Description

Domaine de l'inventionField of the invention

The present invention relates to a ball game table foot called "baby foot" consisting of a box supporting a series of bars, parallel to each other and arranged perpendicularly between two lateral sides thereof. Sliding tubes are mounted on these bars on which are placed striking elements of a ball simulating the players. The tubes are, during the game, operated via handles.

État de la techniqueState of the art

The ball game called "baby foot" is to rotate the strikers around a bar and / or translate them back and forth by sliding. The combination of these two movements allows to block and hit the ball in different directions with more or less vigor following the initial force exerted on the handles. In the current state of the art, the strike elements limit the actions to a more or less oriented strike and the head game is non-existent. It is the same for the impossibility of performing an aerial game such as the candle or "lob", to be able to keep the ball between the feet of the player said "dribble" or to hit a foot or the other and this because each impactor or player has only one foot monobloc. The extent of the possibilities of football which the game was inspired seems very restrictive. To remedy this, the American document 5 605 328 describes an impactor comprising at its lower part a receptacle forming two distinct frontal zones simulating the feet of a player.

Although not about the same type of sport, in fact when it comes to basket ball, not football, the American document US4260152 describes a game table type "baby foot" but implementing launch elements to a basket incorporated in the table, having in their lower parts a first receptacle for gripping and ejection of the ball, extending by a raceway ensuring the transfer thereof to a second receptacle at their upper ends, allowing its blocking and ejection by turning the element on itself around the bar.

According to the rules of this sport it is only wanted according to this document, to take the ball and throw it towards the basket. Is excluded not just any concept of striking but also any possibility of "football" figures such as "lobs", "dribbles" or head resumes mentioned above.

Descriptif de l'inventionDescription of the invention

In order to combine all these possibilities, the invention relates to a football table game called "foot football" consisting of a box supporting a series of bars, parallel to each other and arranged perpendicularly between two lateral sides thereof, sliding tubes being mounted on these bars on which are placed strike elements of a ball simulating the players, said tubes being able to be actuated via handles; each of the impactors comprises at least at its lower part a receptacle forming two distinct frontal zones simulating the feet of a player, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT the receptacle forming the lower part of the impactor simulating the player, extends to its upper part by a second receptacle simulating the player's head also for gripping and ejection of the ball by turning the element around itself around the bar, the two receptacles being interconnected by a raceway ensuring the transfer of the ball from one to the other, indifferently in one direction or the other.

The game table 1 generally designated on the figure 1 is constituted by a box 2 supporting a series of bars 3, parallel to each other and arranged perpendicularly between two lateral sides 4 and 5 thereof, sliding tubes 8 being mounted on these bars 3 on which are placed striking elements 6 of a ball 7 simulating the players, said tubes 8 being actuated via handles 9.

According to a first characteristic of the invention, each of the striking elements 6 comprises at least at its lower part INF a receptacle 10 forming two distinct frontal zones 11 and 12 simulating the feet of a player, so as to strike on the ball 7 with one or the other or "dribble" according to a first function of the receptacle 10, while allowing the gripping and ejection of the bullet 7 according to a second function of the same receptacle 10, to make a candle or "lob".

According to a second characteristic of the invention, the receptacle 10 forming the lower part INF of the impactor 6 simulating the player, extends to its upper part SUP by a second receptacle 13 simulating the player's head also for gripping and the ejection of the ball 7 by turning the element 6 on itself around the bar 3, the two receptacles 10 and 13 being connected together by a raceway 14, 15 ensuring the transfer of the ball 7 of the 10 to the other 13, indifferently in one direction or the other.

According to the present embodiment, the impactor 6 simulating the player is made from a metal wire or U-shaped plastic material, defining two lateral branches 14, 15 parallel to each other. Said branches 14, 15 connect the two receptacles 10, 13 to form the raceway of the ball 7. The lower free ends 14a, 15a of said branches 14, 15 are curved on themselves to form both the frontal areas 11 and 12 and the first receptacle 10, and meet at their other upper ends to form the second receptacle 13.

