Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass vor einem Kontaktbereich, der sich oberhalb der Schwenkachse am Hebelarm befindet, ein von außerhalb des Gehäuses manuell betätigbares Betätigungselement angeordnet ist. Das Betätigungselement reicht durch das Gehäuse hindurch und greift zur Betätigung des Zapfventils mittels des Betätigungsmittels im Kontaktbereich, insbesondere horizontal, am Hebelarm an. - A tapping device for at least one bag-in-box package (2) equipped with a tapping valve (5), having a housing (11) for accommodating the bag-in-box package (2) and having an actuating apparatus (10) corresponding with the tapping valve (5), which actuating apparatus (10) has at least one valve-mounting bearing (13) and which actuating apparatus (10) has at least one actuating means (14) for actuating the tapping valve (5), wherein the actuating means (14) is linked by means of a pivot axis (15) on the valve-mounting bearing (13) and has an upwardly directed lever arm (17),
characterised in that
the actuating means (14) is arranged completely inside the housing (11) and in that an actuating element (22), which reaches through the housing (11) and acts on the lever arm (17) by means of the actuating means (14) in a contact region (21) for actuating the tapping valve (5) and can be actuated manually from outside the housing (11), is arranged upstream of the contact region (21), which is located above the pivot axis (15) on the lever arm (17). - The tapping device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the pivot axis (15) is arranged in the horizontal direction upstream of a projection of the contact region (21) onto a horizontal projection plane, when the actuating means (14) is in contact with the tapping valve (5).
- The tapping device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the actuating means (14) has an actuating section (16), which is linked at its front end on the valve-mounting bearing (13) by means of the pivot axis (15) and, starting from the rear end of the actuating section (16), the lever arm (17) extends upwards when the actuating means (14) is in contact with the tapping valve (5) by means of the actuating section (16).
- The tapping device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the actuating means (14) has a contact element (18), which is held adjustably on the lever arm (17), for providing the contact region (21), which contact element can assume an operating position (20), in which the actuating apparatus (10) can be actuated by means of the actuating element (22), and which contact element can assume a locked position (29), in which the actuating apparatus (10) is locked against actuation by means of the actuating means (14).
- The tapping device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the lever arm (17) has an opening (30), through which the actuating element (22) engages when the actuating means (14) is in contact with the tapping valve (5), the contact element (18) is in the locked position (29) and the actuating element (22) is actuated.
- The tapping device according to Claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the lever arm (17) has at least one retaining groove (19), in which the contact element (18) is displaceably held.
- The tapping device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the actuating means (14) has at least one guide element (26) on the lever arm (17) and in that the valve-mounting bearing (13) has at least one guide groove (27), which provides a lateral guide for the guide element (26) when actuating the tapping valve (5) by means of the actuating apparatus (10).
- The tapping device according to Claim 7, characterised in that the actuating apparatus (10) has a clip connection (28), holding the guide element (26) in the guide groove (27), for arresting the tapping valve (5) on the actuating apparatus (10).
- The tapping device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the actuating element (22) has a tappet (23) mounted displaceably in the housing (11) along the longitudinal axis of the actuating element (22).
- The tapping device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the actuating element (22) has, at its end which can be contacted in the contact region (21) by way of the actuating means (14), a setting screw (25) for setting the length of the actuating element (22).
- The tapping device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the actuating apparatus (10) is fastened on a separate holder (12, 12') or is constructed in one piece with a holder (12, 12').
- The tapping device according to Claim 11, characterised in that the actuating apparatus (10) is constructed as a replaceable insert adapted to the respective tapping valve (5), which insert consists of the valve-mounting bearing (13), the actuating means (14) and the pivot axis (15) and is fastened releasably on the separate holder (12, 12').
- The tapping device according to Claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the holder (12, 12') has a front contact area (34a), against which the replaceable actuating apparatus (10) can be supported.
- The tapping device according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterised in that the holder (12) is linked on a fixed part (32) such that the holder (12) can be folded down.
- The tapping device according to one of Claims 11 to 14, characterised in that the holder (12') is fastened on a cartridge (36) for accommodating the bag-in-box package (2).
- An actuating apparatus for a tapping device (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 15,
wherein the actuating apparatus (10) is constructed to correspond with the tapping valve (5) of a back-in-box package (2) and has the at least one valve-mounting bearing (13) and has the at least one actuating means (14) for actuating the tapping valve (5),
wherein the actuating means (14) is linked by means of the pivot axis (15) on the valve-mounting bearing (13) and has the upwardly directed lever arm (17),
wherein the contact region (21) for a manually actuated actuating element (22) for actuating the tapping valve (5) is located above the pivot axis (15) on the lever arm (17) and
wherein the actuating means (14) has an actuating section (16), the actuating means (14) linked at the front end of the actuating section (16) on the valve-mounting bearing (13) by means of the pivot axis (15) and, starting from the rear end of the actuating section (16), the lever arm (17) extends upwards when the actuating means (14) is in contact with a tapping valve (5) by means of the actuating section (16). - A cartridge for accommodating a back-in-box package (2) with holder (12') for a tapping device (1) according to claim 15 fastened thereon in combination with an actuating apparatus (10) according to claim 16, where eithera) the holder (12') is constructed such that the actuating apparatus (10) of the tapping device (1) can be releasably fastened on the holder (12') as a replaceable insert which is constructed separately from the holder (12'),
