Claims (15)

  1. Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, der ein Wärmetauscherbündel (3) zwischen einem ersten und einem zweiten Fluid A, L und ein Gehäuse (5) aufweist, in dem das Bündel (3) untergebracht ist, wobei der Tauscher ferner mindestens einen Kollektor (7) aufweist, der an dem Gehäuse (5) befestigt ist, wobei der Kollektor (7) konfiguriert ist, um das erste Fluid A zwischen dem Bündel (3) und einem Einlass oder einem Auslass des Tauschers zu leiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kollektor (7) konfiguriert ist, um einen Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) des Wärmetauscherbündels (3) in dem Gehäuse (5) bei dem Montieren des Kollektors (7) an das Gehäuse (5) zu bilden.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Bündel (3) Platten (23) zum Zirkulieren des zweiten Fluids L aufweist, die in einer Stapelrichtung in dem Gehäuse (5) gestapelt sind, und wobei der Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, um eine Querpositionierung des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse relativ zu der Stapelrichtung der Platten (23) zu definieren und dabei gleichzeitig eine Bewegungsfreiheit der Platten in der Stapelrichtung zu ermöglichen.
  3. Tauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Kollektor (7) eine Wand (29) aufweist, die eine Durchgangskammer des ersten Fluids A in dem Bündel (3) begrenzt, wobei diese Wand (29) konfiguriert ist, um den Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse bei dem Montieren des Kollektors (7) an das Gehäuse (5) zu bilden.
  4. Tauscher nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse durch mindestens eine Verformung der Wand (29) des Kollektors gebildet ist, die geeignet ist, einen Teil (23a) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse in Position zu halten.
  5. Tauscher nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse mindestens zwei Verformungen der Wand (29) des Kollektors aufweist, die in Bezug auf das Wärmetauscherbündel einander gegenüberliegend sind.
  6. Tauscher nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Verformung des Kollektors (7) eine Wandfalte des Kollektors ist.
  7. Tauscher nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Falte aus dem Ziehen der Wand des Kollektors hervorgegangen ist.
  8. Tauscher nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die Falte ein Seitenrand (29a) zum lateralen Verbinden des Kollektors an das Gehäuse ist.
  9. Tauscher nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Seitenrand (29a) zum lateralen Verbinden des Kollektors konfiguriert ist, um mit einem Seitenrand (15a) zum Verbinden des Gehäuses an den Kollektor zusammenzuwirken.
  10. Tauscher nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Seitenränder (29a, 15a) des Kollektors und des Gehäuses gegeneinander derart versetzt sind, dass eine Schulter (31) zum Positionieren des Bündels definiert wird.
  11. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, wobei das Gehäuse (5) eine untere Platte (13) und/oder eine obere Platte (11) aufweist, die orthogonal zu einer Stapelrichtung von Platten (23) des Bündels ist/sind, wobei die untere Platte (13) und/oder die obere Platte (11) eine Erweiterung (11a, 13a) aufweist/aufweisen, die die Wand des Kollektors (7) bildet.
  12. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Wand (29) des Kollektors, die den Anschlag zum Positionieren (9) aufweist, eine Seitenwand ist, die mit der oberen Platte (11) und/oder der unteren Platte (13) des Gehäuses verbunden ist.
  13. Tauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Kollektor (7), der den Einlasskollektor des Tauschers bildet, und einen anderen Kollektor, der den Auslasskollektor des Tauschers bildet.
  14. Tauscher nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Kollektoren (7) zusammen vier Verformungen (31) von jedem der Kollektoren aufweisen, die geeignet sind, jeweils eine Ecke (23a) des Wärmetauscherbündels in dem Gehäuse in Position zu halten.
  15. Tauscher nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, der ein Lufteinlassmodul bildet, wobei der Auslasskollektor ein Luftverteiler ist, der konfiguriert ist, um an einem Motorzylinderkopf derart angebracht zu werden, dass die Luft zu den Einlassleitungen eines Motorzylinderkopfes verteilt wird.
