Claims (14)

  1. Sprühkopfanordnung zur Ausgabe einer Flüssigkeit, die folgendes umfasst:
    einen rohrförmiger Zylinder (1), eine Trennplatte (15), die quer in dem Zylinder (1) verbunden ist und ein Durchgangsloch (151) hat, einen Raum (16), der in dem Zylinder (1) definiert ist und mit dem Durchgangsloch (151) in Kommunikation steht;
    ein Rückschlagventil (2), das in dem Raum (16) positioniert ist, eine Einlassbahn (17) ist entlang einem Umfang des Raumes (16) gebildet, das Rückschlagventil (2) hat eine Kappe (21) und eine Rückschlagstange (22), die Kappe (21) ist mit der Einlassbahn (17) beweglich verbunden, die geöffnet und geschlossen wird, wenn die Kappe (21) auf und ab bewegt wird;
    eine Kolbenstange (3), die ein hohler Stab und in dem Zylinder (1) positioniert ist, die Kolbenstange (3) hat einen Kolbenkopf (31), der mit einem Ende davon verbunden ist, der Kolbenkopf (31) ist beweglich in Kontakt mit einem Innern des Zylinders (1);
    eine Feder (34), die an die Kolbenstange (3) montiert ist, um der Kolbenstange (3) eine Kraft zu liefern;
    eine Abdeckung (4), die mit dem Zylinder (1) in Kommunikation steht und eine Öffnung (41) hat;
    ein Blockierelement (5), das ein hohles Rohr und in dem Zylinder (1) positioniert ist, wobei die Kolbenstange (3) durch das Blockierelement (5) verläuft;
    ein Schubrohr (6), das durch das Blockierelement (5) verläuft und in Kommunikation mit dem Zylinder (1) steht, das Schubrohr (6) hat eine Rippe (61), die sich von einer Innenseite davon aus erstreckt, um mit der Kolbenstange (3) verbunden zu sein, und
    einen Presskopf (8), der mit dem Schubrohr (6) verbunden ist und in Kommunikation mit dem Schubrohr (6) steht, der Presskopf (8) ist ein hohles Element und hat eine Düse (81), die davon nach außen verläuft, ein Verbindungshals (82) erstreckt sich von einer Unterseite der Düse (81) aus und ist mit dem Schubrohr (6) verbunden,
    gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass:
    die Rückschlagstange (22) sich durch das Durchgangsloch (151) der Trennplatte (15) erstreckt,
    die Rippe (61) des Schubrohrs (6) ebenfalls an die Feder (34) angreift,
    die Kolbenstange (3) eine untere Schulter (32) und eine obere Schulter (33) hat, die jeweils mit Außenseiten der beiden Enden davon verbunden sind,
    das Blockierelement (5) einen Ausgang (51), einen Eingang (52) und eine Beschränkungsschulter (53) hat, die vom Innern des Eingangs (52) aus verläuft, und
    die Sprühkopfanordnung umfasst des Weiteren ein bewegliches Element (7), das ein hohles Element und in dem Schubrohr (6) positioniert ist, wobei das bewegliche Element (7) mit dem Schubrohr (6) in Kommunikation steht, das bewegliche Element (7) hat einen Auslass (71) auf einer Spitze davon, ein Schlauch (72) ist mit einem Boden des beweglichen Elements (7) verbunden, der Schlauch (72) ist in die Kolbenstange (3) eingefügt, wobei das bewegliche Element (7) beweglich in Kontakt mit einer Innenseite des Schubrohrs (6) ist, so dass eine relative Verschiebung zwischen dem beweglichen Element (7) und dem Schubrohr (6) den Auslass (71) schließt oder den Auslass (71) öffnet, so dass er mit der Düse (81) in Kommunikation steht,
    so dass, wenn der Presskopf (8) aus seiner anfänglichen Position nach unten geschoben wird, das Schubrohr (6) bewegt sich nach unten, der Kolbenkopf (31) bleibt stationär wegen der Reibung mit dem Innern des Zylinders (1), die Bewegung des Presskopfs (8) nach unten öffnet allmählich den Auslass (71) des beweglichen Elements (7), und der Auslass (71) steht mit der Düse (81) in Kommunikation,
    wenn der Presskopf (8) die Spitze des beweglichen Elements (7) kontaktiert, ist der Auslass (71) mit der Düse (81) ausgerichtet, die Kappe (21) wird nach unten bewegt, um die Einlassbahn (17) wegen des Druckes abzudichten,

