Claims (7)

  1. Head (10) for fitting bottle closures comprising a bottle closure (B) receiving cone (12) provided with a closure (B) receiving orifice (18), and elastic means of holding the closure (B), the elastic means comprising at least one elastic fin (22) comprising a first end (23) fixed to the receiving cone (12) and a free second end (24) designed to be in contact with the peripheral wall of the closure (B) inserted in the receiving orifice (18) of the receiving cone (12), the fin (22) being configured so that the second end (24) presses against the peripheral wall of the closure (B) with a force capable of holding the closure (B) in the receiving cone (12), characterized in that the elastic fin (22) allows the closure (B) to be inserted into the receiving cone (12) and allows the closure (B) to be removed once the closure (B) has been applied to the bottle.
  2. Head (10) according to Claim 1, in which the said elastic fin (22) is a metal fin.
  3. Head (10) according to one of Claims 1 and 2, in which the said second end (24) of the elastic fin (22) comprises a portion (30) projecting towards the inside of the receiving cone (12), the projecting portion (30) being configured in such a way as to protrude into the receiving orifice (18) in a radial direction.
  4. Head (10) according to Claim 3, in which the projecting portion (30) also has a shape able to collaborate with a vertical slot in the peripheral wall of a closure (B) so that it becomes at least partially inserted in a slot of the closure (B).
  5. Head (10) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, in which the receiving cone (12) comprises one cutout (25) per elastic fin (22) made in a lower portion (17) of the receiving cone (12) in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution (R) of the head (10), the elastic fin (22) being positioned in such a way that at least the free second end (24) extends into the cutout (25).
  6. Head (10) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, in which the closure (B) is a cap.
  7. Bottle closure device, characterized in that it comprises at least one bottle closure fitting head (10) according to one of Claims 1 to 6.
