Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hair retractor according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Conventional hair curling devices for curling hair usually comprise two articulated arms on which a first and second crepe plate is arranged. Usually, at least one of these two crepe plates is additionally heated. To creping / crimping the hair they are placed in an open state of the two arms between the two crepe plates and then transferred the two arms in a closed state. Of course, only individual strands can be placed between the two crepe plates and thereby curled.
- the two crepe plates each have wave crests or troughs, which are arranged or aligned with one another such that a wave crest of the first creping plate engages in an associated trough of the second creping plate, the individual crests or wave troughs simultaneously engaging one another during closing of the arms.
- EP 2 014 190 A1 discloses a hair retractor with two hinged arms on which a first and second crepe plate is disposed, the respective crepe plate having peaks and troughs which complement each other when closing the two arms, at least one bearing means for supporting an associated crepe plate on the arm is provided, which is designed such that the individual peaks and troughs of the two crepe plates interlock successively when closing the two arms.
- EP 2 366 306 A1 discloses a hair styling device with creping rollers that are rolled along the hair strand to be treated for hair treatment.
- the strand to be corrugated is fixed simultaneously at least two places and pressed on further closing the hair curler, for example by a wave crest of the first crepe plate in an associated trough of the second crepe plate, whereby a considerable tensile stress exerted on the hair to be waved becomes.
- the tensile load on the respective hair to be waved or the strand of hair to be waved can be so great that the hair is permanently damaged.
- Another disadvantage of generic hair curling is that it is almost impossible for simultaneous creping or waves of several strands of hair to completely close the hair retractor with only one hand.
- the present invention therefore deals with the problem of providing an improved embodiment of a hair retractor of the generic type, which allows in particular a comparatively simple waves of the hair, but without stressing them too much.
- the present invention is based on the general idea not to move two opposite crepe plates of a hair retractor parallel to each other, but obliquely, whereby the hair to be corrugated first on a first side, that is, for example, in the region of a first wave crest or wave trough is fixed.
- the individual peaks and troughs of both crepe plates are successively moved into each other, so that the waved hair is clamped on both sides at no time of this well process and thereby undergoes excessive and the hair sustained damaging load. Rather, it remains free at the last wave mountain / wave trough to last and can be tightened thereby.
- the hair retractor according to the invention has two arms articulated against each other on which a first and a second crepe plate is arranged.
- the respective crepe plate has wave crests and wave troughs, which engage in a complementary manner when closing the two arms, that is, when closing the hair retractor.
- a wave crest of the first crêpe plate thus engages in a corrugation valley of the second crêpe plate formed complementary thereto.
- at least one bearing device is now provided for supporting an associated creping plate on the respective arm, which is designed in such a way that the individual peaks and troughs of the two creping plates no longer engage simultaneously but successively in one another when the two arms are closed.
- the bearing device has at least two springs.
- the two springs can be arranged opposite to a first and second longitudinal side, for example, the first crepe plate and bias it obliquely to the respective arm of this.
- the opposite crepe plate may either fixed or else be connected via such a bearing device in a corresponding manner on the second arm.
- the further wave troughs or wave crests adjoining the first wave crest or the first wave trough are thus successively merged with one another during the further closing of the arms, the hair to be corrugated being lastly not fixed on the last wave crest or last wave trough and thus in this area can easily be tightened.
- the two springs of the bearing device can of course have a different spring hardness and / or a different spring length, whereby the respective closing or interlocking movement can be defined individually.
- the bearing device can also have a wedge-like elastic cushion, in particular a silicone cushion, which is used instead of the springs described in the previous paragraph.
- This elastic wedge-shaped cushion in turn causes a successive interengagement of the individual peaks and opposite troughs of the two crepe plates.
- the bearing device has a spring and a guide device.
- the spring is arranged on a first wave crest / valley and tensions the first crêpe plate away from the associated first arm.
- the guide device in turn has a half-bow, which is connected at one end at the point of attachment of the spring to the first crepe plate and the other end at the last wave crest / valley of the first crepe plate and in a Guide is guided on the arm.
