  • the airfoil portion comprises a leading edge 102 that resides in an upstream direction, a trailing edge 103 that resides in a downstream direction, a suction side and a pressure side.

  • the internal sides of additional inserts 320, 320a, 320b form a number of sub-cavities of the main insert 106b.
  • the main and/or additional inserts extend to radially or quasi-radially and/or transversally or quasi-transversally direction of the airfoil portion and are sectioned and have different shapes or profiles along one or more orientations of the airfoil portion, see Figures 4 and 5 , item 401, 402; 501-504.
  • the mentioned different shapes correspond to a regular or irregular triangular (see Figure 4 ), quadrangular, pentagonal, tapered body.
  • the airfoil portion has, in radially or quasi-radially direction compared to the axis of the turbo-machinery, a pronounced or swirled or tailored aero-dynamic profile. (see Figure 5 , item 500).

Claims (10)

  1. Schaufelblattabschnitt (100b) einer Rotorschaufel oder einer Leitschaufel einer Turbomaschine, welcher Schaufelblattabschnitt eine Außenwand (104) hat, die einen Hohlraum (101) zur Aufnahme von Kühlluft bildet und eine Vorderkante, die in einer stromaufwärts liegenden Richtung liegt, eine Hinterkante, die in einer stromabwärts liegenden Richtung liegt, eine Saugseite, eine Druckseite und mindestens einen Haupteinsatz aufweist, der innerhalb des Hohlraums in einem Abstand von einer Innenfläche der Außenwand angeordnet ist und eine Kammer bildet, wobei der Haupteinsatz dafür konfiguriert ist, zumindest einen Teil der in die Kammer des Einsatzes eintretenden Kühlluft zunächst aufzunehmen und die Kühlluft durch eine Vielzahl von Einsatzöffnungen zu leiten, um die Innenfläche der Außenwand des Schaufelblattabschnitts zu kühlen, wobei der Einsatz ferner eine Konfiguration hat, die allgemein der Kontur der Außenwand der Kammer entspricht, wobei ein Teil der Kühlluft aus dem Schaufelblattabschnitt durch eine Vielzahl von Filmkühlöffnungen austritt, die durch die Außenwand gebildet sind, und/oder ein Teil des Kühlfluids aus dem Schaufelblattabschnitt an der Hinterkante austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Haupteinsatz (106b) mehrere zusätzliche Einsätze (320, 320b, 320c) über die Innenseite aufweist, wobei die mehreren zusätzlichen Einsätze (320, 320b, 320c) Nebenhohlräume innerhalb des Haupteinsatzes bilden, wobei jeder Nebenhohlraum Einlässe (263, 264) aufweist, die in Fluidverbindung mit einem jeweiligen ersten Teil des Raums zwischen dem Haupteinsatz und der Innenfläche der Außenwand stehen, und Auslässe (105), die in Fluidverbindung mit einem jeweiligen zweiten Teil des Raums zwischen dem Haupteinsatz und der Innenfläche der Außenwand stehen.
  2. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei der Nebenhohlräume aufeinanderfolgend über die Innenseite des Haupteinsatzes angeordnet sind, die dasselbe Kühlmedium erneut verwenden und als sequentielle oder quasi-sequentielle Kühlung arbeiten.
  3. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haupteinsatz und/oder die zusätzlichen Einsätze relativ zu dem Schaufelblattabschnitt radial oder quasi-radial und/oder transversal oder quasi-transversal verlaufen.
  4. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haupteinsatz und/oder die zusätzlichen Einsätze unterschiedliche Formen oder Profile entlang einer oder mehrerer Ausrichtungen des Schaufelblattabschnitts haben.
  5. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unterschiedlichen Formen einem regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen dreieckigen, viereckigen, fünfeckigen verjüngten Körper entsprechen.
  6. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum (101) einen inneren Versorgungskanal bildet, der in der Strömungsrichtung durch das Innere des Schaufelblattabschnitts (100, 100a) verläuft und durch welchen Kühlfluid strömt.
  7. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Stiftrippenkanal (109), der ein von dem inneren Versorgungskanal entlang der Mittellinie des Schaufelblattabschnitts zu der Hinterkante des Schaufelblattabschnitts hin verlaufender und sich an der Hinterkante (103) nach außerhalb des Schaufelblattabschnitts öffnender Hohlraum ist.
  8. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vielzahl von Spaltstiftrippen (110), welche säulenförmige Elemente sind, die von einem Paar einander gegenüberliegender, den Stiftrippenkanal bildender Innenwände in einem Bereich auf der Seite des inneren Versorgungskanals des Stiftrippenkanals vorragen und einen Spalt dazwischen bilden, der sich in der Strömungsrichtung des Schaufelblattabschnitts erstreckt.
  9. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, gekennzeichnet durch Stiftrippen, die säulenförmige Elemente sind, die das Paar von einander gegenüberliegenden Innenwänden in einem Bereich auf der Seite der Hinterkante des Stiftrippenkanals verbinden.
  10. Schaufelblattabschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen Trennwandteil, der in dem Spalt angeordnet ist, um die Fläche des Kanals des Kühlfluids in dem Bereich auf der Seite des Versorgungskanals des Stiftrippenkanals zu verringern
