caractérisé en ce que le clapet rotatif (48) comporte un bord (54) positionné en vis-à-vis avec une paroi interne (56) du canal d'échappement, dans la première position d'obstruction, ledit bord (54) étant positionné à une première distance de ladite paroi interne (56) du canal d'échappement (42) dans la première position d'obstruction, ledit bord (54) étant apte à s'éloigner de la paroi du canal d'échappement (42) lors de la rotation du clapet rotatif (48), la position du clapet rotatif (48) définissant au moins une section (62, 64) de passage de gaz,
l'agencement du clapet rotatif (48) et de la paroi interne (56) étant tel que la distance entre ledit bord (54) et ladite paroi interne (56) reste constante et égale à ladite première distance jusqu'à une première valeur de seuil d'angle de rotation du clapet rotatif (48), puis augmente linéairement jusqu'à une deuxième valeur de seuil d'angle de rotation correspondant à une ouverture complète du canal d'évacuation.
