    - a conductive stirrup (20) intended to be mounted on a conductive support rail (2), said stirrup (20) comprising a second orifice (21) having a tapping with a diameter (D') smaller than or equal to the diameter (D) of the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10),
    - a conductive clamping screw (30) arranged to clamp the stirrup (20) on the support rail (2), the clamping screw (30) comprising:
    - a head (31) having a diameter greater than the diameter (D) of the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10),
    - a first portion (32) extending from the screw head (31) over a determined screw length (I), said first portion (32) having a diameter (d) smaller than the diameter (D) of the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10) so as to be able to slide freely in the first orifice (11),
    - a second portion (33) extending from the first portion (32) up to the end of the screw (30) opposite to the screw head (31), said second portion (33) having a threading with a diameter (d') substantially equal to the diameter (D') of the tapping of the second orifice (21) of the stirrup (20), the length (1) of the first portion (32) being determined so that when the
    tapping of the second orifice (21) of the stirrup (20) cooperates with the threading of the second portion (33) of the clamping screw (30) then the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10) faces the first portion (32) of the clamping screw (30).
  2. The junction block (1) according to claim 1, wherein the length (I) of the first portion (32) is determined so that when the tapping of the second orifice (21) of the stirrup (20) cooperates with the threading of the second portion (33) of the clamping screw (30) and the stirrup (20) exerts a bearing force against the support rail (2) in the direction of the connection bar (10) then the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10) faces the first portion (32) of the clamping screw (30).
  3. The junction block (1) according to any of claims 1 or 2, wherein the first portion (32) of the clamping screw (30) has a smooth surface.
  4. The junction block (1) according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the length of the first portion (32) of the clamping screw (30) is comprised between 0.3 and 10 mm.
  5. The junction block according to any of the preceding claims, wherein said stirrup (20) comprising a second orifice (21) having a tapping with a diameter (D') equal to the diameter (D) of the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10).
  6. A method of mounting a grounding junction block (1) according to claim 5 comprising the following steps of:
    - screwing the threading of the second portion (33) of the clamping screw (30) on the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10) until the tapping of the first orifice (11) of the connection bar (10) faces the first portion (32) of the clamping screw (30),
    - screwing the threading of the second portion (33) of the clamping screw (30) on the tapping of the second orifice (21) of the stirrup (20).
