Abstract

A rotor (1) of an AC generator for vehicle in which a conductor (6) is wound around a spool (5) in multi-rows and multi-layers wherein gaps between the conductors at least at the deep portion (22) out of the gaps between the conductors from the innermost layer to the outmost layer are filled evenly with resin (7) forming resin layers.
