Claims (13)

  1. Meuble (10) à poser sur le sol (T), comprenant
    - un compartiment parallélépipède (14) comprenant deux parois latérales (72), un fond (96), un ciel (74) et un dos (76) qui délimitent ensemble le compartiment (14) ;
    - une plate-forme (18) qui peut être abaissée par rotation autour d'un axe horizontal (X) passant à l'intérieur du compartiment (14), de sorte que la plate-forme peut être soit horizontale et parallèle au plan de fond (96), pour y dormir, soit verticale, dissimulée à l'intérieur du compartiment (14) ;
    - un premier panneau (16) solidaire de la plate-forme adapté pour chevaucher le périmètre du compartiment (14) pour fermer partiellement le compartiment (14) lorsque la plate-forme est verticale ;
    - un second panneau (26) qui - lors de l'utilisation -
    est placé au-dessous du premier panneau (16) et relié de manière mobile à la partie inférieure (96) du compartiment (14) pour (i) chevaucher le périmètre du compartiment (14) et le fermer partiellement lorsque la plate-forme est verticale et (ii) s'abaisser lorsque la plate-forme devient horizontale ; et
    - un mécanisme (M) pour coupler la plate-forme et le second panneau (26), de sorte que le déplacement de la plate-forme de la verticale à l'horizontale signifie que le second panneau (26) balaie un angle aigu (β),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme (M) est conçu pour incliner le second panneau (26) de l'angle aigu (β) de sorte que le premier panneau (16), lorsqu'il est horizontal, touche l'extrémité libre du second panneau (26).
  2. Meuble selon la revendication 1, où l'angle est choisi entre 10° et 75°, de préférence d'environ 45°.
  3. Meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où le mécanisme est structuré pour lier rigidement la plate-forme et le second panneau l'un à l'autre de sorte qu'un déplacement de la plate-forme correspond toujours en continu, dans les deux directions de déplacement pour la fermeture et l'ouverture, à un déplacement du second panneau (26).
  4. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où le mécanisme comprend un bras rigide (40 ; 99) pour coupler la plate-forme au second panneau.
  5. Meuble selon la revendication 4, où le bras rigide (40) est monté de manière guidée et coulissante sur le second panneau (26) et/ou sur la plate-forme.
  6. Meuble selon la revendication 4, où le bras rigide (40) est relié au second panneau (26) et/ou à la plate-forme par l'intermédiaire d'un point de liaison mobile.
  7. Meuble selon la revendication 4 ou 5 ou 6, où le mécanisme comprend deux ou plusieurs bras rigides (40, 50), reliés ensemble pour coupler la plate-forme au second panneau par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne cinématique.
  8. Meuble selon la revendication 7, où un bras rigide (50)
    - est relié d'un côté (P4) au second panneau (26) et de l'autre (P2) à un autre bras (40) relié à la plate-forme, et
    - est monté rotatif (Z) pour tourner sous l'effet de la force imprimée sur lui par l'autre bras (40).
  9. Meuble selon la revendication 8, où les bras rigides (40 ; 50) sont entre eux encharnés à une extrémité et le bras rotatif (50) est encharné au compartiment (14).
  10. Meuble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où le second panneau (26) est encharné à ladite partie inférieure (96).
  11. Procédé de déplacement d'un panneau (26) appartenant à un meuble (10),
    le meuble étant destiné à être posé sur le sol et comprenant
    - un compartiment parallélépipède (14) avec un plan de fond (96) comprenant deux parois latérales (72), un fond (96), un ciel (74) et un dos (76) qui délimitent ensemble le compartiment (14) ;
    - une plate-forme qui peut être abaissée par rotation autour d'un axe horizontal (X) passant à l'intérieur du compartiment (14), de sorte que la plate-forme peut être soit horizontale et parallèle au plan de fond (96), pour y dormir, soit verticale, dissimulée à l'intérieur du compartiment (14) ;
    - un premier panneau (16) solidaire de la plate-forme adapté pour chevaucher le périmètre du compartiment (14) pour fermer partiellement le compartiment (14) lorsque la plate-forme est verticale ;
    - un second panneau (26) qui est placé - lors de l'utilisation - en dessous du premier panneau (16) et relié de manière mobile à la partie inférieure (96) du compartiment (94) pour (i) chevaucher le périmètre du compartiment (14) et le fermer partiellement lorsque la plate-forme est verticale et (ii) s'abaisser lorsque la plate-forme devient horizontale,
    où le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à
    coupler la plate-forme et le second panneau (26) de sorte que le déplacement de la plate-forme de la verticale à l'horizontale signifie que le second panneau (26) balaie un angle aigu (β),
    où le second panneau (26) est incliné de l'angle aigu (β) de sorte que le premier panneau (16), lorsqu'il est horizontal, touche l'extrémité libre du second panneau (26).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, où ledit angle est compris entre 10° et 75°, de préférence d'environ 45°.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, où la plate-forme et le second panneau (26) sont liés ensemble de manière rigide de sorte qu'un déplacement de la plate-forme correspond toujours de manière continue, dans les deux directions de déplacement pour la fermeture et l'ouverture, à un déplacement du second panneau (26).
