Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Füllkammer für eine Druckgießmaschine, deren zylindrische Innenfläche als Gleitfläche für einen Druckkolben dient und die eine Zuführöffnung für flüssiges Gießmaterial sowie einen entnehmbaren zylindrischen Einsatz aufweist, an dessen Innenfläche der Druckkolben entlang gleitet und der mit einer radialen, mit der Zuführöffnung der Füllkammer in Verbindung stehenden Öffnung der Mantelfläche versehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Innenfläche des entnehmbaren Einsatzes zumindest zum Teil aus einem Keramikmaterial.
