Definitions

  • drinking bottles in particular drinking bottles with a cap are known.
  • the bottles usually have threads on which the caps are screwed.
  • the threads are standardized and the number of differently standardized thread of these bottles is low.
  • these bottles can be prefilled, for example with mineral water, which may also be mixed with flavorings, or with an isotonic beverage.
  • they can be bottles which are intended to contain a liquid mixed by the user as desired.
  • in addition to fruit juice syrups are mainly showerheads in powder or tablet form available.
  • a disadvantage in both cases is that the user is fixed on the concrete beverage mixture for the entire consumption period of the beverage, ie between the beginning and the end of the beverage consumption. That he can no longer change the flavor during beverage consumption, since the liquid still present in the bottle has only the flavor once selected.
  • Incomplete dissolution may also be associated with a not optimally chosen dosage, in particular with too high a concentration of the powder or the tablet.
  • a not optimally chosen dosage in particular with too high a concentration of the powder or the tablet.
  • the US 2007/062826 A1 shows a cap body with a barrier.
  • An outer cap corresponding to a closure element, is connected to the cap base body via a kind of hinge.
  • a storage element corresponding to a receiving element, contains different materials that are ejected down into the bottle. Then the storage element serves as a spout element.
  • a simple handling is to be guaranteed, which is a simple Changing the flavorings and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements allowed.
  • dosing problems in particular too high concentrations of flavors and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements in the liquid should be avoided.
  • the possibility of avoiding chemicals should be created, so that purely natural substances can be used for admixture.
  • the dispensing body can be replaced without having to separate the cap from the liquid container.
  • the receiving element is thus actuated laterally on the closure cap, approximately in the direction normal to the longitudinal axis of the
  • the opening is also located on the side of the cap.
  • the opening for inserting the dispensing body In the loading position, the opening for inserting the dispensing body is open, the receiving element is at least partially removed from the receiving volume, so that taken on or in the receiving element dispensing body removed and / or inserted a dispensing body on or in the empty receiving element (or even changed the receiving element ) can be.
  • the opening for introducing the dispensing body is closed, liquid which flows from a liquid container into the cap attached thereto can then emerge from the cap only through the spout opening, or through a mouthpiece attached thereto.
  • the opening for introducing or removing the dispensing body is then sealed liquid-tight.
  • the closed with the cap of the invention liquid container has a conventional spout opening or bottle opening, which is closed by the cap in the operating position.
  • the cap is preferably a screw cap that fits all standard water bottles or you can use a few different caps the few different standardized bottle thread types.
  • the closure cap is usually provided with a mouthpiece which closes the spout opening of the closure cap and can be transferred from a closure position into a release position, preferably by displacing the mouthpiece. In the closed position, no liquid can pass through the mouthpiece through the cap. In the operating position thus the safe storage of the liquid in the liquid container with inventive cap is made possible, even if this transported or during sports of User is taken. In the release position, liquid can pass through the cap through the mouthpiece and the user is allowed to drink.
  • the receiving element is arranged in the dispensing position within the receiving volume and releasably fixed, which is bounded by walls of the receiving element of inner walls of the closure cap.
  • This arrangement allows the liquid to flow through the receiving element primarily when drinking, when the liquid container is guided to the mouth of the user. If at least one dispensing body is arranged in the receiving element, then it is flowed around by the liquid when drinking and can deliver substances or substances, in particular flavorings and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements and / or medicinal agents, to the liquid. That it comes to a mixture with the liquid immediately before the user actually drinks the mixture. An excessive concentration of the desired substances in the liquid can thus be avoided in principle.
  • the receiving volume is - regardless of the specific receiving volume form - preferably enclosed on all sides. This gives a permeability to liquid, for example can be realized by small openings, so that there is still an all-round enclosure of the receiving volume.
  • the all-round enclosure of the receiving volume may be given by the receiving element itself or by the receiving element in cooperation with another part of the cap.
  • the receiving element and / or other parts of the cap can be made of plastic.
  • the permeability of the receiving element for the liquid is realized in a preferred embodiment of the closure cap according to the invention characterized in that the receiving element has through openings, which are preferably arranged in grid form or grid pattern. In this way it is also reliably avoided that the dispensing body or parts of the dispensing body reach after drinking in the liquid container.
  • contacting can be avoided if the receiving element is located entirely in a volume formed by the closure cap.
