Definitions
- the present invention relates to a corner fitting for an attachable to a pivot point and / or an axis door element according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for assembling a corner fitting according to the preamble of claim 9.
- Generic corner fittings are known for example for doors, especially for glass doors, to arrange them on a pivot point or an axis, for example, a BTS axis.
- the known corner fittings usually consist of two fitting elements with a contact portion comprising a contactable with the door element intermediate layer, wherein the door element, for example, a glass door element, is received or clamped between the fitting elements in a Einspann Scheme, which is limited by the fitting elements. It is known to adapt the corner fittings different Glasausschnittstandards or adapt to it.
- the clamping of the door element between the fitting elements in the clamping region of the known corner fittings is effected by applying a clamping torque to at least one fastening means which connects the fitting elements together.
- the fastening means passes through at least one fitting element and possibly the door element received between the fitting elements in the clamping area and reaches the other fitting element or a counter-holding means arranged on the fitting element for frictional and positive coupling.
- the known corner fittings are only conditionally suitable to permanently secure mechanically mounted vertical glazings according to the technical rules for the use of linearly mounted laminated safety glass glazing (TRLV) in accordance with the requirements of these technical rules.
- TRLV linearly mounted laminated safety glass glazing
- the reason for this is the intermediate layer inserted in the laminated safety glass (VSG glass) between the glass panes or glass layers.
- the VSG glass can be understood as a laminate, which consists of at least two glass panes, wherein the intermediate layer connects the two glass panes or both glass surfaces together.
- the adhesive intermediate layer is usually made of plastic, z. B. from a casting resin or a highly tear-resistant tough elastic and / or thermoplastic composite film.
- Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyacrylate (PA), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or polyurethane (PUR) are used for the interlayer materials.
- EVA Ethylene-vinyl acetate
- PA polyacrylate
- PMMA polymethylmethacrylate
- PUR polyurethane
- an intermediate layer between the glass layers or glass surfaces which is a composite film made of a polyvinyl butyral (PVB), is mostly used.
- the corner fitting according to the invention for a door element which can be arranged on a pivot point and / or an axis, in particular VSG glass door element, comprising a first fitting element and a second fitting element, each having at least in regions an abutment section comprising an intermediate layer contactable with the door element, and the fitting elements define a clamping range for the door element, includes the technical teaching that at least one channel system is provided to introduce an adhesive medium from the outside into the Einspann Scheme to achieve a material connection between the door element and at least one contact portion.
- the design of the corner fitting according to the invention which provides a channel system via which the adhesive medium is introduced into the clamping area, allows the laminated glass door element to remain permanently connected to the corner fitting without additional fastening, such as securing bolts.
- the corner fitting according to the invention can be aligned with the VSG glass door element and on a pivot point and / or an axis with the clamped VSG glass door element prior to the formation of a material connection between the corner fitting and the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis. This means that after the corner fitting is properly installed and adjusted, the introduction of the adhesive medium takes place from the outside between the fitting elements, the adhesive medium preferably creeping at least into the areas of the abutment sections of the fitting elements due to the capillary action.
- the channel system has an inlet opening in at least one of the fitting elements, for example in the form of a hole passing through the fitting element which serves to restrain the abutment sections on the door element, ie after the door element has been clamped between the plant sections of the Fitting elements, the adhesive medium at least between the abutment portions of the fitting elements and the outer surfaces of the door element, which arrive at the abutment sections, invest or initiate.
- the fitting elements of the corner fitting are additionally connected to one another by means of fastening means, it is advantageous if the fastening means are tightened with a reduced tightening torque. Since the pressure on the film should be reduced, the screws should generally not be tightened with the maximum tightening torque.
- the tightening torque is advantageously approximately 20 to 30% below the maximum tightening torque.
- the adhesive medium ensures a permanent and sufficiently strong connection between the fitting elements and the door element clamped therebetween.
- larger tightening torques there is also the risk that it will lead to delamination of the film or the films, which is visible and thus the VSG glass door element would have no or a barely amorphous appearance.
