Claims (24)

  1. Process for filling a unit container (13) with a cosmetic product (10) from a capsule (1) comprising a dose of said cosmetic product (10), the capsule (1) being filled with a cosmetic product in solid form, the cosmetic product being a lipstick composition, the capsule (1) comprising a dose of lipstick composition allowing the preparation of only one stick of lipstick, wherein said capsule (1) comprises a tube (2) filled with said dose of cosmetic product (10), wherein said tube (2) extends between a first end (3) closed by a piston (6) slidably mounted in the tube (2) and a second end (4) forming an initially closed outlet nozzle (9) and where said process comprises at least the following steps:
    - a step of opening the outlet nozzle (9) of the capsule (1);
    - a step of casting in which said cosmetic product (10) is cast into a unit container (13) by actuating the piston (6) of the capsule (1) in order to expel said cosmetic product through the outlet nozzle (9);
    - and, a step according to which said cosmetic product (10) is fluidified in the capsule (1) by heating (55, 76).
  2. Process according to claim 1, wherein the heating (55, 76) of the cosmetic product (10) in the capsule (1) is done at a temperature included substantially between 80 and 100°C, and which is preferably substantially 90°C.
  3. Process according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the heating is done for a time substantially included between one and five minutes, preferably for about four minutes.
  4. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of opening said outlet nozzle (9) of said capsule (1) is done by cutting-off a separable head (11) that said capsule (1) comprises.
  5. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, additionally comprising, after said casting step:
    a cooling step in which the cosmetic product (10) is solidified in said unit container (13).
  6. Process according to claim 5, wherein said cooling step is done by blowing air (79).
  7. Process according to claim 5 or claim 6, wherein said cooling step is done for a time included substantially between one minute and five minutes, and preferably about four minutes.
  8. Capsule (1) comprising a tube (2) extending between a first end (3) closed by a piston (6) slidably mounted within the tube (2) and a second end (4) forming an outlet nozzle (9) which is closed, wherein said tube (2) is filled with a cosmetic product, wherein said cosmetic product is in solid form, wherein said cosmetic product is a lipstick composition.
  9. Capsule (1) according to claim 8, wherein said outlet nozzle (9) of the capsule is hermetically closed by a separable head (11).
  10. Capsule (1) according to any one of claims 8 or 9, wherein a rigid cap (7) is placed against the piston (6).
  11. Capsule (1) according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein said tube (2) is made of a solid material with a melting point over 100°C.
  12. Capsule according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the tube (2) is made of transparent material.
  13. Capsule according to any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein said piston (6) is made of transparent material.
  14. Device for filling (34) a unit container (13) with cosmetic product from a capsule (1) according to any one of claims 8 to 13, the capsule (1) comprising a dose of lipstick composition allowing the preparation of only one stick of lipstick, wherein said capsule is removable from said device (34), said device (34) comprising:
    - means for opening (56-59), suited for opening the outlet nozzle (9) of said capsule (1);
    - and means for casting (60) said cosmetic product, suited for casting said fluidized cosmetic product (10) in the unit container (13) by actuating the piston (6) of the capsule (1) in order to expel said cosmetic product (10) through said outlet nozzle (9).
  15. Device (34) according to claim 14, comprising:
    - means for preparation (4755, 76-56-59) of the capsule (1), suited for fluidifying said solid cosmetic product (10) contained in the capsule (1) by heating and for opening the outlet nozzle (9) of said capsule (1);
    - and means for casting (60) said cosmetic product, suited for casting said fluidified cosmetic product (10) in the unit container (13) by actuating the piston (6) of the capsule (1) in order to expel said cosmetic product (10) by said outlet nozzle (9).
  16. Device (34) according to claim 14 or 15, wherein said means of preparation (47, 55, 76, 56-59) of the capsule comprise:
    - a first reception housing (47) suited for receiving said capsule (1);
    - a heating element (55, 76) suited for heating said capsule (1) through said first housing (47);
    - and an opening element (56-59) suited for opening said outlet nozzle (9) of said capsule (1);
  17. Device (34) according to claim 16, wherein said heating element (55, 76) comprises a heating resistance (55) distributed around said first reception housing (47) and also a halogen device (47).
  18. Device (34) according to any one of claims 16 to 17, wherein the means for opening (56-59) the outlet nozzle (9) of the capsule (1) comprise at least one cutting blade (56) which is mounted mobile between an inactive position and an active position in which said at least one blade (56) opens the outlet nozzle (9), and also an actuator (57-59) suited to move said blade (56) between said active position and said inactive position and vice versa;
  19. Device (34) according to any one of claims 14 to 18, wherein said means for casting (60) comprises a rod (60) associated with a jack, wherein said rod (60) is mounted mobile in movement between a retracted inactive position and an active position according to which one end (63) of the rod (60) is suited to exert pressure on said piston (6) of the capsule (1) slidably mounted in said tube (2) of said capsule (1).
  20. Device (34) according to any one of claims 14 to 19, said device (34) comprising a second reception housing (64) suited to receive said unit container (13) for cosmetic product (10).
  21. Device (34) according to claim 20, wherein said second reception housing (64) for said unit container (13) for cosmetic product (10) is laid out in a drawer (44) mounted mobile in movement between a retracted position serving to insert said unit container (13) for cosmetic product into said second reception housing (64) and a filling position according to which said unit container (13) for cosmetic product is suited to be found next to the outlet nozzle (9) of said capsule (1).
  22. Device (34) according to claim 20 or claim 21, comprising means for cooling (79) said unit container (13) for cosmetic product (10) through said second reception housing (64).
  23. Device (34) according to any one of claims 14 to 22, said device (34) comprising means for recovering (43) a separable head (11), wherein said head (11) is suited to close the outlet nozzle (9) of the capsule (1) before opening of the outlet nozzle (9).
  24. Device (34) according to any one of claims 14 to 23, comprising a display screen (42) suited for delivering messages to an operator (100) to inform said operator (100) of a progression of the steps of the process according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and/or for giving said operator (100) instructions for use of said device (34).