  • This imaginary surface is actually free of material to connect the cap with the liquid container, preferably to be able to screw. This means that in this case a contact occurs only with a tilting of the bottle, as the user performs while drinking. Accordingly, it is at a preferred
  • Embodiment of the closure cap according to the invention provided that the entire receiving element is arranged in the dispensing position in a volume formed by the closure cap.
  • the receiving element does not fall out of the cap in the loading position and is lost or becomes dirty
  • the receiving element attached to the closure cap preferably releasably secured. If the receiving element can be pulled out of the closure cap approximately equal to a drawer, a safety device could be provided which prevents complete withdrawal during normal use and can be overcome by certain measures, for example for the purpose of cleaning the receiving element.
  • the invention provides that the opening (in order to bring the at least one dispensing body into a receiving volume or to be able to remove it from the receiving volume) can be closed in a liquid-tight manner by the receiving element in the operating position of the closing cap.
  • the receiving element itself serves as a closure of the opening.
  • a liquid-tight region of the receiving element in the dispensing position of the receiving element form part of the lateral surface of the closure cap, ie the surfaces of the closure cap and the receiving element which are visible on the outside pass continuously into one another.
  • the receiving element with the cap forms a common outer surface, there are no projections or depressions where dirt can accumulate.
  • the actuation of the receiving element can advantageously be designed so that the receiving element is displaceable relative to the closure cap, in particular along a straight line.
  • the receiving element can be similar to a drawer pulled out of the cap or pushed into it.
  • guides for the translational movement such as depressions (grooves) or beads may be provided.
  • the receiving element can be rotated relative to the closure cap, in particular about an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the closure cap.
  • a particularly simple and comfortable filling of the receiving element can be realized by the receiving element is designed as a drawer, which can be pushed from the outside into the corresponding opening in the cap and pulled out of the corresponding opening again. That is, to fill the receiving elementsiges is pulled out of the corresponding opening, at least one dispensing body is placed in the receiving element, and the receiving element is then pushed back into the corresponding opening. It is therefore preferably provided a receiving element having a bottom surface and a lateral surface (but no top surface which closes the receiving element), wherein the bottom surface passage openings are arranged. Between receiving element and spout opening of the cap then another element is arranged with through holes for a liquid so that the dispensing body or parts thereof can not get to the mouthpiece. In order to facilitate the actuation (pulling out and pushing in and / or turning) of the receiving element, a corresponding auxiliary device can also be provided on a lateral surface of the receiving element.
  • the auxiliary device comprises a recess and / or a projection in the lateral surface.
  • the recess or the projection allows a comfortable attacking of the container by the user.
  • the receiving element has a cover surface with passage openings, so that the receiving volume is completely enclosed by the lateral surface, top surface and bottom surface
  • the receiving element with dispensing body located therein can be manufactured and sold as a unit.
  • the outer surface, top surface and bottom surface can not be detachably connected to each other, so that the unit is a disposable product that is replaced after use by a new unit of receiving element and dispensing body.
  • a dispensing body preferably a tablet, for receiving in the receiving element of the closure cap according to the invention is advantageously provided.
  • the dispensing body at least one water-soluble element for the production of a drink and / or for the release of a flavor and / or a nutrient and / or a dietary supplement and / or a medicinal agent.
  • Nutrients include carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. If a large number of carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins are released, the production of an isotonic beverage is possible.
  • the dispensing body In order for the dispensing body to be received in the receiving volume of the receiving element, the dispensing body will have a dispensing body volume which is not larger than a receiving volume of the receiving element. In particular, the dispensing body will have dimensions which allow it to pass through the opening for the receiving element. In other words, there must be a largest cross section of the dispensing body, which is smaller than the cross section of the opening of the closure cap, through which opening the receiving element can be brought into a loading or a dispensing position.
  • the dispensing body comprises a sponge, preferably plastic sponge.
  • this plastic sponge is designed so that the liquid can easily reach the water-soluble elements, which can be achieved for example by a sponge fabric of coarsely intertwined fibers.
  • the dispensing body comprises a liquid-permeable net-like fabric, in particular gauze, which holds the dispensing body in a dispensing body shape, which preferably corresponds to a receiving volume shape of the receiving element.