- the fastening means are too high, damage to the glass door element clamped between the fitting elements would occur.
- the fastening means course in advance with a still reduced Tightening torque can be tightened. Then, after the adhesive medium has been injected through the inlet opening between the fitting members and the door member and allowed to spread between the abutment portions and the door member, the tightening torque of the fasteners can be increased up to the desired setting value.
- the adhesive medium spreads so far between the abutment sections and the door element that ensures the cohesive connection between the fitting elements and the door element, whereby the VSG glass door element is already secured without an additional attachment to the fitting device.
- an outlet opening is configured on at least one fitting element in an advantageous manner for each inlet opening.
- the outlet opening serves as a vent opening.
- connection between the corner fitting and the glass door element is now effective, ie, by introducing the adhesive medium, and possibly by connecting the fitting elements by means of the fastening means directly after introducing the adhesive medium, and then permanently guaranteed.
- both fitting elements have at least one channel system with an inlet and an outlet opening. More preferably, both fitting elements have a plurality of channel systems, each having an inlet and an outlet opening. In this case, the plurality of channel systems preferably extend over the entire longitudinal extent of the fitting elements.
- the inlet opening and / or the outlet opening are arranged in the region of the contact sections, in particular approximately at the level of the intermediate layer.
- the position of the inlet opening and / or the outlet opening advantageously assists the wetting of the abutment sections with the adhesive medium introduced via the inlet opening.
- the intermediate layers comprised by the abutment sections advantageously have openings at the level of the inlet or outlet openings through which the adhesive medium introduced into the inlet opening is guided is passed to the glass door element or discharged from the glass door element.
- the fitting device according to the invention made of a laminate glass door element according to the technical rules for the use of fall-arresting Glazing, in particular according to the technical rules for the use of linearly mounted glazings, for example, be arranged on a rotation axis, wherein the intermediate layer between the laminate forming glass surfaces or glass panes, for example, as a film, and in particular as a PVB film can be configured.
- a single or multi-component adhesive is used, which is introduced or injectable via the inlet opening in the channel system.
- the single-component or multi-component adhesive is advantageously UV-resistant and advantageously has adhesion to the glass surface of the door element and at least to the abutment section of the fitting elements.
- a multicomponent adhesive is preferably a two-component polyurethane adhesive in pasty form, which advantageously dries or cured quickly, and which can be further processed or loaded after a short time.
- two-component adhesives based on epoxy resin or acrylate are advantageously usable as adhesive medium.
- a holding element is arranged between the two fitting elements, which is displaceable relative to the fitting elements, and the holding element is in operative connection with a connecting element, which serves to support the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis, wherein a fastening mechanism at least on the holding element and at least on the connecting element is integrated, which is transferable between a dissolved state and a fixing state, wherein in the dissolved state, the holding element to the fitting elements is continuously displaceable and fixed in the fixed state non-positively and / or form-fitting to at least one fitting element.
- interconnected components preferably form the attachment mechanism which is advantageously integrated on both components, namely on the holding element and on the connecting element, and which can be transferred between a released state and a fixing state, wherein in the released state, the holding element is displaceable on the fitting elements and fixed in the fixing state at least non-positively or positively on at least one fitting element.
- the fixing mechanism formed on the holding element and on the connecting element serves to adjust the corner fitting to a pivot point and / or an axis, ie to move the holding element and the connecting element connected to the holding element relative to the fitting elements and in particular relative to the longitudinal extension of the fitting elements
- the fastening mechanism serves to fix the corner fitting in the set position, namely to fix the retaining element via the fastening mechanism on at least one of the fitting elements at least non-positively or positively.
- the retaining element and the connecting element are particularly advantageous via at least one fastener non-positively and / or positively connected to each other.
- the fastener between the support member and the connecting element may be, for example, a screw, such. B. a grub screw act, which connects the holding element and the connecting element together.
- Particularly advantageous at least two fastening elements are provided, which connect the holding element with the connecting element.
- the non-positive and / or positive connection between the retaining element and the connecting element, d h. the transfer of the fastening mechanism from the released state into the fixing state also advantageously serves to fix the retaining element to the fitting element.