Avantageusement, les zones frontales 11 et 12 constituées par les zones recourbées 14a, 15a des extrémités libres des branches 14, 15 constituant le premier réceptacle 10 sont revêtues d'un bloc de frappe 16 et 17 aptes à restituer sa force sur la balle 7.Advantageously, the frontal zones 11 and 12 constituted by the curved zones 14a, 15a of the free ends of the branches 14, 15 constituting the first receptacle 10 are coated with a striking block 16 and 17 able to restore its force on the ball 7.

A noter également que les blocs de frappe 16 et 17 présentent sur leur côté interne des épaulements longitudinaux 21 et 22 destinés à former le réceptacle 10 et à y retenir la balle 7.Preferably, the front face of the blocks 16 and 17 coating the free ends 14a, 15a of the branches 14, 15 of the first receptacle 10 has a relief "d" positive or negative with respect to a reference vertical xx ', an angle α predetermined, to obtain "lobs", candles and strokes with different trajectories. It is the same for the second receptacle 13 which has a body of. Note also that the striking blocks 16 and 17 have on their inner side longitudinal shoulders 21 and 22 for forming the receptacle 10 and retaining the ball 7.

Of course, as illustrated by figure 4 the front face of the blocks 16 and 17 could be straight.

According to another characteristic of the invention, a third central striking block 18 is interposed between the two limbs 14, 15 of the striking element 6 constituting the player, set back from the two striking frontal zones 11 and 12.

Plus particulièrement, le bloc de frappe central 18 présente deux faces antérieure 18a et postérieure 18b inclinées selon des angles prédéterminés, de manière à permettre l'exécution d'un « lob ».More particularly, the central striking block 18 has two anterior faces 18a and posterior 18b inclined at predetermined angles, so as to allow the execution of a "lob".

The second receptacle 13 could be constituted only by the single end of the U-shaped wire forming the impactor 6, but according to an improvement of this characteristic it constitutes an accessory reported and capping the horizontal end or U-shaped curve. wire or plastic forming the impactor 6, the side edges of said second receptacle 13 is also U-shaped or omega, and has a bottom 19 to form a double bowl.

Advantageously, the bottom 19 of the second upper receptacle 13 delimits a second receiving bowl 13A of the ball 7 directed in an opposite direction, contrary to the first 13, so as to capture the ball 7 in a direction of reversal of the bar 8, or in the other.

Thus, the second head receptacle 13/13 A can take a bullet 7 from the front or neck as shown in FIG. figure 9 , the striking kinematics 6 beyond its actual striking function is as follows:
  • position I: gripping the ball 7
  • position II: removal of the ball 7 according to the direction F1 of the element 6 by rotation around the bar 3
  • position III: tilting of the ball 7 from the first receptacle 10 to the second receptacle 13 through the raceway 11 set inclination.
  • position IV: the ball 7 is then in the bottom of the second receptacle 13, a controlled ejection force F2 is exerted by the player on the sliding tube 8 by rotation around the bar 3, by manual action on the handle 9. The ball 7 is then ejected and returns to the game.

It could be a photograph, a drawing, a hologram or any advertising graphic.

As the figure 3 the frontal striking blocks 16, 17 simulating the feet of a player, the central striking block 18, the second upper receptacle 13 and 13A, and the figurine 20 are obtained by molding a plastic or metallic material and respectively comprise clipping means 16a, 17a-18c, 18d-13a-20a which are specific to them and able to make them removable and interchangeable.

According to an alternative embodiment not shown, the impactor 6 is made from a concave profile of metal or plastic material whose lateral edges define the raceway and whose ends are shaped to define on the one hand the first receptacle 10 and secondly the second receptacle 13.

It should be noted that the receptacles 10 and 13 are directed in the same direction.

Although not shown, optionally, the impactors 6 comprise adaptation means on existing elements.

