  • the mounting interface 1 can be a standard element used for a platform of different electrical devices 15, each having a specific electrical module 2. This standardisation of the mounting interface 1 can generate significant cost reduction: the mounting interface 1 is designed once for all, and there is no need to have special dedicated manufacturing tools for each specific electrical device 15.
  • Another advantage of this solution is that retrofitting is very easy.
  • the electrical module 2 is simply pulled out of the mounting interface 1 and replaced by a new one, with dimensions and connections compatible with the mounting interface 1.
  • connection terminals 7 can be of different known types such as screw connections, clamp connections or so-called quick connections, preferably associated with corresponding connection control means 7'.
  • the mounting interface 1, declined in its version compatible with the type of electrical module 2 to be installed, can be easily and quickly put into place in the wall during a preinstallation phase.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif électrique (15) destiné à être monté sur un mur, comprenant une interface de montage (1) pour fixer ou installer un module électrique (2) sur ou au moins en partie dans un mur et au moins un module électrique (2) correspondant, dans lequel le module électrique (2) est configuré pour des fonctionnalités domotiques et pour échanger des informations avec un réseau domotique dans un format électrique compatible, dans lequel ladite interface de montage (1) présente un plan principal (3) qui est parallèle au mur lorsque l'interface de montage (1) est dans sa position montée in situ normale et présente une ouverture centrale (4) à travers laquelle le module électrique (2) est inséré dans l'interface de montage (1),
    le module électrique (2) comprenant un boîtier (16) adapté à être inséré à travers l'ouverture centrale (4),
    l'interface de montage (1) présentant des bornes mâles ou femelles internes (14) pour y enficher le module électrique (2) par simple emboîtement dans une direction perpendiculaire audit plan principal (3), le module électrique (2) étant équipé d'éléments femelles ou mâles complémentaires adaptés (24) et l'interface de montage (1) comprenant en outre des bornes de connexion externes (7),
    le dispositif électrique (15) étant caractérisé
    en ce que l'interface de montage (1) comprend une arche (5), ou un pont, situé(e) sur une face arrière (19) de l'interface de montage (1), qui a une forme globale en U et qui présente les bornes mâles ou femelles internes (14) et les bornes de connexion externes (7), le module électrique (2) étant emboîté et enfiché dans l'arche (5),
    en ce qu'une cavité ou un volume de réception (6) principalement ouvert(e) est en partie défini(e) entre l'ouverture centrale (4) et l'arche de liaison (5),
    en ce que les bornes de connexion externes (7) sont accessibles pour l'insertion de fils ou de conducteurs externes depuis l'extérieur de la cavité de module (6), sans passer dans ladite cavité (6) ni interférer avec son volume interne,
    en ce que l'arche de liaison (5) comprend en outre
    i) deux parties latérales (8) se faisant face, formant des branches ou bras opposé(e)s de ladite arche (5) et s'étendant à partir de deux bords ou côtés opposés de l'ouverture centrale (4) dans une direction principalement perpendiculaire au plan principal (3) et
    ii) une partie transversale (9), s'étendant d'une partie latérale (8) à l'autre en tant qu'élément de liaison ou partie de pontage, principalement parallèle au plan principal (3),
    en ce que ledit boîtier (16) et l'arche (5) ont des formes complémentaires, au moins au niveau de la partie transversale (9), et
    en ce que le pont ou l'arche (5) avec ses parties latérales (8) et sa partie transversale (9) est configuré(e) pour assurer un guidage et un centrage du module (2) pendant sa phase d'insertion, pour fournir un arrêt bien défini par butée à la fin de la course d'insertion et pour permettre l'application de la contrainte mécanique dans des zones décalées par rapport à la zone de connexion électrique.
  2. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    les bornes de connexion externes (7) présentent des ouvertures d'insertion ou des douilles faisant face à l'environnement externe de la cavité (6) ou dirigées vers ledit environnement externe, et leurs moyens de serrage, verrouillage ou blocage (7') sont accessibles à travers l'ouverture centrale (4).
  3. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    l'ouverture centrale (4) a une forme globalement rectangulaire ou carrée, la partie transversale (9) s'étend parallèlement à un côté de ladite ouverture centrale (4), à une distance du plan principal (3), soit centralement, soit le long d'un bord de ladite cavité ou dudit volume (6).
  4. Dispositif électrique (15) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel
    l'interface de montage (1) comprend une plaque (10) destinée à être positionnée contre le mur et permettant la fixation d'un élément de montage, comme une boîte pour montage encastré ou un article similaire, ladite plaque (10) comprenant des passages de vis (11) et étant reliée de manière rigide à l'arche (5).
  5. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'arche (5) et la plaque (10) forment ensemble une partie unique.
  6. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'arche (5) et la plaque (10) sont des parties séparées, de préférence assemblées par une double liaison à encliquetage aux extrémités des parties latérales (8) de l'arche (5), éventuellement de manière amovible.
  7. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel
    l'interface de montage (1) comprend une partie intermédiaire en forme d'anneau (12), qui définit l'ouverture centrale (4), qui est montée sur la plaque (10) et qui présente deux parois latérales (13), et lesdites parois latérales (13) s'étendent à partir de bords mutuellement opposés de l'ouverture centrale (4) dans une direction essentiellement perpendiculaire au plan principal (3).
  8. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 7 et l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, dans lequel
    chaque partie latérale (8) de l'arche (5) est située au niveau d'une paroi latérale (13) et est reliée de manière fixe à celle-ci et/ou à la plaque (10), par exemple par encliquetage et/ou vissage.
  9. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel
    la partie intermédiaire en forme d'anneau (12) comprend, autour de l'ouverture centrale (4) et approximativement dans le plan de la plaque (10), un épaulement périphérique interne (12'), pouvant coopérer par complémentarité de forme avec un épaulement périphérique externe (2') du boîtier du module électrique (2).
  10. Dispositif électrique (15) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel
    l'arche (5) comprend ou présente des emplacements (26) adaptés à recevoir des moyens de fixation ou de verrouillage à base de griffes (25), par exemple pour relier de manière fixe l'arche (5) à un boîtier encastré qui l'entoure, un boîtier de montage ou un dispositif de réception similaire, les moyens de commande (25') desdits moyens de verrouillage ou de fixation (25) étant accessibles à travers l'ouverture centrale (4).
  11. Dispositif électrique (15) selon la revendication 1 et l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 6 à 8, dans lequel
    un ensemble d'arches et de ponts (5) de différentes formes et conformations sont prévus sous forme de parties modulaires pouvant être reliées directement à la plaque (10) ou à la partie intermédiaire (12), chacune étant adaptée à un type de module électrique (2) correspondant par la forme, les parties latérales (8) et la partie transversale (9) de l'arche (5) ayant une structure volumineuse rigide et formant des parties de type bloc, de préférence en matière plastique dure, en tant que partie intermédiaire (12), leurs faces externes étant en partie adaptées en termes de forme, au moins dans certaines zones locales, à la face interne d'un boîtier encastré ou d'un dispositif de réception à montage mural similaire.
  12. Dispositif électrique (15) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel
    les bornes mâles internes (14) peuvent recevoir un module électrique (2) inséré perpendiculairement au plan principal (3) avec une connexion électrique et mécanique simultanée.
