproof wall element with simpler configuration, which can be made at the expense of separate support measures with less material and provides better weather protection for the sound-absorbing pad.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a soundproof wall element of the type mentioned in the introduction, that the support element designed substantially as a plate and the Tread of a one-piece, 90 ° angled, the sound-absorbing overlay superior web is formed.
In contrast to the prior art, the soundproof wall element according to the invention essentially has an angle profile with a relatively long leg, which causes the element height, and a relatively short leg, the web. The cost of materials is therefore lower. The sound-absorbing overlay bridge protects it from direct rain, snow, etc.
Der die schallabsorbierende Auflage überragende Steg minimiert überdies die Schallreflexion der Pfosten etc..When constructing a soundproof wall of such elements, however, the provision of spaced in element length mounts such as posts, piles, etc. is to be accepted. However, this additional expense is compensated by the lower cost of materials and has the advantage that the soundproof wall elements are laterally immovable, although they merely rest on the ground. The sound-projecting bridge also minimizes the sound reflection of the posts etc.
In order to improve the protection of the sound-absorbing pad against rain falling from above, it is advisable to form on the underside of the web in the section projecting the sound-absorbing support a drip-nose extended along the support element. Impacted rainwater drips thus at the latest at this nose, thus does not enter from above into the sound-absorbing edition.
Since brackets (posts, piles, posts, etc.) are required for a soundproof wall element to be produced from soundproof wall elements according to the invention, it is favorable if each soundproof wall element has a groove extending over the entire height for receiving a mounting profile section at its two adjacent end faces in the installed state. As a result, the holder can penetrate seamlessly continuous sound-absorbing pads in the end faces of adjacent elements. There is therefore no interruption of the sound insulation properties by the brackets.
By analogy with the known measures for overcoming near-noise walls, in the installed state the track facing sound-absorbing pad at least one point from the ground contact surface to the top of the support element be formed leading Trittausnehmungen. Such Trittausnehmungen have over conventional appearances the advantage that they do not project and therefore the risk of injury is lower.
Further, at the side facing away from the track in the installed state of the support element of each soundproofing wall element, preferably with respect to the foot recesses, an optionally provided with a support rod conductor can be fastened. In this way, the outer contour of the soundproofing wall element according to the invention in the course of manufacture can be kept smooth and thus simpler, since the conductors are to be attached only afterwards.
Finally, it is advisable to provide an integrated, elongated cable channel in each sound insulation wall element. Alternatively, however, a cable trough attachable to the side facing away from the track of the support element can also be provided, which preferably has a walk-on cover. This embodiment has the advantage that when getting out of a wagon or the like. (or when exceeding the sound barrier wall from the track side) the height difference to be overcome with the ladder is less than with a non-existing cable tray. The possible fall height is thus reduced.
The
At the bottom of the
For the construction of a soundproof wall from
When constructing a track-close soundproofing wall of