  • a liquid-permeable net-like fabric in particular gauze
  • the thus stabilized dispensing body shape allows in particular a simple and convenient replacement of the dispensing body even after drinking, after the water-soluble elements have already been completely or at least partially dissolved. That embodiment in which the dispensing body shape corresponds to the receiving volume shape of the receiving element also ensures a particularly stable arrangement of the dispensing body in the receiving element or its receiving volume.
  • a particularly good stabilization of the dispenser body shape with simultaneous ease of manufacture can be achieved by the net-like tissue is arranged on a dispenser body outside.
  • the at least one water-soluble element is one in the dispensing body volume arranged ball whose surface is formed by a water-soluble layer and the interior of which is filled with a substance, such as syrup or tea, which contains a flavor and / or nutrient and / or a dietary supplement and / or a medicinal agent.
  • the water-soluble layer is in this case preferably formed from a water-soluble glaze, in particular icing, which contributes to the avoidance of chemicals.
  • the time course of the delivery of the substances can be realized by a plurality of balls with different glaze layer thicknesses.
  • Those spheres with the thinnest glaze layer thicknesses are the first to release the substances, while spheres with thicker glaze layer thicknesses still do not release any substances. Only at a later time, for example, when the substances of those spheres with originally thin glaze layer thickness are used up, the spheres of originally thicker glaze layer thickness release the substances stored in them.
  • This may be, for example, the same substances as before, so that a temporally constant concentration of these substances in the liquid is achieved. But there may also be different substances in the balls, so that, for example, first a fruit-flavored drink is provided and at a later time an isotonic drink. Athletes will be able to drink different drinks when carrying a single liquid container over time, including an isotonic beverage.
  • a plurality of balls are arranged with the same substance or different substances in the dispensing body volume, wherein the water-soluble layers of the balls have different layer thicknesses, in particular to allow a continuous release of the substance or substances.
  • closure cap according to the invention and the associated dispensing bodies are to be regarded as a system which enables the simple production of beverages or the addition of flavors and / or nutrients and / or nutritional supplements and / or medicinal agents to a liquid.

The rest of the lateral surface 17 is located in the dispensing position of the receiving element 1 within the lateral surface 36.
  • the receiving element 1 has a liquid-permeable planar top surface 21 and bottom surface 16. So that the liquid can not flow past the receiving element 1, a barrier (veneer) 39 is provided in the interior of the closure cap 7 in the region of the height extension of the receiving element 1, which block measures the cross section of the closure cap 7 between the receiving element 1 (in the dispensing position) and the lateral surface 36 of the closure cap 7 closes, see Fig. 14 , At the barrier (veneer) 39 and / or at other locations on the inside of the cap 7 guides (beads, grooves) may be attached, which cooperate with corresponding guides on the receiving element 1 and along which the receiving element 1 is inserted into the cap 7 and out this can be pulled out.
  • guides may be provided on the receiving element 1 and / or on the inside of the closure cap 7.
  • the receiving element 1 in Fig. 13 could have a fold-up deck surface 21, so that the dispensing body 2 can be changed. But it could also be made recording elements 1 as disposable products, where the receiving volume 12 is not accessible, the dispensing body 2 is therefore not removable (bottom surface 16 and top surface 21 are not detachably connected to the lateral surface 17) and the entire receiving element 1 would have to be changed to insert another dispensing body 2.
  • FIGS. 15 and 16 show again a cap 7 of the same type as those Fig. 4 . 7 or 11 ,
  • the receiving element 1 is now by means of a - here parallel to the longitudinal axis 10 of the cap 7 arranged - hinge 41 rotatably attached to the cap 7.
  • the hinge 41 could, for example, be fastened to the closure cap 7 on a vertical web which is arranged outside the lateral surface 36.
  • the receiving element 1 can be actuated by means of projection 19 (horizontally unfolded or unscrewed).
  • the receiving element 1 can now be designed so that its lateral surface 17 surrounds it all around (in this case has the shape of a cylinder jacket) and that in the dispensing position (FIG. Fig. 15 ) the lateral surface 17 at the top and bottom liquid-tight with the lateral surface 36 of the cap 7 closes.
  • the opening 12 of the closure cap would be cylinder jacket-shaped in this case, the entire shell 17 of the receiving element 1 would close this liquid-tight in the operating position 8 of the cap 7.
  • the receiving element 1 already equipped on the production side with a dispensing body 2 and the lateral surface 17, the top surface 21 and the bottom surface 16 is not be releasably connected to each other.