- the fitting element preferably has a free space as a guide, for example in the form of a recess, a groove or a rail, on or in which the holding element is guided or is movably mounted.
- the free space in the fitting element is advantageously designed so that the holding element in the longitudinal extent of the fitting element is displaceable or feasible. Since the fitting element, or the fitting elements of the corner fitting are aligned parallel to the front and / or rear surface of the door element, carried by the displacement of the holding element in the longitudinal extension of the fitting element, a displacement of the door element with the fitting element in the opposite direction to the displacement of the holding element in Longitudinal extension of the fitting element.
- the free space is configured in at least one of the fitting elements as a recess.
- the recess, the groove or the slot extend in a particularly preferred manner in the longitudinal extension of the two fitting elements and extend in the two loading-impact elements preferably at the same height and parallel to each other.
- the designated as a recess, groove or slot clearance in the fitting elements is advantageously used to guide the holding element substantially parallel to the fitting elements and relative to its longitudinal extension.
- the holding element in an advantageous manner on a head part, which serves to ensure that the holding element is mounted at least in the dissolved state of the fastening mechanism movable in the free spaces of both fitting elements.
- the clamping of the retaining element acts on both fitting elements via the head part, namely in each of the recesses of both fitting elements, whereby the clamping force acting on the clamping is distributed advantageously evenly over both fitting elements.
- the inventive method provides that prior to embodiment of the cohesive connection between the corner fitting and the door element, the corner fitting is previously attached to the door element, ie the corner fitting is purely mechanically connected without prior wetting of the contact sections with an adhesive medium with the door element. Only after the corner fitting to the Door element has been mounted or the door element was clamped in the corner fitting, the introduction of the adhesive medium in the clamping area, which is preferably limited by the fitting elements.
- the method according to the invention advantageously arranging or aligning or adjusting the corner fitting with the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis, optionally balancing a plane offset to an adjacent glass, wall or door element and / or the alignment of the door element to adjacent components, such as within a door frame, or in a glass plant before the outside of the adhesive medium is introduced.
- advantageously all mechanical adjustments have been made to the arrangement or alignment of the door element, for example within an all-glass installation.
- an insertion aid element which can be inserted at least in sections into the inlet opening is preferably suitable.
- the insertion aid element can preferably act pressurized, ie be configured similarly to an injection needle with which the adhesive medium is injected or introduced through the inlet opening into the channel system.
- the adhesive medium for example by means of compressed air through the inlet opening in the corner fitting.
- a two-component mixing nozzle with which the two components of the adhesive medium prior to introduction into the corner fitting be mixed together.
- the injection can be carried out in an advantageous manner in conjunction with the mixing nozzle, in particular with a static mixing nozzle, so that upon injection of the two-component adhesive medium, the components through the after the injection or compressed air unit downstream mixing nozzle prior to introduction, ie prior to introduction into the inlet opening be mixed.
- laminated safety glass door preferably but not limiting glass products are understood that consist of laminated safety glass such as ESG, ESG-H or TVG with ABZ TRLV or multi-pane insulating glass, at least one disc must comply with the VSG described above.

