Claims (17)

  1. Verstrebungsvorrichtung (10) zur einstellbaren Befestigung eines Tragprofils (8) einer Hohltrennstruktur im Abstand von einer durch eine Wärme- und/oder Schalldämmung (2) vom Fasertyp zu verkleidenden Trennstruktur, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - eine Längsstange (30), die sich in einer axialen Richtung erstreckt und ein hinteres Ende (11) aufweist, das mit einer Befestigungsplatte (20) zum Befestigen an der zu verkleidenden Trennstruktur versehen ist, und ein vorderes Ende (12) aufweist, das als Spitze (32) endet und mit Mitteln (50, 60) versehen ist, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie in Gebrauchslage eine Luftsperrmembran (3) einklemmen, um diese in gewünschtem Abstand von der Trennstruktur zu halten,
    - einen Hohlkopf (60) zum Abstützen des Profils (8), der dazu bestimmt ist, am vorderen Ende (12) der Längsstange (30) angeordnet zu werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Klemmmittel (50, 60) einen radialen Anschlagring (50) umfassen, der einstückig mit der Längsstange (30) ausgebildet ist, und der Hohlkopf (60) in aktiver Gebrauchslage sich um die Stange (30) festlegt, um mit dem radialen Anschlagring (50) eine axiale Sperrbacke der Membran (3) zu bilden, wobei die Stange so konfiguriert ist, dass sie sich quer zu der Hohltrennstruktur und der zu verkleidenden Trennstruktur erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) um die Stange (30) durch eine radiale Schnappverbindung montiert und gehalten wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (60) mit einem Haltekeil (70) um die Stange abnehmbar angebracht und gehalten ist, wobei der Haltekeil durch den Kopf hindurch mit der Stange (30) zusammenwirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) radiale Durchbohrungen (67, 69) für den Durchtritt des Haltekeils (70) aufweist, der "U" -förmig ausgebildet ist und zwei elastisch verformbare Arme aufweist, die sich auseinander bewegen und dann nach Durchtreten der Durchbohrungen (67, 69) um die Stange (30) festziehen.
  5. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Widerhaken (40) aufweist, der radial auf der Stange (30) aufgerichtet ist, wobei die Spitze (41) des Widerhakens (40) nach hinten zur Befestigunggsplatte (20) ausgerichtet ist, um die thermische und/oder akustische faserige Isolierung (2) in Position zu halten, und sich darin zu verankern.
  6. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Widerhaken (40) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum vorderen Ende (12) angeordnet ist und im Wesentlichen am radialen Anschlagring (50) beginnt.
  7. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit zwei identischen Widerhaken (40) versehen ist, die auf jeder Seite der Stange (30) in der gleichen radialen Ebene parallel zur Befestigungsplatte (20) angeordnet sind .
  8. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) mit mindestens einer ersten ringförmigen Dichtung (64) versehen ist, die an einer Klemmfläche (65) angeordnet ist, die dem radialen Anschlagring (50) zugewandt ist und sich in aktiver Gebrauchslage auf diesem abstützt.
  9. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) an der Klemmfläche (65) mit einer zweiten Ringdichtung (66) versehen ist, die koaxial zur ersten Dichtung (64) und im Wesentlichen am Umfang der Klemmfläche (65) angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Dichtung (64, 66) durch einen elastomeren Wulst gebildet ist, der auf der Klemmfläche (65) vorsteht.
  11. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (60) einen kuppelförmigen Abschnitt (61) aufweist, der mit einer umlaufenden Nut (62) versehen ist, in der ein Profil (8), als Hohltrennstrukturstütze, wie z.B. eine Metallschiene, gleiten kann.
  12. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf einen axialen Abstand (68) zwischen der Basis (63) des Kuppelabschnitts (61) und der Klemmfläche (65) aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (68) zwischen etwa 5 mm und 20 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 15 mm, beträgt.
  14. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis der Spitze (32) der Stange regelmäßig auf ihren Umfang verteilte Kerben (33) aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (30) einen metallischen Bewehrungskern, beispielsweise eine Gewindestange, umfasst, der mit geformtem Kunststoffmaterial überzogen ist.
  16. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (20) durch zwei Rippen (22) gebildet ist, die einstückig mit der Stange gebildet und radial auf der Stange (30) aufgerichtet sind, wobei jede Rippe (20) eine erste Reihe von Öffnungen (24) aufweist, die parallel zu der Stange (30) ausgerichtet sind, und zwei Endansätze (25), die jeweils eine Öffnung (26) aufweisen, die weiter von der Stange (30) entfernt sind als die erste Reihe von Öffnungen.
  17. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (30) ferner an der Platte (20) Markierungen (28) aufweist, die die Positionierungsgrenzen der Vorrichtung auf der zu bekleidenden Trennstruktur definieren, zum Beispiel auf einem Balken, wie z.B. einem Sparren (5).
