Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a fitting with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Derartige Beschläge zur schwenkbaren Lagerung eines Türflügels sind bereits bekannt und werden beispielsweise in der DE 10 2008 018 646 B3 , der DE 20 2010 005777 U1 und der US 3 788 689 A gezeigt. Die Schrift DE 10 2008 018 646 B3 betrifft ein Gelenkband, insbesondere für Türen oder Fenster, mit zwei um eine Schwenkachse gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Bestandteilen sowie mit einer Rasteinrichtung. Der Anbau solcher Beschläge, sowie der Anbau von Türen, Türflügeln, Fenstern, etc., welche mit diesen Beschlägen verbunden sind, erweist sich oftmals als schwierig. Da die mehrteilig ausgeführten Beschläge oft erst beim Zusammenbau durch den Achszapfen miteinander verbunden werden bzw. eingestellt werden, stellt es sich oftmals als schwierig heraus, ein Zusammensetzen des Beschlages in der Achse des Achszapfens - der gleichzeitig die Schwenkachse, des Türflügels definiert - vorzunehmen. Die vormontierten Scharnierhälften oder Beschlagshälften werden beim Zusammenbauen aneinander gelegt und dann schlussendlich mit einem Achszapfen, beispielsweise in Form einer Schraube oder ähnlichem, miteinander verbunden. Diese Verbindung erfolgt meist in einer Zwangslage unter einem beschränkten Angebot an Freiraum und erschwert somit die Montage des Türflügels. Die Figur 1 zeigt einen Türflügel 2 mit einem Türeinsatzteil 12 und einem Wandteil 3 mit einem Wandeinsatzteil 13. Das Türeinsatzteil 12 und das Wandeinsatzteil 13 bilden zusammen den Beschlag 1. Der Beschlag 1 umfasst weitere Bestandteile, wie zumindest ein Halteteil 15 - in dieser bevorzugten Variante sind es zwei Halteteile 15 an den Enden des in der Figur nicht sichtbaren Achsteiles 14. Die Halteteile 15 können in die zumindest eine Aufnahme 16 - in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind es zwei Aufnahmen 16 - eingeführt werden. Die Außenkontur / Außenform der Halteteile 15 ist im Wesentlichen gleich ausgestaltet und dimensioniert wie die Innenform der Aufnahmen 16. Daraus ergibt sich eine formschlüssige Verbindung, wenn die Halteteile 15 in die Aufnahmen 16 eingeschoben werden. Das Türeinsatzteil 12 ist mit dem Türflügel 2 fest verbunden. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Einkleben oder Schrauben erfolgen. In einer bevorzugten Variante wird das Türeinsatzteil 12 mit dem Türflügel 2 verklebt. Dasselbe gilt auch für das Wandeinsatzteil 13, welches mit dem Wandteil 3 fest verbunden ist. Dies wird vorzugsweise auch durch eine Klebeverbindung realisiert. Am Türeinsatzteil 12 oder am Wandeinsatzteil 13 ist das Achsteil 14 (in Figur 1 nicht dargestellt) befestigt. Die zumindest eine Aufnahme 16 kann sowohl im Türeinsatzteil 12 oder auch am Wandeinsatzteil 13 angeordnet sein. Dies gilt auch für die Halteteile 15 - diese können sowohl am Türeinsatzteil 12 oder auch am Wandeinsatzteil 13 angebracht sein. Aufgrund der genauen Positionierung des Türeinsatzteiles 12 im Türflügel 2 bzw. der genauen Positionierung des Wandeinsatzteiles 13 im Wandteil 3 müssen nach dem Zusammenschieben der Halteteile 15 in die Aufnahme 16 keine Einstellungen mehr am Beschlag 1 vorgenommen werden. Der Türspalt zwischen dem Wandteil 3 und dem Türflügel 2 ist somit definiert. Auch bevor das Befestigungsmittel 17 in die Befestigungsöffnungen 27 eingesetzt wird, hält das zumindest eine Halteteil 15 in den Aufnahmen 16 das Wandeinsatzteil 13 mit dem Türeinsatzteil 12 zusammen. Durch das Aufschwenken des Türflügels 2 - in eine Offenstellung, die zeitgleich auch eine Befestigungsstellung darstellt - kann nun in weiterer Folge das zumindest eine Befestigungsmittel 17 in die Befestigungsöffnung 27 eingesetzt werden. Dies erfolgt z.B. manuell über einsteckbare Befestigungsmittel 17 oder - wie in der Figur 3 dargestellt - über Madenschrauben, welche einen Aufnahmebereich 19 für ein Werkzeug aufweisen. Als Werkzeug kann beispielsweise ein Schraubenzieher oder ein Inbusschlüssel dienen. Der Zugriff auf die Befestigungsöffnungen 27 erfolgt erfindungsgemäß quer zur Schwenkachse 21. Durch das Einsetzen des zumindest einem Befestigungselementes 17 wird das zumindest eine Halteteil 15 in der zumindest einen Aufnahme 16 fixiert. Ein Herausrutschen