Description
The present invention relates to a corner fitting for an attachable to a pivot point and / or an axis door element according to the preamble of
Generic corner fittings are known for example for doors, especially for glass doors, to arrange them on a pivot point or an axis, for example, a BTS axis. The known corner fittings usually consist of two fitting elements with a contact portion comprising a contactable with the door element intermediate layer, wherein the door element, for example, a glass door element, is received or clamped between the fitting elements in a Einspannbereich, which is limited by the fitting elements. It is known to adapt the corner fittings different Glasausschnittstandards or adapt to it. Basically, the clamping of the door element between the fitting elements in the clamping region of the known corner fittings is effected by applying a clamping torque to at least one fastening means which connects the fitting elements together. In this case, the fastening means passes through at least one fitting element and possibly the door element received between the fitting elements in the clamping area and reaches the other fitting element or a counter-holding means arranged on the fitting element for frictional and positive coupling. However, the known corner fittings are only conditionally suitable to permanently secure mechanically mounted vertical glazings according to the technical rules for the use of linearly mounted laminated safety glass glazing (TRLV) in accordance with the requirements of these technical rules. The reason for this is the intermediate layer inserted in the laminated safety glass (VSG glass) between the glass panes or glass layers. In this case, the VSG glass can be understood as a laminate, which consists of at least two glass panes, wherein the intermediate layer connects the two glass panes or both glass surfaces together. The adhesive intermediate layer is usually made of plastic, z. B. from a casting resin or a highly tear-resistant tough elastic and / or thermoplastic composite film. Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyacrylate (PA), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or polyurethane (PUR) are used for the interlayer materials. However, in most applications, for example in the construction and automotive industries, an intermediate layer between the glass layers or glass surfaces, which is a composite film made of a polyvinyl butyral (PVB), is mostly used. In general, it can be understood as a problem with regard to the intermediate view connecting the glass panes between the glass panes that during screwing, ie when connecting the fitting elements to form the clamping area, the foil is subjected to pressure. Over time, the pressure on the film causes the clamping force of the corner fitting to wane. The reason for this is that the clamping intermediate layer configured as a foil creeps over time and thus the initial clamping value or the initial clamping range changes to "loosen" by "crawling out" of the intermediate layer from the area of the abutment portions of the fitting members against which the door member is seated the contact sections or the fitting elements of the door element causes. Because the abutment sections of the fitting elements separate from the door element, the door element can shift relative to the corner fitting and possibly slip out of the corner fitting or tip over. Accordingly, no VSG vertical glazing can be realized with the known corner fittings, which meets the technical rules for the use of linearly mounted glazings. In the conventional screwing of the fitting elements of the known corner fittings, this means that the intermediate layer preferably consisting of a polymer is constantly stretched by the screw connection between the at least two glass panes or glass surfaces of a VSG glass, the creep of the interlayer due to the viscoelastic behavior of the polymers he follows. As a result, the bias of the connected via the screw fitting components goes back, which supports a release of the door element from the corner fitting. To counteract this process, it is known to secure the glass door elements by bolts lying in holes or adjust consuming in corner holders on the lower edge of the disc.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to realize a corner fitting for a door element, which at least partially overcomes the disadvantages known from the prior art. In particular, it is the object of the present invention to provide a corner fitting with which a clamping of a door element in a clamping area is permanently ensured without over time the door element is released from the corner fitting.
The above object is achieved by a corner fitting for an arranged on a pivot point and / or an axis door element with the features of
The corner fitting according to the invention for a door element which can be arranged on a pivot point and / or an axis, in particular VSG glass door element, comprising a first fitting element and a second fitting element, each having at least in regions an abutment section comprising an intermediate layer contactable with the door element, and the fitting elements define a clamping range for the door element, includes the technical teaching that at least one channel system is provided to introduce an adhesive medium from the outside into the Einspannbereich to achieve a material connection between the door element and at least one contact portion.
This solution has the advantage that in addition to the clamping of the door element between the fitting elements, the fitting elements are integrally connected to the door element via the introduced from the outside via the channel system in the Einspannbereich adhesive medium, and in this way slipping or loosening of the fitting elements of the Door element is prevented. As a result, it is achieved according to the invention that VSG glass door elements, which consist of glass laminates with, for example, PVB interlayers, without slipping in one Change of the intermediate layer can be accommodated in the clamping area between the fitting elements. In addition, the design of the corner fitting according to the invention, which provides a channel system via which the adhesive medium is introduced into the clamping area, allows the laminated glass door element to remain permanently connected to the corner fitting without additional fastening, such as securing bolts. On the other hand, the corner fitting according to the invention can be aligned with the VSG glass door element and on a pivot point and / or an axis with the clamped VSG glass door element prior to the formation of a material connection between the corner fitting and the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis. This means that after the corner fitting is properly installed and adjusted, the introduction of the adhesive medium takes place from the outside between the fitting elements, the adhesive medium preferably creeping at least into the areas of the abutment sections of the fitting elements due to the capillary action.
