Claims (8)

  1. Web guide rail (12) for a carding machine (1) or roller card for guiding a fiber web (9), having a longitudinal axis (14), whereas the web guide rail (12) is designed as a hollow profile and provided with a sliding element (13), at least on a side facing the fiber web (9), characterized in that the sliding element (13) is pushed onto the web guide rail (12) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (14) or the sliding element (13) is clipped onto the web guide rail (12), whereas the sliding element (13) is held on the web guide rail by a positive-fit connection between the sliding element (13) and the web guide rail (12).
  2. Web guide rail (12) according to claim 1, characterized in that the sliding element (13) is held on the web guide rail (12) by a snap-on device.
  3. Web guide rail (12) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sliding element (13) is made of metal.
  4. Web guide rail (12) according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sliding element (13) is made of chromium steel.
  5. Web guide rail (12) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sliding element (13) is made of plastic.
  6. Web guide rail (12) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sliding element (13) is made of a base material having a coating.
  7. Web guide rail (12) according to claim 6 characterized in that the base material is a metal, and the coating is made of plastic.
  8. Carding machine (1) having a take-off roller (10), a doffer (7), and a nip roller pair (11), characterized in that a web guide rail (12) according to one of claims 1 to 7 is situated below the take-off roller (10), between the doffer (7) and the nip roller pair (11).
