  • the radial handling unit 30 comprises as well the corresponding kinematic chain 50, suitable to transform the cited relative motion of substantially axial shifting of the framework or activation crown 31 with respect to the framework or support crown 32 into the aforesaid radial displacement motion of each mobile sleeve 40, for the manufacturing of a conical cage of determined conical shape (see in particular figures 19 and 20).
  • each sleeve 40 is constrained to a connection member 41 through a first kinematic couple 42.

  • the guide slot 45 can advantageously have an extension preferably rectilinear and converging towards the axis of the crowns 31 , 32, to progressively bring the respective mobile sleeve 40 towards a position being at a determined distance from the longitudinal axis A of the cage being formed, resulting by the progressive axial displacement between the first crown 31 and the second crown 32, commanded by the activation member 36 and guided by the linear guide means 33.
  • the needed bars 3 are arranged, according to the project, for the manufacturing of a metal cage having a pre-established conical shape.
  • the bars 3, for example in number of ten, as in the disclosed case, or in different number, are inserted and clamped into the respective journal boxes 19 of the first support head 10.

  • the first kinematic couple 420 of the kinematic chain 500 is made up of a plurality of radial openings made on the disc-shaped support framework 320. Therefore, the mobile sleeves 40 radially slide inside respective radial openings 420. As in the previously described embodiment, the mobile sleeves 40 are articulated to a connection rod 410 with the central sleeve 310 guided by the central axis 330. In such case, the second kinematic chain 430 of the kinematic chain 500, for the transformation of the axial motion of the central sleeve 310 in radial motions of the mobile sleeves 40 is thus obtained only through the articulation of the connection rod 410 with the same central sleeve 310.

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil permettant de réaliser des cages métalliques (2) pour des piliers coniques, les cages étant composées d'une série de barres longitudinales (3) agencées selon une forme géométrique circulaire prédéterminée autour d'un axe longitudinal (A) et fixées grâce à la fixation d'au moins un fil métallique (4) enroulé en spirale sur les mêmes barres (3) grâce à la combinaison d'un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe coïncidant avec l'axe longitudinal (A) de la cage (2) qui est fabriquée et d'un mouvement changeant, ledit appareil comprenant une première tête de support (10) qui convient pour supporter d'autres parties respectives des barres (3), une seconde tête de support (20) qui convient pour supporter d'autres parties respectives des barres (3), une unité de traitement radial (30) qui convient pour supporter le déplacement radial régulé des barres supportées (3), de sorte à permettre le positionnement progressif des barres (3) selon une forme convergeant vers l'axe longitudinal (A) et, par conséquent, la fabrication de la cage métallique conique.
