Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports device that can be rolled back and forth in operation along a rolling direction on a surface.
- an exercise device for exercising the abdominal muscles is known, with two contact surfaces for the forearms of the exerciser and two ball grips which are positioned in front of the forearm rests; the forearm rests are movable relative to each other.
- rollable sports equipment which has a wheel axle with two wheels.
- a sports device which additionally comprises a spring for building a counterforce.
- devices of this type are not stable at least across the roll direction.
- the training force to be used increases significantly with a large deflection of the sports equipment. Springs are therefore used in other sports equipment, which are intended to partially compensate for the training force to be used.
- the CA 2,399,357 A1 discloses a similar sports device in which the wheels are spaced further apart by an axis.
- a foot apparatus and the axle with wheels are connected to each other via an elastic connection and can therefore be rolled away from each other and towards each other against a counterforce.
- a device for exercising gymnastic exercises which in turn comprises an axle with two wheels, which act against an elastic force back and forth are rollable.
- the axis is connected to a foot apparatus that is held by the athlete via elastic elements.
- a sports device in which an upper body and a lower body support can be moved relative to one another.
- Upper and lower body support are movable on a frame and connected to each other via an elastic element which exerts an elastic counterforce when the upper body and lower body support are moved away from each other.
- Another disadvantage of sports equipment with a hand and foot apparatus connected by a spring is that the spring disadvantageously leads to strong pressure on the spine of the athlete.
- WO 2012/083237 A3 is disclosed a broad role with two handles, which are intended for practicing sports on the floor.
- This sports device is barrel-shaped and designed to perform tilted exercises that serve to train the trunk muscles.
- the device has a spring and is therefore more complex and susceptible to wear. It also allows only a few training levels.
- the above-mentioned sports equipment allows few training levels, they are consistently complex to construct and some of them are not stable against tipping.
- the sports device makes use of the idea of providing a frame that is stable in operation and that can be rolled back and forth over four wheels on a surface.
- the direction of roll in relation to the athlete is referred to as back and forth.
- the wheels are rotatably mounted on the frame about wheel axes, but their wheel axes are fixed to one another and to the frame, so that a lateral tilting movement of the sports equipment during operation is excluded.
- the wheels are also around an axis vertically stable to the ground during operation.
- two supports for the forearms and at least two handles for the hands of the athlete are provided on the frame, so that the athlete holds the sports equipment by supporting his upper body weight with the forearms on the supports and by gripping the two handles and by rolling forward and backward - Back movements can perform strengthening exercises, especially for the core muscles.
- the sports device according to the invention is advantageously stable during operation and is nevertheless particularly simple to carry out since it has no spring force or elastic elements that exert any counterforce. It is therefore low-maintenance.
- the frame can comprise two side parts which are arranged parallel to the rolling direction and parallel to one another.
- Two cross handles are preferably designed as sections of a cross connection arranged between the two side parts.
- the two side parts are connected to each other in a fixed position via exactly one cross connection.
- the side parts are spaced apart from one another by at least 40 cm, preferably at least 50 cm, so that the knees of the athlete, which are arranged next to one another, fit between the two longitudinal profiles.
- the at least two handles are preferably inclined relative to the two supports. This takes into account the fact that a handle axis of the hands and an arm axis are not exactly at right angles to each other, but are positioned at an angle to each other.
- the at least two handles are designed as transverse handles and preferably as croissant handles.
- the sports device enables different training levels.
- the feet or knees of the athlete can be placed on the floor and, on the other hand, the torso weight of the athlete can be supported on the cross grips or croissant grips via his hands or on the supports via the forearms.
- the trunk muscles are used to different degrees.
- the transverse handles are positioned obliquely in the rolling direction and obliquely facing one another with respect to a plane formed by the supports, which is also parallel to a plane formed by the four wheel axles or wheels.
- An angle in the roll direction is opposite to that plane formed by the supports preferably between 80 ° -90 °, particularly preferably 85 ° -90 °, but lower degrees are also conceivable. All intermediate values are also disclosed with the range information.