In order to ensure an adjustment, ie an adjustment of the corner fitting on the door element and on the pivot point and / or the axis, it is desirable that the cohesive connection between the fitting elements of the corner fitting and the outer surfaces of the clamped in the clamping or clamping area glass door element Alignment or adjustment of the glass door element or the corner fitting takes place. In order to make this possible, it is advantageously provided that the channel system has an inlet opening in at least one of the fitting elements, for example in the form of a hole passing through the fitting element which serves to restrain the abutment sections on the door element, ie after the door element has been clamped between the plant sections of the Fitting elements, the adhesive medium at least between the abutment portions of the fitting elements and the outer surfaces of the door element, which arrive at the abutment sections, invest or initiate. If the fitting elements of the corner fitting are additionally connected to one another by means of fastening means, it is advantageous if the fastening means are tightened with a reduced tightening torque. Since the pressure on the film should be reduced, the screws should generally not be tightened with the maximum tightening torque. The tightening torque is advantageously approximately 20 to 30% below the maximum tightening torque. After introducing the adhesive medium, however, it is not absolutely necessary to further increase the tightening torque, since the adhesive medium ensures a permanent and sufficiently strong connection between the fitting elements and the door element clamped therebetween. When using larger tightening torques, there is also the risk that it will lead to delamination of the film or the films, which is visible and thus the VSG glass door element would have no or a barely amorphous appearance. Particularly in the area of the abutment sections of the fitting elements, if the fastening means are too high, damage to the glass door element clamped between the fitting elements would occur.
So that the adhesive medium, which is introduced or introduced through the inlet opening into the channel system at least between the abutment sections and the door element, can better crawl between the door element and the abutment sections in order to be able to form preferably over the entire surface of the abutment sections, the fastening means course in advance with a still reduced Tightening torque can be tightened. Then, after the adhesive medium has been injected through the inlet opening between the fitting members and the door member and allowed to spread between the abutment portions and the door member, the tightening torque of the fasteners can be increased up to the desired setting value. However, this procedure is not absolutely necessary since the selection of the adhesive medium, by the tightening torque applied below the maximum tightening torque to the fastening means, can already be ensured by the number and size of the inlet openings for introducing the adhesive medium and by the design of the channel system. Preferably, the adhesive medium spreads so far between the abutment sections and the door element that ensures the cohesive connection between the fitting elements and the door element, whereby the VSG glass door element is already secured without an additional attachment to the fitting device.
To support the introduction of the adhesive medium into the channel system, an outlet opening is configured on at least one fitting element in an advantageous manner for each inlet opening. Advantageously, the outlet opening serves as a vent opening. On the one hand, this ensures that when the adhesive medium is introduced into the channel system via the inlet opening, no back pressure is created which impedes further introduction of the adhesive medium, and, secondly, the outlet opening serves excess adhesive medium, ie, excessively through the inlet opening into the channel system derive introduced adhesive medium from the corner fitting. Since the intermediate layer between the glass panes or glass surfaces of the VSG glass door element only extends over time due to creeping, the connection between the corner fitting and the glass door element is now effective, ie, by introducing the adhesive medium, and possibly by connecting the fitting elements by means of the fastening means directly after introducing the adhesive medium, and then permanently guaranteed.
In a particularly preferred manner, both fitting elements have at least one channel system with an inlet and an outlet opening. More preferably, both fitting elements have a plurality of channel systems, each having an inlet and an outlet opening. In this case, the plurality of channel systems preferably extend over the entire longitudinal extent of the fitting elements.
Advantageously, the inlet opening and / or the outlet opening are arranged in the region of the contact sections, in particular approximately at the level of the intermediate layer. The position of the inlet opening and / or the outlet opening advantageously assists the wetting of the abutment sections with the adhesive medium introduced via the inlet opening. In order that the adhesive medium can more easily creep between the abutment sections and the surfaces of the glass door element adjacent thereto, the intermediate layers comprised by the abutment sections advantageously have openings at the level of the inlet or outlet openings through which the adhesive medium introduced into the inlet opening is guided is passed to the glass door element or discharged from the glass door element.
