Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von angesenkten Löchern (12) in einem plattenförmigen Material (14), bei dem in dem plattenförmigen Material (14) in einem Vorstanzschritt mit einem Vorstanzstempel (24) ein Vorloch (16) ausgestanzt wird, welches mehrere über den Umfang verteilt und radial nach außen gerichteten Nasen (18) aufweist, und auf einem gemeinsamen fiktiven Kreisumfang liegen, und bei dem in einem Ansenkschritt in das Vorloch (16) mit einem Ansenkstempel (42) eine Ansenkung (34) eingebracht wird, wodurch die vorgestanzte, sternförmige Schnittkontur (17) zumindest teilweise in eine sich von einer Oberseite (35) des plattenförmigen Materials (14) zur Unterseite (37) des plattenförmigen Materials (14) hin erstreckende, konische Ansenkfläche (32) übergeführt wird.