des zumindest einen Halteteiles 15 aus der zumindest einen korrespondierenden Aufnahme 16 wird somit verhindert. Nach dem Zurückschwenken des Türflügels 2 um die Schwenkachse 21 in eine Schließposition der Duschkabine werden die Befestigungsöffnungen 27 mitsamt dem Befestigungselement 17 verdeckt. Das Befestigungsmittel 17 kann in einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel auch in einer anderen Stellung - als in der Figur 3 gezeigt - eingesetzt werden. Es ist es auch vorstellbar, dass der Türflügel 2 in einem anderen Winkel auf das Wandteil 3 geschoben wurde, als in den Figuren 1 bis 2 dargestellt wird. Notwendig ist lediglich die formschlüssige Ausrichtung vom zumindest einen Formteil zum zumindest einen korrespondierenden Halteteil, dass diese ineinander geschoben werden können. Claims (7)

  1. A fitting (1) for pivotably mounting a door leaf (2) of a shower cubicle, in particular a glass door, about a pivot axis (21), including
    • a door insert portion (12) connected to the door leaf (2),
    • a wall inset portion (13) connected to a wall portion (3), and
    • a spindle portion (14) which in the mounted condition pivotably connects the door insert portion (12) and the wall insert portion (13) together,
    wherein the spindle portion (14) is connected to the wall insert portion (13) or the door insert portion (12) and at least one holding portion (15) is provided or arranged on the spindle portion (14), wherein provided on the wall insert portion (13) or on the door insert portion (12) is at least one receiving means (16) which corresponds to the at least one holding portion (15) and into which the at least one holding portion (15) can be inserted transversely relative to the pivot axis (21) of the spindle portion (14), characterised in that in a fixing position the at least one holding portion (15) can be fixed in the at least one receiving means (16) by at least one fixing means (17),
    wherein the at least one fixing means (17) can be inserted linearly and transversely relative to the pivot axis (21).
  2. A fitting according to claim 1 characterised in that the outside dimensions of the at least one holding portion (15) substantially correspond to the inside dimensions of the at least one receiving means (16), affording play-free insertion of the at least one holding portion (15) into the at least one receiving means (16).
  3. A fitting according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterised in that the at least one holding portion (15) is held in the at least one receiving means (16) by positively locking engagement.
  4. A fitting according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that in the installed condition in a predetermined closed position (13) of the door leaf (2) the at least one fixing means (17) is concealed by a part of the fitting (1) and is thus not visible.
  5. A fitting according to one of claims 1 to 4 characterised in that a receiving region (19), in particular for receiving a tool, is provided on the at least one fixing means (17).
  6. A fitting according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised in that the at least one fixing means (17) has a thread (17a), wherein at least one corresponding counterpart thread (17b) is provided in the fitting (1).
  7. A method of installing a door leaf (2) with at least one fitting (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6 including the steps:
    • lifting the door leaf (2) and positioning at least one pre-assembled door insert portion (12) in front of at least one wall insert portion (13) pre-assembled to a wall portion (3), in particular a glass wall,
    • inserting the at least one holding portion (15) on the spindle portion (14) into at least one receiving means (16) provided by the door insert portion (12) or the wall insert portion (13),
    • inserting the at least one holding portion (15) as far as a fixing position (15a) in the at least one receiving means (16),
    • pivoting the fitting (1) about the pivot axis (21) into a predetermined region for exposing at least one fixing opening (27), and
    • mounting the at least one fixing means (17) in a linear movement of the fixing means (17) transversely relative to the pivot axis (21) of the door leaf (2).