Advantageously, with the fitting device according to the invention made of a laminate glass door element according to the technical rules for the use of fall-arresting Glazing, in particular according to the technical rules for the use of linearly mounted glazings, for example, be arranged on a rotation axis, wherein the intermediate layer between the laminate forming glass surfaces or glass panes, for example, as a film, and in particular as a PVB film can be configured.
As a bonding medium, which connects the glass door element made of a laminate material fit with the corner fitting, preferably a single or multi-component adhesive is used, which is introduced or injectable via the inlet opening in the channel system. The single-component or multi-component adhesive is advantageously UV-resistant and advantageously has adhesion to the glass surface of the door element and at least to the abutment section of the fitting elements. As a multicomponent adhesive is preferably a two-component polyurethane adhesive in pasty form, which advantageously dries or cured quickly, and which can be further processed or loaded after a short time. In addition, two-component adhesives based on epoxy resin or acrylate are advantageously usable as adhesive medium.
Advantageously, a holding element is arranged between the two fitting elements, which is displaceable relative to the fitting elements, and the holding element is in operative connection with a connecting element, which serves to support the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis, wherein a fastening mechanism at least on the holding element and at least on the connecting element is integrated, which is transferable between a dissolved state and a fixing state, wherein in the dissolved state, the holding element to the fitting elements is continuously displaceable and fixed in the fixed state non-positively and / or form-fitting to at least one fitting element. This solution offers on the one hand, the advantage that the connecting element is connected to a holding element, which allows the stepless adjustment of the door element to non-normalized pivot points. These interconnected components preferably form the attachment mechanism which is advantageously integrated on both components, namely on the holding element and on the connecting element, and which can be transferred between a released state and a fixing state, wherein in the released state, the holding element is displaceable on the fitting elements and fixed in the fixing state at least non-positively or positively on at least one fitting element. Accordingly, the fixing mechanism formed on the holding element and on the connecting element serves to adjust the corner fitting to a pivot point and / or an axis, ie to move the holding element and the connecting element connected to the holding element relative to the fitting elements and in particular relative to the longitudinal extension of the fitting elements , In addition, the fastening mechanism serves to fix the corner fitting in the set position, namely to fix the retaining element via the fastening mechanism on at least one of the fitting elements at least non-positively or positively. Accordingly, the holding element for adjusting the connecting element on the pivot point and / or the axis with the connecting element freely displaceable, that is, according to the invention guided continuously displaceable to the longitudinal extension of the fitting elements. If the position of the connecting element is set to the pivot point and / or the axis, a fixing of the holding element and thus also at least indirectly of the connecting element in the form of a non-positive clamping connection with at least one of the fitting elements via the designed as a preferably clamping plate holding element via the attachment mechanism.
In order to produce a connection between the retaining element and the connecting element, ie to form the fastening mechanism, the retaining element and the connecting element are particularly advantageous via at least one fastener non-positively and / or positively connected to each other. In the fastener between the support member and the connecting element may be, for example, a screw, such. B. a grub screw act, which connects the holding element and the connecting element together. Particularly advantageous at least two fastening elements are provided, which connect the holding element with the connecting element. The non-positive and / or positive connection between the retaining element and the connecting element, d h. the transfer of the fastening mechanism from the released state into the fixing state also advantageously serves to fix the retaining element to the fitting element. For this purpose, the fitting element preferably has a free space as a guide, for example in the form of a recess, a groove or a rail, on or in which the holding element is guided or is movably mounted. The free space in the fitting element is advantageously designed so that the holding element in the longitudinal extent of the fitting element is displaceable or feasible. This makes it possible, for example, within a frame on the door element Longitudinal sides of the frame and on the pivot point and / or align the axis. If this displaceability of the door element relative to the pivot point were not given, for example, a hinged door mounted on a fixed pivot point and / or a fixed axis could unintentionally contact a wall or other glass component if the pivot point and / or the axis were misaligned. If an abutment of the swing door at least partially configured on another glass door element or on the wall, the door element could in the case of incorrect adjustment of the corner fitting or in case of malposition of the fulcrum and / or the axis vorbehauteln the door element on the stop.