- the guide is designed such that when closing the two arms, the first crepe first in the spring comes into contact with the second crepe and in the subsequent closing of the arms, that is, when compressing the spring, the half-bow so moved in the leadership is that the first crepe plate is rotated about the point of attachment of the spring to the first crepe plate now to the second crepe plate, which in turn interlock the individual peaks / valleys of the two crepe plates successively and thereby not to an undesirably high and, for example, the hair to be wavy tensile load to lead.
- a force-poor, complete closing of the creping device is also possible in this embodiment.
- This embodiment offers the great advantage that only a spring and a half-arc are provided, so that no risk of confusion in the production of hair curler can occur.
- a heating device is provided with which at least one creping plate can be heated.
- a heat effect on the corrugated hair is particularly helpful, which is why the provision of at least one heating device is advantageous.
- a hair retractor 1 has two arms 2, 3 articulated to one another on which a first crepe plate 4 and a second crepe plate 5 are arranged.
- Each of the two creping plates 4, 5 has a structure with wave crests 6 and wave troughs 7 (cf. Fig. 2 to 4 ), which when closing the two arms 2, 3 (see Fig. 2b and 4 ) engage in a complementary manner, thereby crimping / crimping the hairs 8 located between the two creping plates 4, 5.
- the storage device 9 at least two springs 10, 10 ', which have a different spring length.
- they may additionally or alternatively also have a different spring hardness or spring constant.
- the storage device 9 has a spring 10 and a guide device 11, wherein the guide device 11 has a half-bow 12 and a guide 13 arranged on the first arm 2.
- the spring 10 is arranged on the first wave crest / valley 6, 7 and spans the first crêpe plate 4 away from the associated first arm 2.
- the half-bow 12 is connected at one end to the connection point 14 of the spring 10 to the first crepe plate 4 and at the other end to the last wave peak / valley 6 ', 7', here even in an intermediate region, to the first creping plate 4.
- the half-bow 12 is also guided in such a way in the guide 13 on the first arm 2, that at a closing of the two arms 2, 3, the first crepe 4 first in the region of the spring 10 with the second crepe plate 5 comes into contact and further compressing the Spring 10, that is, the further closing of the arms 2, 3, the half sheet 12 is moved in the guide 13 so that the first crepe 4 is rotated about the connection point to the second crepe 5, which in turn also the individual peaks and troughs 6, 7 of the two crepe plates 4, 5 engage in succession.
- the storage device 9 according to the Fig. 2a and b has the storage device 9 according to the Fig. 3 the great advantage that it has no similar components, such as two springs 10, 10 ', which errors during assembly can be excluded.
- a bearing device 9, which in the manner of a wedge-shaped elastic pad 15, in particular in the manner of a silicone pad, is trained.
- Such an elastic pad 15 is particularly easy to manufacture. All storage facilities 9 is common that they do not move the two creping plates 4, 5 parallel to each other, but first on the left edge and later on the right edge of the illustrations, creating a two-sided fixing of the hair 8 and thus on the one hand a heavy closing the hair retractor. 1 and on the other hand, an undesirable high tensile load in the hair 8 can be reliably avoided.
- Fig. 2 to 4 is only ever a crepe, here the first crepe plate 4, mounted on a corresponding storage device 9, which of course is also conceivable that additionally or alternatively, the other crepe 5 is a corresponding storage device 9 is mounted on the second arm 3.
- At least one creping plate here the creping plate 5 can be heated by means of a heating device 16.
- a surface coating may be provided on at least one creping plate 4, 5, in particular a so-called sol gel coating, a PVD coating, a coating or an enamel coating.

Description
The present invention relates to a hair retractor according to the preamble of
The present invention therefore deals with the problem of providing an improved embodiment of a hair retractor of the generic type, which allows in particular a comparatively simple waves of the hair, but without stressing them too much.
