  • a computer processor controlling the movement of the lifting and loading device is configured to change the tilt angle of the gripping unit in these different stages as well as the tilt angle of the refuse container locked to the gripping unit with the locking device 11, taking the height of the refuse container and the position of the moving frame 14 into account.
  • One of the novelties of the lifting device is that it can be used to engage containers from both sides of refuse collection trucks (the position indicated with a dotted line in FIG 1 ).
  • the gripping unit 7 and locking device 11 have a partially symmetrical design for this purpose, which makes it possible to engage and lock containers from both sides of a refuse collection truck. This ensures that refuse containers can be emptied from both sides of a refuse collection truck, like figures FIG 5 and FIG 6 schematically show.
  • the hydraulic cylinder 8 works as a crank mechanism (see FIG 7 ), making it possible for the lifting device to move over the central axis using the force of inertia.
  • other drives may also be used instead of the hydraulic cylinder 8 to lift the beam 1, such as a hydraulic or electric motor 17 with gear transmission 18 or a drive with other types of transmission.
  • the gear transmission 18 is fixed to the beam and ensures its rotational motion.

Claims (10)

  1. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung, wobei der Hebe- und Lademechanismus des Lastwagens einen um seine Achse schwenkbaren beweglichen Träger und eine um eine weitere Achse schwenkbare und an dem Träger befestigte Greifeinheit der Kammschüttung zum Ergreifen und Anheben von Müllcontainer aufweist, wobei die Achse des beweglichen Balkens und die Achse der Greifeinheit der Kammschüttung parallel sind, wodurch der Neigungswinkel der Greifeinheit der Kammschüttung (7) steuerbar ist, wobei eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung zum Verriegeln vom Müllcontainer an der Greifeinheit der Kammschüttung bereitgestellt wird und der Träger an der Vorderseite der Karosserie des Müllfahrzeugs hinter einer Fahrerkabine befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung der Verschüttung (11) der Greifeinheit (7) der Kammschüttung Hydraulikzylinder (12) hat, und dadurch, dass der Träger (1) schwenkbar an einem horizontalen, linear beweglichen Rahmen (14) befestigt ist, wobei die Greifeinheit (7) der Kammschüttung in Zusammenwirkung mit der Verriegelungsvorrichtung der Kammschüttung (11) und den Hydraulikzylindern (12) zum Greifen und Verriegeln des Müllcontainers an beiden Seiten des Müllfahrzeugs steht.
  2. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammenwirkung zwischen dem Träger (1), der Greifeinheit (7), der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (11), dem Zylinder der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (12) und dem bewegbaren Rahmen (14) elektronisch von einem Computer gesteuert wird.
  3. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen Antrieb (5) zum Drehen der Greifeinheit umfasst, die über ein Getriebe mit der Greifeinheit verbunden ist.
  4. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (5) über ein Direktgetriebe mit der Greifeinheit verbunden ist.
  5. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Hydraulikzylinder zum Bewegen des beweglichen Rahmens (14) konfiguriert ist.
  6. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hydraulikzylinder oder Hydraulikmotor mit Getriebe oder Elektromotor mit Getriebe oder Hydraulikmotor mit Direktgetriebe oder Elektromotor mit Direktgetriebe zum Drehen des Trägers (1) konfiguriert ist.
  7. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hydraulikzylinder des Trägers so konfiguriert ist, dass er als Kurbelmechanismus arbeitet, um den Balken zu beiden Seiten des Müllfahrzeugs zu bewegen.
  8. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freie Kante der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (11) zu beiden Seiten der Kante der Greifeinheit (7) bewegbar ist, um die Kante eines Müllcontainers zwischen der Greifeinheit und der Verriegelungsvorrichtung zu fixieren, unabhängig davon, ob der Müllcontainer auf der rechten oder linken Seite des Müllfahrzeugs steht.
  9. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebe- und Lademechanismus eine flexible Stütze (13) umfasst, um die Bewegung des Müllcontainers (4) in der Entleerungsphase zu begrenzen.
  10. Seitenlader-Müllfahrzeug mit Hebe- und Ladevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebe- und Lademechanismus eine Müllklappe umfasst, die mit einer Doppeltür mit Federn ausgestattet ist, die sich im oberen Teil der Karosserie von Müllfahrzeugen befindet, um die Bewegung der Müllcontainer (4) in ihrer Entleerungsphase zu begrenzen.