Preferably, the free space is configured in at least one of the fitting elements as a recess. The recess, the groove or the slot extend in a particularly preferred manner in the longitudinal extension of the two fitting elements and extend in the two loading-impact elements preferably at the same height and parallel to each other. The designated as a recess, groove or slot clearance in the fitting elements is advantageously used to guide the holding element substantially parallel to the fitting elements and relative to its longitudinal extension. For this purpose, the holding element in an advantageous manner on a head part, which serves to ensure that the holding element is mounted at least in the dissolved state of the fastening mechanism movable in the free spaces of both fitting elements. Due to this configuration, in the fixing state of the fastening mechanism, the clamping of the retaining element acts on both fitting elements via the head part, namely in each of the recesses of both fitting elements, whereby the clamping force acting on the clamping is distributed advantageously evenly over both fitting elements.
- 1) attaching the corner fitting to the door element,
- 2) introducing the adhesive medium via an inlet opening in the channel system, whereby a cohesive connection between the door element and at least one contact section is achieved.
In the known corner fittings, which are integrally connected to the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis prior to assembly of the door element, a readjustment of the corner fitting with the associated door element on the pivot point and / or the axis, for example by displacement of the corner fitting relative to the door element, no longer feasible. In contrast, the inventive method provides that prior to embodiment of the cohesive connection between the corner fitting and the door element, the corner fitting is previously attached to the door element, ie the corner fitting is purely mechanically connected without prior wetting of the contact sections with an adhesive medium with the door element. Only after the corner fitting to the Door element has been mounted or the door element was clamped in the corner fitting, the introduction of the adhesive medium in the clamping area, which is preferably limited by the fitting elements.
Advantageously, in the method according to the invention advantageously arranging or aligning or adjusting the corner fitting with the door element on the pivot point and / or the axis, optionally balancing a plane offset to an adjacent glass, wall or door element and / or the alignment of the door element to adjacent components, such as within a door frame, or in a glass plant before the outside of the adhesive medium is introduced. This means that prior to the introduction of the adhesive medium and before the integral connection between the corner fitting and the door element, advantageously all mechanical adjustments have been made to the arrangement or alignment of the door element, for example within an all-glass installation.
In order to introduce the adhesive medium, an insertion aid element which can be inserted at least in sections into the inlet opening is preferably suitable. In this case, the insertion aid element can preferably act pressurized, ie be configured similarly to an injection needle with which the adhesive medium is injected or introduced through the inlet opening into the channel system. Of course, it is also conceivable to introduce the adhesive medium, for example by means of compressed air through the inlet opening in the corner fitting. When using a two-component product as the adhesive medium is particularly suitable a two-component mixing nozzle, with which the two components of the adhesive medium prior to introduction into the corner fitting be mixed together. In this case, the injection can be carried out in an advantageous manner in conjunction with the mixing nozzle, in particular with a static mixing nozzle, so that upon injection of the two-component adhesive medium, the components through the after the injection or compressed air unit downstream mixing nozzle prior to introduction, ie prior to introduction into the inlet opening be mixed.
In order to avoid repetition here with respect to the advantages of the method according to the invention, reference is made to the description of the advantageous embodiment of the corner fitting according to the invention and it is fully recourse to this.
For the purposes of the present invention are as a laminated safety glass door preferably but not limiting glass products are understood that consist of laminated safety glass such as ESG, ESG-H or TVG with ABZ TRLV or multi-pane insulating glass, at least one disc must comply with the VSG described above. A second pane of VSG glass door elements can be of equivalent construction or made of monolithic toughened glass.
As a corner fitting should be understood in the context of the present invention, a fitting device, such as the door element clamping bands or hinges. As a corner fitting according to the invention, it is also possible to advantageously understand fitting devices, such as, for example, a lock or a counter-lock case.

In order to connect the
By means of the cohesive connection between the
In addition to the cohesive connection between the
For an alignment of the