This problem is solved according to the invention by the subject matter of
The present invention is based on the general idea not to move two opposite crepe plates of a hair retractor parallel to each other, but obliquely, whereby the hair to be corrugated first on a first side, that is, for example, in the region of a first wave crest or wave trough is fixed. In a further closing of the hair curler then the individual peaks and troughs of both crepe plates are successively moved into each other, so that the waved hair is clamped on both sides at no time of this well process and thereby undergoes excessive and the hair sustained damaging load. Rather, it remains free at the last wave mountain / wave trough to last and can be tightened thereby. The hair retractor according to the invention has two arms articulated against each other on which a first and a second crepe plate is arranged. The respective crepe plate has wave crests and wave troughs, which engage in a complementary manner when closing the two arms, that is, when closing the hair retractor. When the hair retractor is closed, a wave crest of the first crêpe plate thus engages in a corrugation valley of the second crêpe plate formed complementary thereto. According to the invention, at least one bearing device is now provided for supporting an associated creping plate on the respective arm, which is designed in such a way that the individual peaks and troughs of the two creping plates no longer engage simultaneously but successively in one another when the two arms are closed. By fixing the hair to be corrugated in only one place eliminates the previously occurring when fixing the hair at two points high tensile stress in the hair, which simultaneously closed the hair retractor with significantly less effort and the hair can be spared. With the hair curler according to the invention can thus achieve a simple, energy-saving and especially hair-gentle waves or creping of the respective hair, because the wavy hair on the still slightly open side of the two crepe plates can be easily tightened.
In an advantageous development of the solution according to the invention, the bearing device has at least two springs. The two springs can be arranged opposite to a first and second longitudinal side, for example, the first crepe plate and bias it obliquely to the respective arm of this. The opposite crepe plate may either fixed or else be connected via such a bearing device in a corresponding manner on the second arm. When the two arms are closed, the two creping plates are thus moved obliquely toward one another, as a result of which a first corrugation peak of the first creping plate initially engages in a first trough of the second creping plate before further wave peaks or troughs intermesh. The further wave troughs or wave crests adjoining the first wave crest or the first wave trough are thus successively merged with one another during the further closing of the arms, the hair to be corrugated being lastly not fixed on the last wave crest or last wave trough and thus in this area can easily be tightened. The two springs of the bearing device can of course have a different spring hardness and / or a different spring length, whereby the respective closing or interlocking movement can be defined individually.
In an alternative embodiment of the hair curling device according to the invention, the bearing device can also have a wedge-like elastic cushion, in particular a silicone cushion, which is used instead of the springs described in the previous paragraph. This elastic wedge-shaped cushion in turn causes a successive interengagement of the individual peaks and opposite troughs of the two crepe plates.
In a further alternative embodiment of the solution according to the invention, the bearing device has a spring and a guide device. In this case, the spring is arranged on a first wave crest / valley and tensions the first crêpe plate away from the associated first arm. The guide device in turn has a half-bow, which is connected at one end at the point of attachment of the spring to the first crepe plate and the other end at the last wave crest / valley of the first crepe plate and in a Guide is guided on the arm. The guide is designed such that when closing the two arms, the first crepe first in the spring comes into contact with the second crepe and in the subsequent closing of the arms, that is, when compressing the spring, the half-bow so moved in the leadership is that the first crepe plate is rotated about the point of attachment of the spring to the first crepe plate now to the second crepe plate, which in turn interlock the individual peaks / valleys of the two crepe plates successively and thereby not to an undesirably high and, for example, the hair to be wavy tensile load to lead. At the same time, a force-poor, complete closing of the creping device is also possible in this embodiment. This embodiment offers the great advantage that only a spring and a half-arc are provided, so that no risk of confusion in the production of hair curler can occur.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the solution according to the invention, a heating device is provided with which at least one creping plate can be heated. In order to support the corrugation and thus also the corrugation process, a heat effect on the corrugated hair is particularly helpful, which is why the provision of at least one heating device is advantageous.

If one thus considers the