  • the receiving element 1 would then be a disposable product, to change the dispensing body 2, the receiving element would have hung out of the hinge 41 and a new Receiving element 1 with therein dispensing body 2 are hung in the hinge.
  • the receiving element 1 may also be formed without top surface 21, but then another element 13 must be arranged between receiving element 1 and spout opening 9, analogous to Fig. 2 ,
  • the receiving element 1 (and the jacket 36 of the cap 7) can also be as in the FIGS. 9 and 10 be designed.
  • Fig. 9 would then attack the hinge 41 at a vertical end of the lateral surface 17.
  • a dispensing body 2 between bottom surface 16 and top surface 21 may be inserted.
  • Fig. 10 may be due to the lack of top surface 21 a dispensing body 2 conveniently placed on the bottom surface 16 from above, another element 13 in the cap 7 would close the receiving volume 20 upwards.
  • the lateral surface 17 would close the opening 12 in a liquid-tight manner.
  • the recording elements from the Fig. 4-16 can of course be used for other types of closures with appropriate adjustment of cap and receptacle. So could also about for a cap 7 off Fig. 1 a retractable from the cap receiving element 1 as in the FIGS. 15 and 16 or a narrower receiving element 1 as in Fig. 13 come into use.
  • all embodiments of receiving elements can also be designed such that they do not form part of the lateral surface 36 of the closure cap 7 in the dispensing position. They would have to be dimensioned smaller normal to the longitudinal axis. Then would be about the opening 12 in Fig. 16 partially from the lateral surface 36 of the Closing element 7 closed (as in Fig. 8 ), the remaining opening 12 could deviating from the design according to the invention by a flap (a slide, etc.) are liquid-tight, which - to avoid loss of the flap - can be hinged to the outside of the cap 7. The flap can form part of the lateral surface 36 of the closure element.
  • a closure is provided on the (part of) the receiving element (s) 1, which closure is inserted of the receiving element 1 in the cap 7 with the cap 7 closes.
  • the closure at both ends with the cap 7 overlap and engage.
  • the same principle of the closure can be applied if the opening 12 - as described above - is closed by its own flap.
  • Fig. 18 shows an axonometric view of a cut, schematically illustrated tablet 2, which can be arranged in a receiving element 1.
  • a cut, schematically illustrated tablet 2 which can be arranged in a receiving element 1.
  • Fig. 18 this has a cylindrical shape. This shape in turn belongs to that variant of the receiving element 1, which in Fig. 6 is shown. However, it is of course also conceivable, the tablet 2 of
  • the shape of the tablet 2 does not have to correspond to the receiving volume 20.
  • a dispensing body volume 24 of the tablet 2 may not be greater than the receiving volume 20.
  • the tablet 2 has a gauze 23 which is arranged on a dispenser body outside 26.
  • Fig. 18 also shows that the dispensing body volume 24 is partially filled by a plastic sponge 25.
  • 24 balls 27 are arranged in the dispensing body volume.
  • the liquid 37 can penetrate through the plastic sponge 25 to the balls 27.
  • the net-like fabric of the gauze 23 is also permeable to the liquid 37.
  • the balls 27 act as water-soluble elements to produce a beverage or release flavors and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements and / or medicinal agents, so that an admixture to the liquid 37 can take place.
  • the balls 27 according to the cross-sectional view of Fig. 19 built up. That is, each ball 27 has a surface 29 which is formed by a water-soluble glaze layer 28, preferably of sugar.
  • the glaze layer 28 defines a ball interior 30 and has a certain glaze layer thickness 31.
  • the substance 37 to be added to the liquid in particular flavorings and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements and / or medicinal agents is arranged.
  • the ball interior 30 is filled with syrup 32.
  • the glaze layer thickness 31 can be different in size for different spheres 27, so that the dissolution of the glaze layers 28 takes different lengths. Accordingly, the timing of the addition of the syrup 32 can be designed.
  • the different balls 27 may contain 30 different substances in their respective ball interior. Thus, some balls 27 may contain syrup 32, other balls 27 other substances, for example, after a certain time, i. after a certain period of contact of the balls 27 with the fluid 37 to provide an isotonic beverage.
  • the balls 27 themselves may be of different sizes, ie have different diameters, as in FIG Fig. 18 indicated.
  • different glaze layer thicknesses 31, depending on the duration of contact of the balls 27 with the liquid 37 different amounts of the substances contained in the ball interior 30, for example syrups 32, can be released.