    wenn der Presskopf (8) in seine anfängliche Position zurückkehrt, bewegt sich das Schubrohr (6) nach oben durch die Kraft der Feder (34), der Kolbenkopf (31) der Kolbenstange(3) bleibt stationär wegen der Reibung, der Presskopf (8) und das Schubrohr (6) bewegen sich fortlaufend nach oben, die Rippe (61) des Schubrohrs (6) greift an die obere Schulter (33) der Kolbenstange (3) an, um die Kolbenstange(3) nach oben zu bewegen, bis die untere Schulter (32) der Kolbenstange (3) eine Beschränkungsschulter (53) des Blockierelements (5) kontaktiert, das Schubrohr (6) dichtet den Auslass (71) des beweglichen Elements (7) ab und der Presskopf (8) vervollständigt die Rückkehraktion,
    wodurch ein Volumen in dem Zylinder (1) zunimmt und die Flüssigkeit in den Raum (16) durch das Durchgangsloch (151) eintritt und die Kappe (21) schiebt, um die Einlassbahn (17) allmählich zu öffnen, die Flüssigkeit tritt dann über das Rückschlagventil (2) in den Zylinder (1) ein und die Sprühkopfanordnung ist bereit für die nächste Pumpaktion.
  2. Die Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Zylinder (1) ein Verbindungsende (11) und ein Einlassende (12) hat, wobei ein Durchmesser des Einlassendes (12) kleiner als ein Durchmesser des Zylinders (1) ist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Verbindungsende (11) ein Verbindungsteil (13) auf einem Außenumfang davon hat sowie einen Flansch (14), der von einer Außenseite des Verbindungsendes (11) aus verläuft, wobei die Abdeckung (4) den Flansch (14) kontaktiert.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Rückschlagstange (22) einen ersten Abschnitt (221) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (222) umfasst, eine Lücke ist zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt (221, 222) gebildet, mehrere elastische Glieder (223) sind zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt (221, 222) verbunden.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Form der elastischen Elemente (223) rund, V-förmig, halbkreisförmig oder rechteckig ist.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (222) eine sich verjüngende Fläche (224) hat, um mit dem Durchgangsloch (151) verbunden zu sein.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die untere Schulter (32) nah am Kolbenkopf (31) positioniert ist.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Blockierelement (5) einen Vorsprung (55) hat, der von außerhalb eines Oberendes davon aus verläuft, um mit dem Verbindungsteil (13) des Zylinders (1) verbunden zu sein.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Blockierelement (5) Außengewinde (54) hat, die in einer Außenseite eines rohrförmigen Teils definiert sind, das von dem Eingang (52) aus verläuft.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Schubrohr (6) Innengewinde (62) hat, die in einer Innenseite eines ersten Endes davon definiert sind, die Innengewinde (62) sind mit den Außengewinden (54) des Blockierelements (5) verbunden.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Schubrohr (6) mehrere erste Rippen (63) auf einer Außenseite eines zweiten Endes davon hat, der Verbindungshals (82) hat mehrere zweite Rippen (83), die auf einer Innenseite davon gebildet sind, die ersten Rippen (63) sind mit den zweiten Rippen (83) abwechselnd verbunden.
  12. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kolbenkopf (31) integral mit der Kolbenstange (3) gebildet ist.
  13. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kolbenkopf (31) in die Kolbenstange (3) eingeschnappt ist.
  14. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein geneigtes wasserdichtes Teil (56) sich von einem Umfang des Ausgangs (51) aus erstreckt.