- the two transverse handles advantageously have a shape in sections which corresponds to an upper arc of a car steering wheel facing away from the floor, which at the same time is inclined away from the floor and towards one another and also inclined in the direction of travel.
- the cross connection can advantageously be designed as a bent tube.
- the sections designed as cross handles are rotatably mounted about a cross connection axis.
- a croissant handle that slopes from each of the two side parts and is inclined in the rolling direction is provided.
- the two croissant handles are arranged transversely to the transverse handles.
- the croissant handles are preferably inclined in the rolling direction by at most 60 ° with respect to the plane formed by the four wheels, but the croissant handles can also be inclined in the rolling direction by 59 °, 58 ° or any lower number of degrees. However, a preferred angle is 60 °. Angular positions of 61 °, 62 ° or any other higher number of degrees are also possible.
- the angular position of the croissant handles is advantageously adjustable in the rolling direction, so that the angular position can be adapted to different sports exercises.
- the supports for the forearms of the athlete are preferably padded and / or cup-shaped in order to protect the forearms in the first case and to counteract a lateral slipping of the forearms from the supports in the second case.
- the cross connection can also be adjustably arranged on the side parts, in particular it is preferred to releasably arrange the cross connection on the side parts so that the sports equipment can be screwed apart, disassembled and packed in a volume-saving manner. It is also conceivable that the cross connection with joints is arranged on the longitudinal connection, so that the sports device can be folded in a Z-shape.
- a tilt angle of the cross connection is adjustable in the rolling direction.
- An adjustment mechanism for this is preferably designed such that ends of the cross connection are guided obliquely through openings in the respective side part and can be screwed to the inside of the longitudinal profile on an outside of the side part opposite the opening.
- a nose-shaped plate is preferably welded to both ends of the cross connection. The plate is screwed on the inside of the outer wall of the longitudinal profile using a wing screw.
- the screw hole can be designed as a slot, so that an angular position of the transverse connection guided obliquely through the opening can be adjusted.
- One in the Figures 1 to 8b illustrated sports device 1 has reference Fig. 2 two side parts 2, 3 that are mirror-symmetrical to each other along a hollow direction R.
- the two side parts 2, 3 are each essentially U-shaped in a cross section perpendicular to the rolling direction R.
- a rotatable wheel 4, 5, 6, 7 is provided in each case.
- the four wheels 4, 5, 6, 7 of the sports device 1 shown in the figures can be rolled back and forth along the rolling direction R.
- Rotation axes 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a of the four wheels 4, 5, 6, 7 are fixed in position relative to the two side parts 2, 3, and the rotation axes 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a are fixed in position with respect to one another.
- the wheels 4, 5, 6, 7 are all arranged on a side of the two side parts 2, 3 facing the floor.
- a support 8, 9 is provided for the forearms of the athlete 10.
- the two supports 8, 9 each extend along approximately half of a length of the two side parts 2, 3 extended in the rolling direction R in a section facing the athlete 10.
- the two side parts 2, 3 are each formed in a cross section perpendicular to the rolling direction R as a U-profile.
- the pads 8, 9 are removable.
- a croissant handle 11, 12 is provided, which is angled in the rolling direction R and protrudes from the two side parts 2, 3.
- An angle of the croissant handles 11, 12 corresponds approximately to the angular position of the handle axis of the two hands relative to the associated forearm axes.
- the two side parts 2, 3 are according to Fig. 2 on the inside with a cross-connection 20 stable and firmly connected to each other even under loads, so that a relative movement of the two side parts 2, 3 is excluded during the exercise of sports exercises.
- the cross connection 20 is designed here as a tube which is bent upward toward the side facing away from the floor.
- the upwardly bent cross-connection 20 also serves as a handle for the two hands of the athlete 10 during sports exercises which are carried out in the FIGS. 1 . 2 . 3 and 4 are shown.
- the distance between the two side parts 2, 3 perpendicular to the rolling direction R is selected such that when the sports device 1 is pulled back against the rolling direction R, the knees of the athlete 10 fit between the two side parts 2, 3. This allows the sports equipment 1 to roll back far and relax with the knees between the two side parts 2, 3 sitting on the heels.