Football game table (1) consisting of a case (2) supporting a series of bars (3), parallel with one another and arranged perpendicularly between two lateral sides (4 and 5) thereof, sliding tubes (8) being mounted on these bars (3), elements (6) for striking a ball (7) simulating players being arranged on said tubes (8), said tubes (8) being actuated by means of handles (9), each of the striking elements (6) including at the lower part (INF) thereof a receptacle (10) forming two separate front areas (11 and 12) simulating a player's feet, so as to strike the ball (7) with one or the other according to a first function of the receptacle (10), while enabling gripping and ejection of the ball (7) according to a second function of the same receptacle (10), the receptacle (10) forming the lower part (INF) of the striking element (6) simulating the player being extended at the upper part (SUP) thereof by a second receptacle (13) simulating the player's head also enabling gripping and ejection of the ball (7) by turning the element (6) upside-down about the bar (3), the two receptacles (10, 13) being interconnected by a rolling track for transferring the ball (7) from one (10) to the other (13), either in one direction or in the other.
  2. Game table according to claim 1 characterised in that the striking element (6) simulating the player is embodied from a wire made of a U-shaped metal or plastic wire, defining two lateral arms (14 and 15) parallel with one another, said arms (14, 15) connecting the two receptacles (10 and 13) to form the rolling track of the ball (7) between the two receptacles (10 and 13), the lower free ends (14a and 15a) of said arms (14, 15) are curved onto themselves to form both the front striking areas (11 and 12) and the first receptacle (10), and joined at the other upper ends thereof to form the second receptacle (13).
  3. Game table according to claim 2 characterised in that the front areas (11 and 12) consisting of the curved areas (14a, 15a) of the free ends of the arms (14, 15) forming the first receptacle (10) are covered with a striking block (16 and 17) suitable for rendering the force thereof onto the ball (7).
  4. Game table according to claim 3 characterised in that the striking blocks (16 and 17) have on the inside thereof longitudinal shoulders (21 and 22) intended to form the receptacle (10) and to retain the ball (7) therein.
  5. Game table according to any one of claims 3 or 4 characterised in that the front face of the block (16 and 17) covering the lower free ends (14a, 15a) of the arms (14, 15) of the first receptacle (10) has a positive or negative clearance "d" with respect to a reference vertical xx', of a predetermined angle a.
  6. Game table according to any one of claims 2 to 5 characterised in that a third central striking block (18) is inserted between the two arms (14, 15) of the striking element (6) forming the player offset from the two front striking areas (11 and 12).
  7. Game table according to claim 6 characterised in that the central striking block (18) has two front (18a) and rear (18b) faces inclined according to predetermined angles, so as to make it possible to perform a "lob".
  8. Game table according to any one of claims 1 to 7 characterised in that the second upper receptacle (13) forms a mounted accessory covering the horizontal or curved end of a U shape made of metal or plastic wire forming the striking element (6), the lateral edges of said second receptacle (13) being also U or omegashaped, and has a base (19) to form a trough.
  9. Game table according to claim 8 characterised in that the base (19) of the second upper receptacle (13) defines a second trough (13A) for receiving the ball (7) oriented in an opposite direction, unlike the first so as to capture the ball (7) in one direction for turning the element (6) upside-down around the bar (3) or in the other.
  10. Game table according to claim 9 characterised in that a decorative or advertising figure (20) is inserted in the upper part of the striking element (6) forming the player, between the metal or plastic wires (14, 15), and lining at least the base (19) of the upper trough.
  11. Game table according to claims 6 and 10 characterised in that the front striking blocks (16, 17) simulating a player's feet, the central striking block (18), the second upper receptacle (13), and the figure (20) are obtained by moulding a plastic or metal material and comprise clipping means (16a, 17a, 18c, 18d-13a-20a) which are specific thereto and suitable for rendering same removable and interchangeable.
  12. Game table according to claim 1 characterised in that the striking element (6) is embodied using a metal or plastic concave profile wherein the lateral edges define the rolling track and wherein the ends are shaped to define the first receptacle (10) and the second receptacle (13).
  13. Game table according to any one of claims 1 to 12 characterised in that the receptacles (10 and 13) are oriented in the same direction.
  14. Game table according to any one of claims 1 to 13 characterised in that the striking elements (6) include means for fitting to existing elements.