- the cross connection 20 is according to Fig. 2 curved in the rolling direction R by the athlete 10 on the one hand away from the floor and on the other hand also curved by the athlete 10 pointing away and is thus designed similarly to a section of a steering wheel arch.
- adjacent to the two side parts 2, 3 as cross handles 21, 22 formed sections of the cross connection 20 at an angle of approximately 20 ° to a floor 50 or to the plane formed by the four wheels 4, 5, 6, 7 from the side parts 2, 3 from.
- the angle of the cross handles 21, 22 also corresponds approximately to the angular position of the handle axis of the two hands relative to the corresponding forearm axes. Due to the angled position of the cross handles 21, 22, the natural hand position is in accordance with Figures 1-4 supported for sports exercises.
- An angle between the cross handles 21, 22 of the cross connection 20 is preferably approximately 45 °.
- the croissant handles 11, 12 shown in the figures and pointing away from the athlete 10 in the rolling direction R are preferably formed at an angle of approximately 60 ° with respect to the floor 50 or to the plane formed by the four wheels 4, 5, 6, 7.
- the croissant handles 11, 12 thus have an angle of approximately 60 ′′ with respect to the longitudinal extension of the two side parts 2, 3.
- the croissant handles 11, 12 are inclined forward, as in FIG Fig. 6 can be seen as far as the forearms can be raised.
- a torso weight of the athlete can be supported solely on the croissant handles 11, 12 or the transverse handles 21, 22 during a sports exercise.
- the weight can also be supported on the supports 8, 9.
- a flying change of the weight rest between the sole support on the handles 11, 12, 21, 22 and the rest on the supports 8, 9 is possible.
- the pads 8, 9 are padded.
- the upholstery is glued directly onto the pads 8, 9 or as an encapsulation made of PU foam. It is also conceivable for the upholstery to be replaceable. Then the upholstery can be held by means of a Velcro fastener, or in the case of steel pads 8, 9 the padding can be glued to the underside with magnetic foil and thus held magnetically on the armrests.
- the supports 8, 9 are bowl-shaped with a curvature perpendicular to the rolling direction R.
- the sports device 1 can, as in the Fig. 1-6 shown, are operated on the floor 50, that is to say they can be moved horizontally back and forth.
- the knees can be placed on a knee pad 30 according to FIG Fig. 1 be turned off, but also, as in Fig. 7 with the weight pressed against a vertical wall 40 and then rolled vertically back and forth.
- the croissant handles 11, 12 rest on the shoulders of the athlete.
- the cross connection 20 can on the one side part 3 according to 8a and 8b be adjustably attached.
- a corresponding mirrored construction is provided for the other side part 2.
- One end of the cross connection 20 is guided obliquely through an opening 80 in the one side part 3 and is screwed to the one side part 3 in an adjustable manner on an outer side part side 81 opposite the opening 80.
- a nose-shaped plate 82 is welded on.
- the plate 82 is screwed on the inside of the outer side part side 81 by means of a wing screw.
- a bore (not shown) in the outer side part side 81 can be designed as a slot, so that an angular position of the transverse connection 20 guided obliquely through the opening 80 can be adjusted

Another disadvantage of sports equipment with a hand and foot apparatus connected by a spring is that the spring disadvantageously leads to strong pressure on the spine of the athlete.
The above-mentioned sports equipment allows few training levels, they are consistently complex to construct and some of them are not stable against tipping.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a sports device with which a training force can be metered better and which enables more training levels, which is simple to install and low-maintenance and which minimizes the risk of injury to the athlete.
The object is achieved by a sports device mentioned at the outset with the features of
The sports device makes use of the idea of providing a frame that is stable in operation and that can be rolled back and forth over four wheels on a surface. The direction of roll in relation to the athlete is referred to as back and forth. The wheels are rotatably mounted on the frame about wheel axes, but their wheel axes are fixed to one another and to the frame, so that a lateral tilting movement of the sports equipment during operation is excluded. The wheels are also around an axis vertically stable to the ground during operation. In addition, two supports for the forearms and at least two handles for the hands of the athlete are provided on the frame, so that the athlete holds the sports equipment by supporting his upper body weight with the forearms on the supports and by gripping the two handles and by rolling forward and backward - Back movements can perform strengthening exercises, especially for the core muscles.
The sports device according to the invention is advantageously stable during operation and is nevertheless particularly simple to carry out since it has no spring force or elastic elements that exert any counterforce. It is therefore low-maintenance.
The frame can comprise two side parts which are arranged parallel to the rolling direction and parallel to one another. Two cross handles are preferably designed as sections of a cross connection arranged between the two side parts. The two side parts are connected to each other in a fixed position via exactly one cross connection. According to the invention, the side parts are spaced apart from one another by at least 40 cm, preferably at least 50 cm, so that the knees of the athlete, which are arranged next to one another, fit between the two longitudinal profiles.
The at least two handles are preferably inclined relative to the two supports. This takes into account the fact that a handle axis of the hands and an arm axis are not exactly at right angles to each other, but are positioned at an angle to each other.
According to the invention, the at least two handles are designed as transverse handles and preferably as croissant handles.
The sports device according to the invention enables different training levels. On the one hand, the feet or knees of the athlete can be placed on the floor and, on the other hand, the torso weight of the athlete can be supported on the cross grips or croissant grips via his hands or on the supports via the forearms. Depending on the choice of gradation, the trunk muscles are used to different degrees.
The transverse handles are positioned obliquely in the rolling direction and obliquely facing one another with respect to a plane formed by the supports, which is also parallel to a plane formed by the four wheel axles or wheels. An angle in the roll direction is opposite to that plane formed by the supports preferably between 80 ° -90 °, particularly preferably 85 ° -90 °, but lower degrees are also conceivable. All intermediate values are also disclosed with the range information. The two transverse handles advantageously have a shape in sections which corresponds to an upper arc of a car steering wheel facing away from the floor, which at the same time is inclined away from the floor and towards one another and also inclined in the direction of travel.
The cross connection can advantageously be designed as a bent tube. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the sections designed as cross handles are rotatably mounted about a cross connection axis. However, it is also possible to design the transverse handles in a fixed position relative to the frame.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, in addition to the transverse handles in the rolling direction, a croissant handle that slopes from each of the two side parts and is inclined in the rolling direction is provided.
The two croissant handles are arranged transversely to the transverse handles. The croissant handles are preferably inclined in the rolling direction by at most 60 ° with respect to the plane formed by the four wheels, but the croissant handles can also be inclined in the rolling direction by 59 °, 58 ° or any lower number of degrees. However, a preferred angle is 60 °. Angular positions of 61 °, 62 ° or any other higher number of degrees are also possible.
The angular position of the croissant handles is advantageously adjustable in the rolling direction, so that the angular position can be adapted to different sports exercises.
The supports for the forearms of the athlete are preferably padded and / or cup-shaped in order to protect the forearms in the first case and to counteract a lateral slipping of the forearms from the supports in the second case.
Advantageously, the cross connection can also be adjustably arranged on the side parts, in particular it is preferred to releasably arrange the cross connection on the side parts so that the sports equipment can be screwed apart, disassembled and packed in a volume-saving manner. It is also conceivable that the cross connection with joints is arranged on the longitudinal connection, so that the sports device can be folded in a Z-shape.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a tilt angle of the cross connection is adjustable in the rolling direction. An adjustment mechanism for this is preferably designed such that ends of the cross connection are guided obliquely through openings in the respective side part and can be screwed to the inside of the longitudinal profile on an outside of the side part opposite the opening. A nose-shaped plate is preferably welded to both ends of the cross connection. The plate is screwed on the inside of the outer wall of the longitudinal profile using a wing screw. The screw hole can be designed as a slot, so that an angular position of the transverse connection guided obliquely through the opening can be adjusted.

The distance between the two

A torso weight of the athlete can be supported solely on the croissant handles 11, 12 or the transverse handles 21, 22 during a sports exercise. The
It is important that the use of the
